Microsoft Flight Simulator (2020/2024)

I have done 3 flights so far and not even one-time VNAV was working as intended. Initially i see descend scale and marker but after a while marker disappears and plane continue level flight, so i must descend manually. I think that Inibuilds should focus on correcting VNAV and LNAV ( plane overshoots sharp turns quite seriously ) as plane with present issues do not fall nicely into study level sim category.

Hi, for some reason I dont see Catalina Airport KAVX anymore on my sim. Anyone else have this issue? Found it...had to zoom in more...

After this SU11 I'm experiencing this intermittent issue of resetting my "assistance options" to defaults every other 4th or 5th time starting the MSFS. Before this update, I didn't have this problem. Any ideas?

I cannot load the A310 even in safe mode, it always make MSFS CTD. I tried with the standard model alone and also with the enhanced, Uninstalled and reinstalled both, and no way.

Hi: I fly a 2 times today with no issues. Now, suddenly, when I go hit "fly" after selecting the airports and airplanes, the sim just hangs. Fly button is greyed out, there is music, but I left it for 2 hours and it just won't load. I tried in safe mode, removing rolling catch, flying off-line, removed community folder. Nothing. I've made no changes either. Thanks.

P know there was supposed to be something in SU10 to reduce the left turning tendency, but most of my aircraft now pull severely to the right. Even the 787 (which shouldn't have been affected) pulls to the right until it is on its side, I can't get it to follow a course on AP anymore/ Is it just me or is this happening to others too? Is there something that can be done?

I've just bought this aircraft and i can see the throttle moving but power stays at idle. Any idea. Thanks again.

On the last 2 flights i've had in the Fenix, the autobrake doesn't work. When I click on the button, it never illuminates. Both time have been with the same livery so that could be the issue but thought i'd check to see if anyone has had this happen

Have a chance to upgrade but would like some opinions first.

Hi friends. The new VFR map functions introduced in Sim Update 10 are cool, but in turn messed up my map by intermittently showing a trail of "ghost" planes, as shown in these pictures. https://postimg.cc/yDB0y9mZ https://postimg.cc/K1NBqzfs I'm wondering if anyone else has observed this, and has an idea on how to fix it. It's still present on SU11, and this is happening on a PC ever since SU10, and with NVidia driver's versions since september to this date. Really missing Littlenavmap since SU11. Is there a way to make this work or is it a simconnect issue that asobo need to fix? Or is Alex working on an update?

When I load the Taxi state on the PMDG 737, it takes the left engine a couple of minute to spool up? Why is this happening and am I doing something wrong.

Useless for me, certainly important for others but when I play with an airliner in a flight simulator I couldn't care less about how the cabin ( pax area ) looks... I would like to be able, just as I did in fs9/fsx/p3d and even in xp, to get rid of all the stuff consuming useless GPU/CPU cycles nd a true candidate for me are these useless 3d representations. Does anyone know of an effective way to clear them out in MFS models?

Apologies if this is a stupid question but how does one go about to enter the passenger cabin of the Inibuilds a310? Only way I could manage to do it thus far was using the drone camera. Assume their must be an easier way?

Is there any consensus on the "Your graphics card has encounted a problem........." pop up message. I first got this just after installing SU11 (I never encountered the problem previously) and thought I had got rid of it by installing the latest Nvidia driver but it is back at YSSY rwy 34L PMDG 737- 800 (Flytampa YSSY). My video card is a 3080ti so 12 gig Vram and I have 32 gig of newly installed Corsair Ram that has just been through and passed Memtest86. My display is running at 4K with vsync on (so 30fps) and my CPU is a i9 9900KF no OC. Scenery cache is off (some have suggested setting to off as a fix). Thanks. Bruce

Could anyone tell me (or link) where to find the difference between the normal version and the enhanced one? Any FPS advantage with the normal one? im sure this has been asked, but i couldnt fint it... Cheers

Dear All, With the addition of 40th Anniversary content, I am fast running out of space on my 1TB NVME SSD. Should one take advantage of the black/white Friday sales and purchase a bigger drive, can MSFS simply be "copy/pasted" over? The last thing I want to do is have to re-install everything again (which is not a problem) but then spending days to reconfigure everything is a huge task. Please could someone advise! Thanks.

The original GA traffic mod that this fix used is no longer available. Because of that, I made a mod to add GA traffic and uploaded it to flightsim.to https://flightsim.to/file/38966/ga-stock-aircraft-traffic Follow the instructions in that mod to add GA traffic to use alongside AIG, Simple Traffic, etc. Note: it's only for offline traffic (AIG injected, etc.) and will not work with Live Traffic.

Downloading updating of 21gigs tonight Halfway thru got booted out Tried to fire up the sim and got message: Last session terminated unexpectdaly Continue in Safe Mode or normal Also said to update 3rd party Market Place software. Do I have to go in adn update all the world updates downloaded Was up to world update X Also I have a few scenery from Roman Design like Ottawa Oshawa. Should I take them out of community folder and see if any updates available for them? Also I do I start the big download again or it does it automatically This sim is getting frustrated
