There is an update for Melville Hall at Orbx where I bought it. My copy came with pink textures meaning that some original textures were missing. All seems normal now.

This happened here, I've ruled out WU16, Win 10 update on 2/3/24, shader cache files, installed new GPU driver, then the newer hotfix one, then back to my more recent one proven previously trouble-free. I've been nearly stutter-free for over a year now and something major has changed. For example, during pushback out of Gate B45 KDEN probably 20+ obvious stutters where normally there would be none. And talking stuttering only--not loss of frame rate, and in the context of ample CPU/GPU/VRAM headroom. Performance right up until 2/5/2024 has just gotten progressively better such that I might see only 1-3 stutters in a typical 2+ hour flight in complex planes/terminals. …

Hi all I have a pretty stable setup… probably had 1 crash in the last year. I had the latest MSFS update last week and installed Geneva add on from redwing at the same time. I have now had 3 sim sessions ending at Geneva, Gatwick and Aberdeen that have all crashed exactly on engine shut down…. Not sure if anthung else has auto updated in the background I’m running MSFS Fenix A320 SLC Vatsim through VPilot Valenta pegasus for easyjet little nav map efb v2 If anyone has any ideas where to start let me know! So it looks like MSFS had its highest actively monthly user number in over a year, and the second highest returning user number ever: Please note this is not the all time high user number for MSFS. I think that was probably back in 2020 on its release (or perhaps the XBox release of MSFS back in 2021). Hi all, Recently got the Thrustmaster TCA Airbus Throttle. i have calibrated it and have it setup with the fenix a320 as it should be. Could someone let me know if it’s normal to see different N1 values on the left / right engine when moving the throttles slightly forward to taxi. cant say I have ever noticed it, the number 2 throttle lever is slightly ahead of the left but they are calibrated perfectly? I’m using the bar provided to keep the throttles in sync as much as possible. More curious if others have this or if I have an actual issue with it. Thank You!

I have been using Saitek devices for many years without problems (10 FIP's,2 radio panels,Trim Wheel and (not currently using--yoke,rudder pedals and switch panel.) Recently in MSFS2020 in Win10 when using Spad.neXt drivers, (do not have Logitech drivers installed) panels worked as usual except for Multi Panel. Test program would not run and buttons would not respond or light up, All other dials and switches seemed to work OK. I tried replacing snippets with mixed results, some buttons would light up and rest would not--depending on the snippet, but entire panel would not function as it should. HI guys, simple question really...I don't fly anywhere else other than NZ for now...(my airline for APL2)... would it ruin anything if i uninstalled the world updates and the photogrametry cities as just taking up space and increasing loading times? With FSX/P3D if I press Shift + Z it shows the current wind seep and Direction, how do I do this in MSFS 2020?

Took the HJET up for a flight last night after awhile of not using it. I noticed one side of the WT displays can't be toggled meaning you can't highlight the right side of the display to manage right side (talking the whole center display here to the PFD's for the pilot and copilot). You have to toggle the left partition using only the left lower screen toggle switch (right doesn't work) to manage the right screen when you have the split screen option chosen. I hope this makes since.🥺 Another thing I noticed now is AT can't keep speed. It hunts for the speed when it's activated which produces wild speed adjustments in climb. I have a couple of questions regarding the management of flight level (FL) by the Fenix A320. Still learning the Airbus automation (my background is Boeing). In a flight today, the imported Simbrief planned cruise was FL350. When the A/C reached FL350, as expected the pitch mode changed from CLB to ALT CRZ. Later I climbed to FL370 and pitch mode changed to ALT when the FL was reached...as expected. Subsequently, I descended down to FL350 and I was expecting pitch mode to again be ALT CRZ but it stayed in ALT. I PUSHED the ALT button but no change. Shouldn't pitch mode be ALT CRZ again since the A/C is again on the planned vertical path ? If "yes", how do I ma…

In attempting to reinstall MSFS2020 from the Microsoft store, I click on "install" and after a short time it says "We'll install this game to a new folder in this location: " , but the location cannot be entered and is greyed out. Some files actually do load (as seen in File Explorer), but basically it stalls and never completes the loading. There is no loading bar to follow the progress. I have done a re-installation of MSFS in the recent past with no problems. I have tried the usual remedies, e.g., logging off X-box and logging back in, but this does not help. Any ideas?

After a recent PC system update I had to re-download the latest version of Bijan Seasons. Bijan's setup no longer allows for downloading to anything but the Community Folder (it installs directly to that folder with no other option). I attempted to then move the folders to my chosen Mods folder and use them with AddonsLinker as I have always done in the past. When I did this they ceased to function. They now show up in AddonsLinker with the following marker: could not read the manifest.json file. This makes them non-functioning. The only way I can use them now is to move each folder physically into the Community folder before flight. Pretty clumsy. Would t…

I have 40+ "Not installed" addons in the content manager currently. They are all ones I either uninstalled from the MS Store or 3rd party I decided were not wanted anymore and manually removed from my Community folder. The only option in MSFS is to "install them". Is there any way to reset this list?

I just rebuilt my system and had FS installed on my D: drive (which I kept intact) and when I reinstalled FS on the new system it seems like it forced much of it to C:. So I changed the UserCfg.opt file to point it to D:. Now everything SEEMS fine, but I noticed I had some visuals that were wrong (chromatic aberration, vinette and such that are set in that opt file) and so I changed them. The problem is, the game is ignoring those changes, so now I'm wondering if there's another UserCfg.opt file somewhere that is being read. This is the Store version of Deluxe. Is there some log or something that might point me in the right direction?

Has anyone else had an issue with FS2020 ignoring changes they make to the UserCfg file? I do this to turn off Fringe and Sharpness and to set Shadows to 4k instead of the "max" of 2k and it's always worked before. However, I just reinstalled the sim after upgrading my PC. Now, when I go into UserCfg.opt to change settings they get saved and stay that way, but the sim pays NO attention to these changes. I can tell because Chromatic Aberration is still there in the hanger and Shadows still show as set to 2048 instead of 4096. I used PROCMON to verify that I'm editing the correct file and that FS2020 is READING it. So why is it not processing the changes? Tha…

Dear All, On my system, the PMDG EFB only operates on the 737-800 pax version. It's not available on the 737-700 or the 800 freighter. Am I missing something? Best regards, Peter
