Hello, Just upgraded to a 4090 and GPU working amazing (with frame generation and TAA) However, i am starting to experience "Your graphics driver has encountered a problem and MS will exit." After some investigating, it seems when i switch from Windowed to Fullscreen mode (using ALT-ENTER), i get this error. Tried to downgrade to the 527.xx driver from December and seems to be happening a lot less( the same driver i was using with my 3080TI) The latest driver), can barely load the game without the crash. Evening everyone, I have an issue I'm hoping someone can help with. For some reason I have a continuous roll to the left on PC. I've tried calibrating my flight stick and even my gamepad but every time I try for straight and level flight I'll start a gradual roll immediately after centering the plane. So far, I have tried this with the 172 and the DA40 and its present with each aircraft. I've had this issue for a long time and its why I generally use autopilot shortly after takeoff. I've tried Num pad 5, right CTRL 4 and 6 (that just causes me to roll left or right). I'm just can't figure out why it's doing this. It seems in other simmers videos no one has thi…

I have noticed that with DLSS on, my Fenix displays are pretty blurry. I get good performance though and i don't get any outside shimmering in the distance or on airport objects. With TAA on, I get sharp Fenix cockpit displays, good performance, but awful shimmering on airport objects and things in the distance. Has Asobo said anything that will be done in the future to address any of this? I have always used TAA, but the last 2 flights switched to DLSS and thought it looked better outside the plane. I am on DX11 if that makes any difference.

In general, I feel like my textures aren't as clear as I have seen and often times, i get shimmering in the distance, particularly at airports (3rd Party). What settings can I look at to see what could be causing this? Clouds are grainy as well and when at high altitudes, the ground looks grainy too. Thanks

I'm running an Intel i7-14700K and a RTX4070Ti Super. No overclock at the moment. When checking the Developer Mode FPS counter while buzzing around in Black Square King Air, the display is permanently in the green with "Limited by Main Thread". FPS is around 60-70 with most settings on Ultra and tLOD at 200. This is on a 144Hz 4K monitor running native resolution with G-Sync active and V-Sync on in NVCP but with no frame limiter. Given that "Limited by Main Thread" means that the system performance/FPS is limited by the CPU (more specifically, a single CPU core), that would imply that buying a RTX4080 or RTX4090 specifically for MSFS performance would be wasting a ch…

With my RTX3070 i am having problems with the load of textures. The objects of the scenaries load very slow and the photogrametry buildings finish to load.whem i am near of them. Hiow can i modify the graphic options to fix that? Thanks

Hey there, one of the things I really loved when I flew the FlyByWire A320neo in MSFS was the ability to have the MCDU on an external tablet. Is there anything similar available for free for the PMDG 737? I've found something called Axis and Ohs (AAO) but it's free for just 20 minutes 😅 Anything out there you can recommend? What do you guys use for having the FMC on an external device?

Hi all I mounted a new PC for msfs. Windows 11 works fine on it. After installing msfs frome store on 😄 and D, then select a departure airport and hit FLY: The blue line goes aprox to 60% and then stucks. And nothing happens, keep stucking for half a hour, then killed it. I did everything I found in the internet but did not help including all drivers updated. I do not know what to do more. So I'm currently working on my real world 737 type rating and wanted to use the PMDG 737 as a study aid for flows... So I open up FS on my laptop boom crashes on the loading screen with flightsimulator.exe as the faulting module... I try everything that 20 years of dealing with CTDs in flight simulator have taught me.. Even did a clean install of the sim, removing hundreds of addons and a download that took over a day on slow hotel internet... Nothing still crashing... Why are my throttles and yoke flickering in ONLY my commercial aircraft. I’ve got no profile in MSFS so there is no duplicate bindings. The only other thing that’s plugged in is my MIP panels for when I fly DCS. I’ve checked them in MSFS to check for controls and there are none

So as part of this month continuing to form the worst instability I've seen in MSFS since Aug 2020, here's the latest little 'ball of fun' I'm fighting with:- After I lost all settings and spent 7 hours reconfiguring all of my controllers and other settings, I set MSFS to "full screen" (as I always do) in the Graphics settings and saved it. Now, when I launch MSFS, it is always in Windowed mode. Every single time I launch it, I need to go into settings, set it to Full screen, save, save again, etc. And yet when I next launch it, it is back to Windowed mode. You approach it as a pilot and not a simmer. I have found after a few hours of trial and error that if you accurately complete every “jot and tittle” of the FP, Payload, and most importantly ZFW/ZFWCG in the FMS it will behave and fly like the Fenix, consistently and reliably, albeit with bugs but those can be dealt with IF you get all data that the plane expects. Hi I am neww to MSFS and I have maaged to get quite a bit running (on the A320). I do have a problem with calculating the amount once the fight plan is loaded. if i get MSFS to create a flight for me, how much fuel can I determine I will need? I would have thought the WEIGHT AND BALANCE window would help, but it just doesn''t take the plan into account. Thanks Gary

Is there a way to turn off the redundant sounds of the people boarding the plane "howdy ma'am" and the flight attendants "chatter"? I don't mind the sounds of the bins closing and the foot traffic... Just looking to get rid of the voices.

Version 3.6 is out. I installed last night and will test later and report my findings. I have been using 3.5 for a while now but had issues with v 3.5.1 as did a few others so it will be interesting to see how good the latest version is.

So this is really strange...just recently purchased the VelocityOne yoke/throttle system from Turtle Beach and now I cannot use the Reactivity setting in the Controls section of MSFS. Changing the Reactivity setting from anything other than it's default of 100 results in almost total lack of elevator response when in cockpit view. The elevator response becomes so restricted you cannot take off or land properly. Affects all default aircraft I’ve tried. I'm hoping someone can clarify something for me. When RD Preset released Gibraltar, I was disappointed with the rendition of The Rock, as for me, personally, I thought it looked like a bowl of mashed potato! However, having seen some recent videos and screenshots of the same scenery, it now looks very different and more like what I would expect. I'm wondering if the devs have redesigned The Rock. Can anyone confirm my thoughts, thanks. Personally, I think this looks awful...

I built a new gaming PC in the past month so i decided to upgrade my 1440p monitor to a 57” ultra-wide curved dual 4k (7680x2160) Samsung monitor. I didn’t want a 1440p ultra-wide monitor because the gauges are just not sharp. I fired up the new monitor and in most games it looks amazing. But when i launched MSFS this monitor has a bad case of fisheyes. And it gives me a headache. I guess because there is no FOV setting in MSFS this really cannot be fixed. I tried zooming in more but it really does little to fix the issue. Anyone have any ideas?

There are some great aircraft for MSFS due for release over the next few months. Here is another one (the IndiaFoxEcho Tornado), with an actual ex-Tornado pilot (CGAviator - a great guy - love his videos) taking it for a spin around the Mach Loop on the way.
