Microsoft Flight Simulator (2020/2024)

In case it works for anyone else: I have unpaired my Bluetooth Microsoft Surface Curve Keyboard and Precision Mouse, and substituted a wired USB mouse and keyboard. Before: random CTD always within about 60 mins. Now: about 5 hours so far without any CTD.

The copilot in MSFS needs to take flying lessons....The last two times the copilot landed the plane (Citation Jet), it missed the runway and crashed....

I’m having the issue of taxing and first encounter a taxi light in the middle of the path.. But the worst is that the taxiways has nothing to do with real life.. Is like and AFCAD didn’t exist is all randomness.. Parking spots and runways number seems to be ok..

Hi Is it normal that the airplane does not turn right or left in outside view with my Saitek Pro Flight Yoke and in cockpit it is turning normally? Thank you for helping! HB

Well, it looks like the community is now working on a mod for the 787: I wonder if they will get as far as the community A320 mod. I guess we will see. The 787 is supposed to be encrypted and wasn't supposed to be modifiable so who knows if this project team will hit a road block in the future because of the encryption.

Has anyone else had problems with Cockpit Quickview Look Left 120° and Look Left 45° being backwards? If I assigned Look Left 45° I would assume I would look left 45°, Not on past direct left to left-back. Instead I have to set Look Left 120° to () and Look Left 45° to () while Right is correct - Look Right 45° () and Look Right 120° () All the other cockpit quick views seem correct.

Is there a way to display your flight after you are done (alla FS2004) to see how you did say on an approach? I think I posted it before but cant find it. If anybody can help appreciate it

How to use Little Navmap to make custom Flight Plan.

Just myself personally but one of the things that FS has ALWAYS lacked for me was the depiction of race tracks... One of the things I have always loved was a virtual flight to the track I am racing, either in real life or sim race. Problem is there has never been a race track in the the sim when you arrive 😞 Over the last few days I have had the chance to explore some of the tracks in FS and it is awesome... Hi all On virtually every take off in the c172 I get a little way down the runway and the Sim freezes for a good 45 seconds then just resumes as nothing happened, no weather is injected and I'm not near a photo area, any body else see this

Yesterday had the most strange event occurring in my mfs install. As I started the sim, only one aircraft was available for install - the TBM 900. After restarting a few times, deleting all folders bellow the conmunity folder, asking for a game repair /reset, and even erasing that aircraft folder from a temporary system folder associated with mfs, the most I was able to get was 2 instead of just one aircraft. Reinstalled mfs, to no avail - still the same - two aircraft only... :-/ I then decided to logout of my account in the game and use another one I have in MS Outlook. Hi, I just installed Flight Simulator, and I have a big problem: I once had an X-52 HOTAS, and the joystick broke. I continue to use only the throttle, and pair it with a T1600M joystick. In every other game so far (including FSX) that is no problem. I want funktion A; I use this button on the X-52 throttle. I want funktion B, I use another button on the T1600M. But in the new flight sim, I need to choose my input device on the top, and then in the menu below where you map your controls, you seem only to be able to assign buttons from that specific device? If I choose the T1600M, go to throttle and want to assign the X-52 throttle axis, it tells me somethin…

Just want to make certain that what I'm experiencing is the same as everyone else, when it comes to the G1000/3000 units. I started in late evening, now its the dead of night. Everything is smooth as snot on a frozen doorknob. However! (and there's always a however in the sim world isn't there?) I look up at my visor and the reflection from the Garmins is just whacky and pixilated. Does anyone else see this? Its another example of everything being so perfect that something so relatively small throws everything off. View system seems ok for a default system, however no way to save a new external view; engine or wingview yet as below? Good video though... 11:14 has the external view bit...

Anybody flown over the sea side town? Just did. Disappointing to say the least. No tower, no piers, huge hotel like structure where the cenotaph should be. I thought this would be better than the True Earth series. Not even close.
