Tried to load at Naha Okinawa airport 4 times CTD each time other areas loading ok.

I'm confused about the ATW North America from the Dev update last week. Were they just showing what is currently in the sim or will there be some new release or update with these highly detailed cities? From the cities I have seen in the sim, it would appear that they are already in there but i'm not 100% sure. Can someone clarify what that is?

Did a short ifr flight with the TBM 930, including all the mods I use for this aircraft. 1. Noticed an improvment in performance. 2. Sim seemed to run smoother 3. Aicraft less twitchy on take off 4. Selecting an ILS approach didn't freeze the pfd. 5. Plane flew the approach with no issues However I did encounter two problems: REX Weather Force didn't work and Live Weather didn't work properly either. I'll do a few more flights with the TBM and see how things go. Will update my post if necessary.

I've just installed patch 5 and had my first CTD in the sim. It happens as soon as i scroll the mouse wheel to set the correct heading in the Carenado M20R. Restarted the sim twice with the same result as soon as i scroll the headingbutton in the cocpit whit the mouse wheel. No CTD when i scroll the mouse wheel in the 172 steam gauge version. So this is defenetively a new bug for me since i'll fly the Carenado M20R almost daily and have never encountered CTD when setting the heading in the cockpit prior to patch 5. So insted of setting the heading in my beloved M20 i'll have to head over to the Zendesk.

Is anyone else using the Razer Tartarus V2 Gaming Keypad to map their buttons? If yes, are you also experiencing game crashes with this peripheral plugged in? Any suggestions as to a fix, or are we left with having to wait for an update to the update from Asobo? Many thanks!

On my Data Consumption area within the data settings my current data consumption shows 30.46 GIB under that there is a red bar and it says limit 0 GiB. I have data limitation on with a 0 limit, unlimited bandwidth and rolling cache. What does this all mean? Am i not getting the most out of the sim or are those settings ok? The red bar had me concerned but I don't know what that all means. Thanks!

Apologies if this has already been posted but despite the 747 getting a bit of attention, it is still too quirky to fly reliably, vis: The pitching up and down under AP (porpoising) when holding altitude seems to be fixed. However the side to side "hunting" tracking a Nav vector is still present, it can't fly a straight line. The FMC still drops the flight plan loading a saved game (suspect this still afflicts the other aircraft too). Reprogramming in the destination airport and picking an arrival/approach simply results in the aircraft flying straight over the airport, LNAV will not pick up the STAR. I've just published a video review of ORBX's Leeds Bradford airport for MSFS. I usually find an existing topic to drop these links into but, because this is an old scenery (by MSFS standards) and there are no recent topics on it, I'm starting a new one. I think enough people find my video reviews helpful for this to be a good idea but I also suspect that there will be some who'll be irritated and see this as self-promotion. I'll try and gauge the general mood from any comments that follow and be guided by that when deciding whether to do this in future!

Since the last update I have no cockpit camera control. It''s stuck on the instrument panel and can't be changed. The zoom using the mouse wheel works ok but nothing else. Not sure what I should change in the Controls section to get camera control back. External camera works ok and can be moved around with the mouse. How to fix? Jim

All, sorry for bothering you. any idea why the left PFD is dark / not showing nomally? engines are running, I am able to roll. I did spawn on the rwy, so no cold and dark. I am a PMDG Boeing guy hence lost here 🙂

For Saitek/Logitech FIP users There is now a first batch of FIP gauges available for some planes, i.e. the C152, C172, and R400. I tweaked my settings to the RD preset suggestions after the latest 2020 update. I feel that the trees are starting to look like 3D triangles and the buildings look a bit rigid. Does anyone else have this issue or could it have been something i did in settings to make that happen?

Got this error out of the blue..did not install the update,, tried but got this error. I did go to the help link and tried it all. I did uninstall the program and reinstall but still got this error. Might try for a refund as it cannot be fixed.

I've owned MSFS 2020 since the launch date, had no issues downloading & installing the sim, and zero issues doing any of the upgrades until the newest one. I went launched the sim yesterday around 8 pm EST (US) to do the upgrade and that's where my troubles began. Here's a rundown of the problem. The first thing I see now on launch is a completely black screen wit a small blue hamster wheel spinning away for about 3-4 minutes then the splash screens finally start up. Greetings all.. first of all.. My heartfelt sympathies to all who got stuffed by the patch. I am out there holding placards for you and whining on Zendesk for you as well. For me.. I have noticed a lot of changes this patch (good) and thought I would list them here to see if others have these things as well.... As is usual for me.. Is there a way to make the constant lighting in live weather stop at all ? I only fly with live weather and the lightning has become so annoying I have decreased my flight time and waiting for a new patch to fix it. It is so annoying that with just few clouds there is huge thunder and lightning.

The last couple of updates to the sim has been done without going to the Microsoft Store. When I start the sim and an update is detected, the dowload is done in the game without having to go to the Microsoft Store page. I'll only see an progress bar in the sim (yesterdays update was aprox 7,52 GB) and after the dowload and decompresseing the sim starts. But when i read in the forum than other users with the Microsoft Store verison of the sim is foreced to go to the store to complete the update get med wonder if i'll will out something? Anybody else with the store version that only has "in game" updates?

Letting MSFS simmers know that Pushback Express for MSFS has been updated to Version 1.2. This is a free update. Major change and new feature is Voice Control; you can now talk directly to the pushback crew rather than just pushing a button. I have exactley the same settings (graphics etc) as before the last update, but after the update i suffer from much worse stutter and lower preformance (less fps) than before. (Default analog Cessna 172 at ESSB or ESSA) I have tried to adjust settings etc, but with no luck. Any ideas, or anyone else notice this drop in fps/preformance? Best regards P

October 29, 2020 ...My version is the Steam version MSFS 2020. I have played this sim just fine for months, every day. But now I can't boot it up to play because the update is stuck and I see no way to bypass the update. About half of the 9GB + update did download OK.. until it gets to this file: downloading pc-fs-base-bigfiles-0.1.80.fspackage <==this file will not download, it keeps starting to download the file, then stops and tries again, then stops and tries again. The update will not proceed. This has gone on now for many hours. Can anybody help?

Anyway I thought we would be able to disable that after update #5 but i have not found it
