Hi Dave: There seems to be a mathamatical problem when adding a approach to a flight plan. When there is a HOLD or RACETTRACK in the approach, the hold courses are not correctly computed. For instance, for KFOK, RNAV (GPS) RWY 24, the computed hold courses are 326 (inbound) and 146(outbound)... they should be 236 and 056. Can verify by entering this flight plan: KFRG DPK KFOK app rwy ils rwy 24. I believe this error is across the board for all hold racetrack patterns. Needless to say tracking the computed courses send you into never, never land! glenn

Hi installed the new v2 and when I press the connect button the connect button doesn't turn to green and all I get on the right hand box is simulater connected and nothing else. not getting the Recongnition engine installed and Grammars installed text saying its connected With v1 I had no issues,

I admit, that this bug partly is my own fault, but perhaps it might be a good idea to correct it anyway. I go from EDDH to EKCH. I do not file a STAR. "ATC Assign STARs" in enabled. When I reach TOD, I'm instructed to descent as expected to the final WP in the plan (where to expect the STAR to begin), but later on I'm not assigned a STAR. I don't know it it is related, but if I manually try to assign a STAR to EKCH it is possible, but "Recommended STAR" is "N/A". I want to rollback to the previous 32-bit version. The new version has been nothing but problems, hanging all the time randomly (seems mostly when I hit a button that requires changing the map view - not the weather). Now, after doing a full uninstall, the latest 2.4.0.3 release on the website installer won't even run. Trying to run the installer just hangs. Can I get a download link to download the previous version?

Hi I have this problem with 2.4.0.3. Connect button does not lite, the aircraft icon does not appear into the map. I get "Simulator Connected, Recognition Engine Istalled and Grammars Loated" texts to right side. When I press "Center to Aircraft" button, it goes to right area, but not to airport, or aircraft. Tested in Shangi Singapore and in Memphis airports. Log file says "Error in XPWeather DecodMETARString", I use xEnviro and a Networked installation, P2ATC runs on my laptop, simulator on desktop. I don't know if the ? window has been fixed - it seems to work ok here. But I still cannot file a flight plan. Just sits there forever. The caption on the Verify button is still garbled. Rolled back to 2.4.0.0 again and no problems.

Hi, I have a question concerning the transponder mode in Pilot2ATC. When I set my transponder to ALT on the default Cessna 172 Pilot2ATC shows TEST. How can i set the transponder to ALT in Pilor2ATC? Using: Windows 10 X-Plane 11.10

Dave: Found a problem with ver 2.4.0.2 x64. Loads fine. Problem with connect: When connect is pushed pilot2atc connects to x-plane ... sort of! a) shows call sign b) Shows 3 line text message ...simulator connected, recognition engine... Grammers connected. c)The connect button DOES NOT light. d) Aircraft does not display on map e) Can import a saved flightplan but... will not respond to APPR key. Goes into a busy mode... never exits program freezes. Pushing connect again has no effect. Had to revert to 2.4.0.1x64 which works fine

Hello Dave, I setup the SayIt Joystick button, but when I minimize the application during flight the joystick button doesn't trigger SayIt. The PTT Joystick button works correct. P2A running in a networked configuration and the joystick is attached to the pc where P2A is running. I encounter this problem on the latest version 2.4.0.2 as well on version 2.3.1.2. Regards, Rob

I installed P2A_2401_x64 to a clean directory not on the C drive. I then ran Nav Data Pro to install airac 1708 to match what I have installed in XP11.10r3 (official release). Running Windows 10 Home. When I run P2A, it starts up OK and many functions would appear to work (e.g., runway info, TERPs, basic airport info, but it seems to find no radio frequencies for any airport. I've tried KSBP, KSMX, KSBA, KLAX, and KSFO. I'm using the info pop-up to check for the frequencies. The frequencies list in that popup always is empty. Likewise, clicking the Freq button in the left panel brings up no frequencies for the selected airport and doesn't even pop up any window…

Hi, i'm trying to use the P2ABASEData.mdf that i've modified until version 2.3.1.2 but i receive an error and the database don't load. Is the old database compatible with the current version (2.4.0.1)? I've built lots of airports and i don't want lost them. I'm using airac navigraph version 1713. The error is "Unable to initialize database. The underlying provider failed on open. Cannot open database:P2Abasedata.mdf path requested by the login. The login failed. Login failed for user.

after clicking to 'hi' (hi enroute airways) map mode, the application became so busy trying to display that data that it didn't let me switch back to 'sat' or 'ter' mode at all, it resulted in permanent hang without letting me access to anything else i used my phone to take a picture of this situation because it made half of my system to hang and remain P2ATC unresponsive ;) if the application is unable to properly display the content, then why that 'hi' feature button is even present? i recommend to disable and/or remove that button

I've just taxied to active in KLAX and got these instructions: Note the spelling of Sierra = "Siera". I only noticed because text-to-speech for this gives a slightly weird-sounding result.

Downloaded version 2.4 Navigraph download manager still installs to the old directory and not Pilot2ATC_2018_x64. Can files be moved from old to new? Is it true that makerwys only need to be run in the main P3D v4 directory?

Hello My sim is X-plane 11r05 on a 24'' screen and I use pilot2ATC v2 on my 22'' second screen. When I click on the sim screen for anything or on any button off Pilot2ATC, the main windows off it (map and PLN) turn to black and the action on pilot2ATC don't work. I have to click on the black zone to remain to the original windows....Some time, are needed several try to make a success of the action. How can I fix this problem ?? Thank's

Downloaded 2.2.1.7, and everything seems to work well. I can talk to ATC, I hear ATC. The Grammar Helper works, where I can say the phrases, and it all ends up good. But as soon as I try and open the Trainer I get this The normal Speech Training is working, so it's no error there. Permissions are good. Pretty much everything is great, except that I can't train the freaking program. If I can fix this if will for sure buy it, it's awesome. This is my settings in the Settings that the prompt asks for: EDIT: Updated to 2.2.1.8, but same problem.

i have just experienced this, while being enroute (UUEE/EDDF) , everything was just fine till i was getting closer to EDDF, the ATC continued giving instructions despite of this error message, (i have updated p2atc with airac 1712) aaand also, one more thing: is it possible you implement a feature telling the application windows to remember their positions and sizes as when they were left ? that will be really handy, because in my case im using a dual monitor setup, every time i start p2atc.exe app it will open up and position by itself on the main monitor using its default, every time i need to drag it to the second monitor, resize it and rearrang…

Changing frequency to 121.65 and request IFR Clearance. No response. Checked again on the 2nd ClrDel frequency 122.42 for IFR Clearance, response is again 'KLM Twelve Zero Three Contact Clr_PreTaxi on One Two One Point Six Five, have a good afternoon'.
