Hi Dave, Not sure if this is a bug or simply my misinterpretation of the proper ATC chatter directory structure. Under the ATC_Chatter Directory, I have a directory for "US", and under "US" I have a folder for each region (K1-K7). In each region folder I have "App" "Clr" "Ctr" etc... In addition, also in the K folders, I have airport folders (KRDU, KROA, etc)... and each airport folder has the controller types "App" "Clr" "Ctr". My understanding was, by configuring my folders this way, if a specific controller type is found for the airport I am currently tuned to, the chatter files from that folder would play -- If I'm contacting RDU tower and I have …

I'm not sure how much detail you need other than the log. So, I requested a "direct to" a waypoint in the flight plan. It was approved.However, after turning direct to the waypoint, P2A told me I was off course and continued to instruct me to change to a heading of 240. This continues until I shut down P2A. How the hell do you attach the log??

Hi Dave, Since V2.3.0.0 I no longer get an ATIS readback when I tune the local ATIS frequency, P2A reports no ATIS information available. I have Active Sky weather set up and can see the current weather report if I click on the "WX" icon. Different stations report the correct QNH during the flight so it seems P2A is reading the Active Sky weather file. Regards Rob

I haven't been using the program for a few months since I'm waiting for CereProc to fix their ######. But today I wanted to do a flight with P2A and XP11 and the program doesn't connect to XP. There's no error or anything. I have XPUIPC enabled so I'm at a loss as to what's wrong. The log also doesn't state anything about this. EDIT: I reinstalled the program but to no avail :(

Hello, Am trying a flight from EHAM to EGLL in the JAR A320. I have a valid and filed flight plan and the aeroplane set up with a matching flight plan. As soon as I call clearance with 'ready to copy IFR clearance' I get an unhandled error exception and the voice recognition no longer works. I have tried several times and it's reproducible each time. Any ideas? Am trying to attach files but I only have an 'insert other media' with existing attachments. Will figure out how to attach files and reply to my own post.

VFR Flight plan KPDT to KALW at 5500 ft No Flight Following Took off and upon reaching the tower radius that state was changed to EnRouteIFR according to the log. I was instructed to contact Approach and upon contact was told I was off course and was given course corrections. I had to cancel IFR to get Approach to stop telling me to change course. My understanding is that in the USA altitudes are assigned at or above FL 410 as: Track 000-179 degrees FL 410, 450, 490, etc; Track 180-359 degrees FL 430, 470, 510, etc. P2A evidently does not follow this convention. For example, tried this morning to enter FL 430 for a flight heading west; the flight plan wouldn't take it, P2A changed it to FL 440. Alan

P2A 2.2.2.1. EIDW to EGLL. Everything goes well until I am told to change frequency to tower and then ask for takeoff clearance. Then silence. I have restarted the flight 5 times and it's the same everytime. There are no frequency conflicts at EIDW. I've tried different say it options for departure, but nothing works.

Win10, XP11.05, v2.2.2.1 EGLLEDDM P2ATC running better than ever, just one observation. Using ATC with AI co-pilot, I request an higher altitude which is granted by ATC. But as we begin the level change, ATC comes on insisting on a descent to the previous original altitude. Cheers, Bruce

Hi Dave, I want to assign a joystick button to change the transponder status. Either toggle through the status options or immediately set it to "Active". I have tried to assigned a button in FSUIPC through their interface but either I don't have the correct reference or P2A does not recognise the command. Also, I have been unable to verify any change in state feedback to the sim via the FSUIPC logging window if I change state in P2A. ie from "Off" to "Active" or "Standby" Does P2A provide Transponder Status feedback to P3D (FSX) or does it just keep the status internal for P2A ATC? X-plane 11, AIRAC 1708, P2A v. 2.2.2.1 Was plotting a route from EGSS (Stansted) to EIDW (Dublin), came up as follows in SkyVector: UTAVA Q75 BUZAD T420 TNT Q4 WAL PENIL L70 BAGSO Validated OK with SimBrief as well. When trying to enter it in P2A, I got as far as UTAVA. Then, when I attempted load Airway Q75 to BUZAD, the Airway came up OK, but the only choices were BKY (OK, that's one end of the airway) and HELLI, the latter being an intersection in Australia located on an airway with the same name. Hi, I was on an IFR flightplan. I requested a route change (dct to another waypoint on my route) and the controller issued a new clearance. After I read back the new clearance, the controller said there was no flight plan. When trying to open my flight plan there was an unhandled exception. I canceled IFR and try to reopen but no succes.

I did this flight edfh DCT RUDUS Z10 GISEM N850 WRB eddv Problem: I would not get any take off clearance. I tried all the possible frquencies there.Nohting.No take off clearance. I finally asked for IFR release and contacted center in the air. Still atc said nothing much. I finally disconnetced p2a, reconnected and validated and filed the flightplan in the air and contacted center and p2a started working again. Not sure what happened. Dave, When handed off to a controller when "at altitude" (not climbing or descending)... the copilot is not recognized when he checks in. The green text of what he said does not show up and the controller he is checking in with stays quiet. Repeating it manually with the current altitude "sayit" results in the same thing. If I use the climbing or descending "sayit" instead of the current altitude "sayit", I get the green text and the controller acknowledges my check in even though I am not climbing or descending. If I use the mic and check in, at altitude, I get the green confirmation text and the controller acknowledges my check in. This should be easily repeatable as…

First, congratulate you on the great work. When i make a flight with call sign for example "Europa 5200" ("Europa" in Airline box, "5200" in flight number box at config menu), atc calls me as "Europa 52", it does not says the "...zero zero". If flight nr is "5201" , atc calls me as "521" (fifty two one)...when i think it should say "five two zero one" or "fifty two zero one" Regards
