I have the regions folder in my C:\Pilot2ATC_2021_x64\Sounds\ATC_Chatter\Regions but there is no sound. I am connected to P2A, have the "Play Chatter" checked,volume is the way turned up, game is connected, I changed the frequency from atis to clr delivery in game on my radio in my PMDG 737 but there is no sound. There is no flight plan created but I shouldn't need one I don't think. It shows the location of my aircraft at current airport. The regions tab is on United States currently.

Hi I decided to give P2ATC a go today, but when i went to run it after initially stating the key was wrong, an hour or so later when i tried again a the activation window stated my trial had expired at the begining of Feb. Now this is entirely my own fault as i do recall downloading it before, i may have even entered into the initial screens. but for some reason or other i deleted it the same day. I don't know if it would be possible for me to try it, even for just a day or so, just to see if i do like it. Again either way it is my own fault for not using it initially. Regards Clive

Hi All, Maybe the feature does exist but I can't seem to find it. What I miss from ProATC-X is the ability to look at the map upon arriving at the destination airport and see where the gates/taxiways are and decide which gate to go to. Yes, I know you can have Pilot2ATC automatically assign me a gate but thats not always my perrogative. Without using another tool like LittleNavMap, is there a way that we can get parking positions to be shown on the Pilot2ATC map? You can view all sorts of other data there including runways and it can obviously assign gates so the program clearly has access to the data, Cheers

Hello, I'm on my trial membership here and experimenting to see if P2A will meet my needs for the way I use my sim. I've read all the documentation and watched a ton of the tutorials online. I'm currently playing with P2A in the newly updated Just Flight Warrior II. I noticed that P2A doesn't seem to play well with the Warrior II radio stack and was wondering if this is typical for all aircraft? Or this is just an issue/bug unique with the Just Flight Warrior II. As already witnessed a few times by other users at various airports, I have a problem at UBBB where upon requesting IFR clearance, I get handed over from Ground to Clearance Delivery, and then back to Ground again in an endless loop. Odd issue with P2ATC working with MSFS2020... While flying, I wish to control my on communications. So, in the Configuration: Speech: Copilot Options settings, I uncheck both. I don't see a save to execute the new setting so I leave the configuration window...upon flying, the copilot eventually starts responding with both radio and frequency changes. I found while in the settings window that as I click around in the empty spaces, the selections for "responds to radio" and "changes frequencies" continue to change status from checked to unchecked and back randomly. I can uncheck both but after clicking on the open areas with my mouse, the checks come back on their …

I have imported a flight from simbrief. I added SIDS and STARS then I validated and filed. Both in green. I saved the file and when I went to export in the MSFS in the LocalState folder it's a VB file. I hit the export but I cNt find the flight in MSFS. Also I did all the radio callous and was cleared to the transition. I was never told to descend nor vectored to the ILS. I was cleared to the ILS but that was all.

I have been using the latest beta version with no issues until today. Yesterday I was doing a flight and P2A was working perfectly until MSFS locked up on approach. I had to reboot the computer. Today when I tried to do the flight again P2A was very slow to load after I clicked on the desktop icon. After it did load I imported the simbrief flight plan. When I click on the autoplan button it takes 2 to 3 minutes for it to add SIDS\STARS. It usually is almost instantaneous. Is there something I can do to repair this or would I just be better off uninstalling and reinstalling P2A. I did reinstall the Navigraph database just to be sure that wasn't it. Hi 🙂 I have noticed, while planning, a flight that the GS in flight plan is sometime much higher than the indicated "Plan GS". I know that this is due to restriction in the Zone and that P2A puts the max speed limit as mandatory. But then, if it is the max speed limit, what's the point not being able to change it for a lower one ? Hope to be clear lol. Thanks !

I am several days into the trial period and am having a lot of difficulty with the interface. The main difficulty is the need to constantly open and close the app. If p2a is open and I click anywhere outside of the app it closes down to the task bar. So if I want to change altitudes for example P2a will close to the task bar. If I run fullscreen in order to get the p2a back I have to use alt tab to get the app back. Practically speaking this forces me to use windowed mode for the sim. If the app is open I can't use any of my hot keys for the flight sim (x plane 11). Finally, I can't get the sayit hot key to work. I checked to be sure the key was not being use by another …

Pilot2Atc is set to use REX weather. It's pointing to the correct folder, the metar_report.xml is in the folder. When initially getting in the aircraft, and connecting P2Atc, Atis is not matching what REX is showing for the current conditions. It close, but not exactly what REX is displaying. For instance the pressure at the airport is listed in REX as 29.74, yet ATC is reading back 29.77. Why the discrepancy? Winds don't match either, close but not the same. I need to look into this further within REX I think. It's not matching "everywhere" within itself. Front page shows pressure as 29.74, metar says 29.75, and the xml file shows 29.78 for the airport I'm at. And, …

Hi 😉 I just bought P2A. I wanted to add some english voices (up to 10 or more I believe) to windows 11 to level up the immersion in P2A . They all are recognized in the W11 (George, Sean, Catherine and so on...) but when I launch P2A only the 3 ones who were already installed are recognized (Hazel, David, Zira). A solution ? Thanks !

P2A works well with XP12 in Windows 11. One problem sofar: Exporting a flightplan in .fms format to the correct XP-folder is impossible. Can only make a new map in the desktop-folder and export the plan into that folder. From there the plan can be hand-copied into the XP Output folder. No problem when using it in XP. Any solution? An access-problem in Windows? Bertien

I have tried to bind a hardware key to the Sayit! button but it does not work. Tried F12, ENTER and some Joystick buttons. My PTT button does work with a joystick button btw. What could be the problem? Or even better: the solution?

I do not own P2atc but I am planning to download the 10 day trial. I have reviewed the documentation and some tutorial videos and have a few questions. I currently use x plane 11 and msfs2020 and plan to upgrade to x plane 12 during the next year. I have a Navigraph subscription, and use Simbrief and Sky Vector additionally to do flight planning. I assume P2atc will be compatible with x plane 12. Is there any extra charge for the upgrade ? I think I read somewhere that P2atc works with any airport that has navigraph data. Is this true ? How compatible is P2atc with payware planes for x plane and mfs2020 ? As I went through the documentation I noted that…

This one i can't figure out...been using Pilot2ATC with no problems in MSFS 2020 as the host for a long time now. The only change to my system was removing my old saitek throttles and replacing with a new Honeycomb Bravo. No software additions (I didn't even install honeycomb drivers). But my first flight following this occurred when using the say it interface: If I right click and hold to move the POV around in MSFS, Pilot2ATC will repeat the last phrase sent, and this will happen forever. I post this in case anyone else is experiencing the same CTDs. My rig, 13900, RTX4090, 64GB 5500 RAM. SU12 beta latest. P2A beta latest. FSUIPC latest. I typically fly VR - two FS Economy missions daily in 3rd party aircraft (not Asobo stock). My simconnect connections are complicated with a Buttkicker, Navigraph Charts, P2A, FS Realistic, FS Traffic, FS Economy and my VR rig - HP G2 with Windows Mixed Reality. I realize that there are a million possible combinations of these things that could cause a CTD. After a couple of flights I'm VERY impressed with the program, but I'm confused about how (or even if) one can fly a pre-GPS IFR approach. This is mainly due to my current infatuation with the MSFS DC-6, and wanting to fly it using only RF navaids and my own highly inaccurate dead reckoning. I've figured out how to import flight plans and all that, but I can't figure out how (or again, if) one can just be vectored onto an ILS approach without having to try and manually fly a STAR...which, at my skill level, is practically impossible.

I was inbound IFR on the RNAV 04R for Chandler KCHD in the 310R. The wind needed the opposite rwy 22L which has no procedures. I needed to do circle to land and the chart indicated it as possible. Problem is I didn't know how to express this intention to approach or tower in P2A which was going to land me on 04R with unsafe downwind/crosswind conditions in my opinion. I'm in VR so don't want to use the P2A interface, just verbally do the circle to land. Thanks!
