Hello, I am using P2ATC with MSFS2020 and real time AI traffic. P2ATC does not yet interact with AI traffic. For instance, the controller may declare "clear for landing" while an Airbus is lining on RW and waiting for TO clearance. I am wondering if P2A will integrate AI traffic in a forthcoming update and add new instructions such as "Number 2" or program a holding pattern? It would be fantastic! Best

Hi Guys, I'm, at my wits end with Pilot2ATC. I never really used to have any issues but the last few months it just keeps causing me issues on most flights. Usually it simply stops responding, most often in cruse. Checking for the right frequency doesn't help (its set correctly) and I can hear via grammer checker my voice is coming through...i just get no responses which ends up in me closing the program and giving up. Anyway, I digress. In todays debarcle, mid cruise I needed to request a cimb from FL310 to FL340. Hey Dave, Was just wondering, would it be possible to implement immediate take off clearance if P2ATC can see AI on long final or within a certain distance of the runway? Another would be a hold for takeoff in the previous AI has just departed. P2ATC is now reading AIG traffic again which is great Thanks

Every time I try to change the freq on com 1 or com 2 Pilot2ATC automatically with in 10 seconds changesd it back to a different freq. I just paid 60 bucks for this software which took me 3 months to save, I am a bit dissapointed that it isnt working right.

When flying out of EGSS I am handed over to Radar Director on 136.2, which always fails. The frequency is selected, reverts to .00 and I get a BING noise, and I lose ATC and I have to manually select London CTR. :/

I had to blow my computer out of the water and I used to have P2A working just fine. Now when I go to assign a button for PTT in P2A it identifies the correct button, but when I try to test it out in the grammar window it doesn't recognize the button when pressed. If I click on PTT with the mouse it works fine. I have the latest version and this is for MSFS, which I don't think it matters since I'm simply trying to test it with the grammar window. I have tried with MSFS connected sitting in the cockpit. P2A connects and all looks good. Any suggestions as to what I might be missing? Thanks.

Just had a weird flight. P2A told me to descend, I replied, then it kept repeating the descent command repeatedly until I closed P2A. It literally wouldn't wait for a response. Sectionals display, but the resolution is poor making them hard to read. How can I get a high-resolution sectional to display in Pilot2ATC?

Par contre lors de la connexion à MSFS, mon avion n’apparait pas sur le tracé du plan de vol. dans la barre du haut , j’ai bien la vitesse, l’altitude, le mode et enfin le transpondeur. j’ai respecté le manuel d’installation , pour l’instant je n’utilise pas l’ATC , j’attends de bien maitriser le plan de vol. Hello folks, Looking for some advice regarding X-Plane 12 specifically, and having both XP11 & XP12 on the same machine. I just updated P2ATC to the most recent version, 2.6.4.1, and when I fire up XP11 as before, all is well and it connects no issues. However, no so with XP12. What do I need to do to get it to connect to XP12?, as I can't see any way to direct it to the folder or change any settings related to XP12. I get an error message saying there is an issue connecting to the sim, but not sure how to fix this. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

I am really enjoying P2A as I find it a great way to learn phraseology while at the same time cranking up the immersion level. Great job Dave! I do have an issue I am trying to sort out, as mentioned in the subject. Here is the situation. I am pretty new to this stuff, so my assumption is I am missing something. This works great.....except when: <call sign> cross <waypoint> at two eight thousand then descend via <STAR> to two thousand eight hundred when I ask assigned altitude I get the two thousand eight hundred only any chance of getting the intermediate altitude? Hello, Is it somehow possible to open the 'SayIt Plus' window without bringing the main window to the foreground ? As soon as I click on the 'SayIt Plus' window, the main window always blocks my screen at the same time !? Is there any solution to use the two windows independently ? Don’t know if this has been covered - I didn’t see it. When cruising at altitudes above FL180, when I am passed off to a new controller they give me the altimeter setting. As I recall, in the US that information is only transmitted to aircraft below FL180 or cleared to descend below it. Above FL180 the altimeter is set to Standard so the info is of no use. Of course, outside the US transition altitude may be different, so I guess the call is country-specific.

I am testing out the ATC Chatter files and they are pretty good. The issue of course is that they are not specific to the planes I am seeing. Still better than nothing, but it would be great to integrate something like Live ATC into the app. The biggest gripe I have with it is there is no way to mute the Live ATC comm while listening to the ATC in Pilot2ATC. I like how the chatter files are muted when communicating with ATC, so if there is anyway to do that I think Live ATC would be a better approach. Maybe this is already possible?

Even after running makerunway.exe and importing into P2A I've no taxiways at e.G. LOWW LTFM EDDL and some more. All those are custom sceneries from third party. Any idea?

I've been reading through the forum and have watch 3 or 4 videos on youtube now and I can see the value in Pilot2ATC especially for practicing using the radio in a non-VATSIM sort of environment and for improving the voices and chatter of ATC. I'm wondering what everyone thinks of the quality of this product in terms of does it give better ATC control in MSFS? I've noticed before in MSFS that sometimes the ATC is late in giving me clearance to decend from cruise - forcing a steep decent into approach/final it also seems at times to give strange take off and landing runway assignments compared to what METAR for the airport is (I use live weather all the time). I can't get Pilot2atc flight plan to transfer to the sim. I have connected, and I have turned off many of the features in MSFS 2020. In addition, I can't get the "on top" feature to turn on. Thoughts?
