When I try to designate a button for push to talk, I click enable and the I try to designate a button on my yoke. The number 8 appears and I can't clear it so I can enter a button number of my choosing. Anyone had this issue or any ideas on how I should proceed? Thank you.

Hi, Dave, I wonder if it is possible to add audio input selection for Pilot2ATC? When I fly an airliner, I like to use VR for take off and landing and leave VR to my monitor for cruise. In this setting, I switch between my oculus and my headset for different phase of flight. Current Pilot2ATC only allows me to select audio output, but cannot select which headset for ATC voice. And for some reasons, my oculus just does not capture my voice because Pilot2ATC does not recognize the audio input from my oculus. I am sure I have selected audio input from my oculus, but Pilot2ATC just does not see the voice input. Therefore I have to quit using Pilot2ATC for my VR flights. …

Did anyone encounter issues with AWS Polly voices not working with P2A and ways to fix them? P2A sees them just fine but when it comes to assigning them to different channels/controllers they start stop working at random. I can assing Poly for example to copilot but when I try to assign it to Clearance for example or ATC center it simply doesn't play back. But if I restart P2A few times it picks them up and plays them fine seemingly at random.

Using the latest P2ATC beta and XP12, I'm trying to change the pattern direction of a runway using the Taxi Maintenance tab but it always revert back to left if I click Save Change or click anywhere on screen. Been searching these forums and web, looking in the manual but could not find anything. What is the proper way to do this?

What is the recommended install procedure when moving P2atc from X-Plane 11 to X-Plane 12? Both 11 and 12 are installed on the Desktop. Or, will p2atc automatically recognize and interact with the new X-Plane 12 installation when the latter launches, assuming only 11 or 12 is operating at a given time?

I like to change the aircraft that I fly on every flight but this also means having to look up and enter the details every time in Pilot2ATC's menu, e.g. climb rate, groundspeed etc Would it be possible for P2ATC to save your aircraft once you have used it and then offer you a drop down bar (for example) to choose your aircraft from or could it read from the aircraft.cfg file? Hi @Dave-Pilot2ATC! I tried looking through the other posts and didn't really see any others talking about the issue I'm having. Out of nowhere only the Simulator (MSFS) will connect, recognition and grammar have stopped working and my plane won't appear or track on the map, though when I click "center on aircraft" it still moves to where it is in that moment. Also, when im in the pilot seat, it still recognizes when the plane is on or off but won't recognize and frequencies and when I try to set frequencies manually inside the plane it won't let me activate anything. Hi Dave, ATC asks me to switch to radar director immediately after take-off and before I am able to respond I am asked to switch to center control. Doesn't happen all the time but recently very often. Is there a way to make it work like before? I am now on V 2.6.3.1. Thanks, Tom

Hi Dave, Pilot2ATC froze mid flight (IFR PANC-PADQ). I kept flying, closed PILOT2ATC, restarted it and loaded the same flight plan again. I contacted ATC and tried to file the FP without sucess. The ATC kept saying the FP was old and I had to refill it. I modified it (mainly just introducing the destination airport) and asked for clearance a several times, but I couldn't find a way to "continue" the FP where Pilo2ATC left it when it froze or to get to PADQ IFR I guess I am missing something. Hey folks, Are Beta downloads available to download that aren't the latest? Looking to get back 2.6.3.2 Public Beta 8B. I just installed 8D and now nothing works right. Primarily it wiped out most of my settings and cannot get any of my Amazon voices to now show, or my cereproc for that matter. Only way is if I choose use random and then add each, but although that is the only way to see my voices in a list, they don't work. I've had no issues with overwriting other beta builds until now. Typically, after I install, I simply go to the voices tab and set each drop down to my desired voice, but nothing at all shows. Same with chatter. Using the same method I've do…

I plan to have the simulator moved to a new, faster computer. I also want to reinstall Pilot2ATC. I have configured many things in Pilot2ATC in the previous version. Is it possible to simplify the move ? Is it possible to transfer files from the old installation without having to reconfigure everything? Andreas

During a flight, where ATC behaved itself, the Speech Assistant prompt window was empty. I can't remember if it was for the whole flight or not but I was unable to select any of the prompts. @Dave-Pilot2ATC Any idea why?

Perhaps this is in the realm of fantasy, but thought I'd ask: Is there a way to integrate (possibly in the future) with a live atc streaming app, such as liveatc.net, so that when switching frequencies, we automatically hear live atc from the app for that given frequency? I currently use 'atc chatter', which is great, but tapping into something live would be even more immersive.

So I installed XP11 to give it a try. Can I use my P2ATC from P3D or do I have to purchase another license? TIA

New to this so not sure if it is something I have done or just 'one of those things' that can happen from time to time with Pilot2ATC but just flown a route and all went well until the final part of the approach procedure when ATC, having had the controller kept my altitude quite high at 5000 (I had requested lower but was denied) suddenly started vectoring me and told me to descend to 100 ft. Hi Dave, after updating to Beta 7B, I've lost ATC frequency in LOWI. The official ATC frequency that worked up to last week: 120.10 is now shown as "ATIS". As workaround, I use Radar Control 119.27, it works as ATC. Has there anything changed regarding Navigraph ?

Hi Dave, Using the latest Beta, I opened P2ATC and imported a flight from SimBrief, added the approach, as always. Then I noticed that there were no voices, so I checked the Config settings. All the settings have been deleted and there are no voices available at all, not even the default Microsoft ones. I have tested voice recognition on my PC, everything is working fine and I see no reason why this should suddenly happen. Any ideas or any information I can provide to help? EGBB has three transitions for the NDB ILS Rwy 15 approach. BHX1, BHX2 and CEDAR. If you look on the approach chart, you fly over the BHX NDB and then turn to 311' or 317' depending on the aircraft approach category. BHX1 and BHX2 will give you the correct approach as shown on the ILS approach chart. Pilot2ATC does not render this approach correctly, Navigraph and LNM do. This might be a rendering bug in P2ATC or user error. Would be good to get some feedback on this. Thank you

Hi all! It's been a few months using Pilot2Atc and overall, I am more than pleased. It does a very good job and once you get to know it, it is pretty simple to use. One thing I miss is a better handling of the taxi in usually leading me to a parking spot or gate already occupied (it is not a killer problem as Pilot2Atc is not really picky if a park somewhere else). I have read thet Pilot2Atc cannot currently give ATC to AI aircrafts, but it can certanly see them as they appear on the map (red and blue). Also Pilot2Atc can see gates and parking spots and locate them in the airport (and we can manually update them using the editor or makerunways) I am …

I have Ignore Altitude Airway Altitude Restrictions OFF but when I import a SimBrief planned flight, Pilot2ATC is not sticking to the Altitude Restrictions, meaning that I have to edit them each time before flying. This is in the latest Beta. Am I doing something wrong or misreading the last column Pln Alt? Thanks, Toby
