Seems like every time Pilot2ATC is relaunched, the ?+ window size has reset itself. Mildly annoying.

I'm using MakeRwys to update the taxi in the Gate and Taxiway maintenance and I got an issue with the taxiways letter. When I'm importing the scenery, the path is correct but the taxiways identification is wrong (Example: B instead of B3). The airport is montreal (CYUL). Anybody that had this issue?

I'd like to use Pilot2ATC with the VoiceMeeter sound mixer. This is so I can control what sounds my Discord viewer/listener can hear while I share my flight with Pielot2ATC, so they can hear the Pilot2ATC atc voices, MSFS game sounds, myself, but not their own voices. I can get Pilot2ATC to send sounds to my USB sound device, but I don't seem able to send any voice or other sounds from Pilot2ATC to VoiceMeeter Input. Is there a workaround?

Hello all be easy on me lol....I have been using pilot2atc for about a week. I am starting to get the hang of things slowly I have read the manual and did my research to the best of my abilities. My question... on the STAR seems like I always get vectored and headings given I believe are correct but I usually end up doing a direct to and flying back to the transition which is most likely my fault. SO is there a way to force pilot2atc to follow the star and approach without vectoring until get the hang of the program? Thanks

After not using the programme for quite a while, I started using it three weeks ago for a VA tour. Love the planning facility. All was well. I was showing and demonstrating it to a good friend of mine via Zoom yesterday, and he thought it was brilliant (we both use XP11); anyway he bought it this afternoon. I decided to visit the website and realised I was a few versions behind (2.6.1.3). I downloaded the update (2.6.3.1) and installed. First it wouldn't validate it because said it was on another machine, not true! Anyway, I tried de-activating it and then activating and it opened up after a computer restart. Is there any way to easily trigger some common phrases from the copilot, such as “<callsign> ready to copy IFR clearance” and ready for pushback and ready for taxi etc? I keep having the hardest time with p2atc recognizing my voice and I’m pretty much over it. I use the app to add some atmosphere and I’m 100% happy with the copilot handling all communications. I know I can use the ? Window and load phrases and have the copilot say it but that’s somewhere in the neighborhood of 6 clicks to get done and that sucks. Any faster options? Would love to be able to assign some streamdeck buttons or macros to have those phrases loaded and spoken with a singl…

Hi, There are numerous SID’s that have altitude constraints waypoint after waypoint, for instance some leaving Gatwick EGKK airspace, and I would like to know if there is a way to ask for clearance to climb through them? Traffic permitting, I might wish to climb through such restructions, but P2A quite correctly tells me to descend (which I don’t do). There is a P2A “at pilots discretion” for enroute descents, but I’m looking for an early climb (or step climb). Thanks, Fabio

I was flying KMIA to MKJP. More than 100 NM before arrival at FL 37 P2ATC started vectoring me to the approach (no STAR assigned). A first question at this point: When/Why P2ATC provides vector as opposed to continuing as per the flight plan while assigning a STAR? At some point later (around 50 NM before arrival) while providing vectors to the approach P2ATC instructed me to descend and maintain five thousand feet. Unfortunately the descent profile (although reasonable) does not clear the terrain obstacles (mountains) around the island/airport that can as high as 9000 feet. I have imported a fligtplan from simbrief (LESO-EGLL) when i push autoplan after importing the FP it says the message "unable1 to calculate TOD , change cruise altitulte, plan GS or descent rate" I am flying with 737 and the cruise altitude is 34000 , plan GS is 458 and descent rate is 2000 FPM What is wrong? When setting up a vfr/ifr flight plan, do I click on the approach button before I file it? If I do, how do I know what approach to select in regard to the wind direction for the destination runway? Thanks for any help.

When I adjust the descent rate from 2400FpM down to 2000FpM the ToD moves from 301NM down to 286NM No adjustment on GS. I can't see the logic here? The opposite will be expected. (Public Beta 6)

Hello Folks, So just a couple of observations for Beta 6. Win11, X-Plane11.55r2 - Vulkan - VR, HP Reverb G2 1. Verbal ATC descent instructions seem delayed so that the a/c is still too high at ILS/GS capture (Toliss Airbus series). 2. When making a verbal request to descend, if ATC disagree with the requested altitude then voice stops working from that point. A box appears on the monitor screen warning of unacceptable altitude, but there is no more voice ATC. 3. This is corrected when the pop up box is cancelled, but obviously not useful in VR. I’m flying out of KSAN to KLAS via SID BRDR7 to LARKK1.TNP but P2A instructions contradict the chart. The BRDR7 chart shows climb on heading 278 until PGY 19 DME. It seems P2A is interpreting the chart as 19mi from the airport. So I get out of course warnings. Then immediately after get instructions to descend via LARKK1.

I'm not sure how to search for the answer to these questions: 1 Do Pilot2ATC and the latest FS2Crew work together without interference in MSFS2020? 2 Has anyone tried them together? 3 If so, are there any issues to watch out for? 4 Any tips or tricks?

Hi Unfortunately, last update becames unusuable for me due to the lack of any kind of sound from P2ATC, no voices or chats sounds are received. Maybe I,m doing something wrong? Regards

During several flights I have made in MSFS that I experience that P2A does not give final vectors towards the airport for approach and landing. If I follow ATC I just travel past the airport. I am using version 2.6.3.1 of P2A.

Hiya Dave, yesterday i made a flight LEBL-LEVC During approach at Rw 12 of LEVc the ATC gave me that vectored approach (i think is very strange approach) Could you take a look and confirm if all is ok or if it needs a fix in the next update? thanks Dave

Can I ask if Pilot2ATC now supports holding at destination airport due to congestion or weather, and how realistic are the vectors to ILS interception during arrival phase of flight? Some ATC programs claim to have arrival vectoring, but in reality have a token implementation of vectoring at best. A left 5 degrees followed by a right 5 degrees and that is it. Thanks

Hi Dave, after update to Public Beta 5 my Joystick (Saitek X52 PRO) is not recognized by P2ATC anymore, i.e. I am not able to communicate with the stick / headphones. Regards Roland

After the recent update of pilot2atc i am having problmes with altitude levels I am flying now LEVC to EGLL , with an imported simbrief flightplan and with cruise altitude of 36.000 feets Why ATC is telling me all time to descent to 12000 feet if i am at cruise altitud? i think something is wrong now after last update thanks Dave if you can fix taht

Hey there, today i started Pilot2ATC and got following Error Message in german: Pilot2ATC Exception: Der Remoteserver hat einen Fehler zurückgegeben: (418) Blocked Translated: Pilot2ATC Exception: The Remoteserver occured with error: (418) Blocked. Can someone help please ? I use MSFS2020 so far never errors occured.
