i have updated pilot2atc to last version and now when i am trying to conect it i have this error I have the P2AGRMR.MDF file inside GRAMMARS folder Any help? thanks

Hiya Dave, something strange is happening with LEBL. I can't open the APPR menu to choose an arrive and the STAR has assigned runway 25R taht doesn't exist Hope you can fix it, thanks

Just letting you know as of Nov 14, 2022, Noonish EST, the website is not working. Really weird though because the title and menu shows up, but a message says the page is not found with a 404 error. Thought you might want to know.

I have been using P2A for about three months. Great product! One thing I've noticed, though, is the ATC -- especially ARTCC center -- boundaries aren't very accurate. For example, I flew from KGPI (Glacier Park International, Kalispell, Montana, USA) to CYKA (Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada) via this route: KILLY1 RIDDG TWIGY J599 CFRBZ SILVR TENYA WTMAN OVENA and then the ILS09 approach to CYKA. At KGPI center is Salt Lake City. P2A did that right. Then we cross into Seattle center, but well short of TWIGY intersection (essentially the Canadian border), and not at the Salt Lake/Seattle ARTCC boundary, P2A switched me to Edmunton Center. Can we file an IFR plan, depart VFR and pick up the IFR plan enroute?

Flew VFR from Blackpool to Doncaster and back this afternoon. A couple of issues. Leaving Blackpool, all good on APR on 119.955. Approaching Doncaster all good, correct handover from Approach to Tower. 1) But leaving Doncaster, ATIS indicates RWY20, clearance requested for RWY 20, but clearance given for taxi and departure from RWY02. Actual weather suggested RWY 20 should be the active. 2) Approaching Blackpool, couldn't raise approach on 119.955. Not even a radio check. But spoke to Blackpool TWR on 118.40. This is incorrect. Blackpool should be just 119.955 unless told to contact TWR by ATC. Hope that helps. P2ATC is great.

Hi, I am trying to edit the airlines assigned a selection of gates at Auckland International (Domestic) Terminal. When I select the drop down menu for Assigned Airlines I get many that dont even come to New Zealand. Can I delete them and just leave Air New Zealand and Jetstar as the assigned airlines? I have managed to add Air NZ and Jetstar to the list so thats a start I guess. Many Thanks, Peter

Hi Dave, On PADQ I am requested to contact tower on 119.80. Under STBY the frequency is recognized as PADQ Tower, but as soon as I activate the freq. it is recognized as KENAI radio or ACE Radio and I cannot contact tower for takeoff. Is there a frequency conflict and any way to fix it? Thanks BR

I was wondering if its me alone, but I'm having lots of problems with latest beta 8P2: connection to the sim seems okay but the assigned frequencies are missing, takes ages for the selected phrase to appear in the "say it" area, constant lock ups and generally not working. With previous beta everything was fine. Any ideas? Thanks

I broke down and purchased Pilot2ATC today and I've been trying to make a successful flight with no luck. I also purchased Navigraph and have updated all programs I use. I got Aivlasoft EFB to use for my 'charts' so to speak and updated that as well. I can make a flight plan, save it and load it in with no problem. I push back, taxi and take off with generally no issues. My issue is the default A320 stops following the flightplan. It seems to be loosing a waypoint and then doesnt update. This happened during my last flight after I clicked over to Aivlasoft. Could it be Pilot2ATC and Aivlasoft EFB don't play nice together? I'm at my wits end trying to figure this out. …

Currently in 2.6.3.2 Public Beta 8K 10/20/2022 While flying in VFR, I try to get radar vectors for ILS or visual straight in. I don´t get any vector, and very often, not even an answer. Sometimes I get the clearance for the approach, but no vectors. I have tried - Contacting app, twr, and center - With or without flight plan - With or without flight following and/or flight advisories Normally I try to request it when close to the airport, let´s say less than 20 NM, using the ?+ feature and trying with several sentences to request vectors. Any clue or tip?

Can I use my license (at the same time) on a second computer (laptop)? Background: I currently use P2A on my X-Plane PC, but would like to test if it makes more sense and works better for me on the "external" laptop. P2A would of course only run on either one computer or the other (and only for a transitional period).

Hi, I am trying to use Pilot2ATC for a flight from Wellington International NZWN to Christchurch NZCH. The flight was generated in Simbrief and loaded into Pilot2ATC using the FP Imprt button on the upper RH side. I put in my Simbrief ID and the current flight was found. However, on loading the FP, instead of putting the Simbrief SID Pola5A it instead loaded SID DAMBO9 which does not feature in the Navigraph listed SIDs for NZWN. No idea why it would ignore the Simbrief SID. Navigraph FMS is updated for Pilot2ATC latest version. I am using the 2.6.3.2 Public Beta 8K version of Pilot2ATC. Hope you can steer me straight. Hi Dave! I was editing gates and parking spaces and I noticed that under type of gate you there is no "fuel box" option, just "unknown" and "unknown 1". However in the search area under "Gate Type" there is a "Fuel box" option. I am on beta 8K Thanks!

Hello! I have recently started using Pilot2ATC and have had no trouble until now. When I try talk to ATC, I don't get a response. I have tested everything in the P2A Gramar Checker, and I have found out that my microphone is echoing. It doesn't echo anywhere else except for P2A. And it seems to escalate the more I use the app. Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks! - DrTaboo

Hi, On several occasions recently I have found that the NOAA real weather doesn't seem to be providing current information (or P2A isn't picking it up). For example, last night at time 21:00Z the weather being displayed was still from around 13:00Z. Is there a way to force an update when this happens, or better still, prevent this from happening at all? By the way, congratulations on a fabulous piece of software. 🙂 Best wishes, Luke.

Dave, on this approach to KFSD, perfect job of comms and vectors until I get the handoff to the tower, where I'm getting no replies. Here's the logfile https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ntSOVTbUFdMny6vY0AToQ3vruiyRPMtz/view?usp=sharing When I'm saying "American Ninety One inbound on runway zero three" and similar perturbations, the logfile shows no interpretation. For me the tower handoff seems to be the most fragile part of P2A. LOVE this program and much respect for your support. Some other flexibility would help: "....established on final for....", "...on the approach for...." in addition to "...inbound for...." Started Listening …

I really enjoy Pilot2ATC. There's just one thing that often bothers me. I get clearance from ATC to land. But shortly before landing I get the message to fly the missed approach because there is still traffic on the runway. However, the runway is often clear when I'm about to touchdown. It would be nice if there were an option for Pilot2ATC to ignore this or verify it again shortly before touchdown.

I followed the video on Youtube to download MS voices for many languages and had enjoyed using them until a week or so ago. Suddenly, only the desktop voices are available and the others are not to be found in P2A. They are in their files in the system, ready to use, but P2A does not show them anymore. What did I miss?

Hi guys, I am really tempted by ATC as it does look an excellent program, I will use it mainly for VFR One question...I have hardware (Flight Illusion and RSG 750) units I use to tune frequencies...Will Pilot2ATC allow me to tune via these and not have to click s drop down box?
