I recently bought Toposim Planet Earth Bundle (US$50). After paying, I saw downloads for each region but I downloaded just few which I use the most. Now, when I want to download more, it asks me to login with username and password but I can't because I never received any email confirmation and was never asked to create an account. I tried several times to reset the password but confirmation email never comes to my email address. I really fill like being ripped off. This side looks to be abandoned but it's happily taking your money. I can't even complain on their forum because I again need to login but I can't. Let me preface this by saying that I'm kinda perplexed by this result. I've messed around with affinity masks before in previous versions of Prepar3D and never had any conclusive results. Always some vague placebo "I think it's smoother if I do this..." but never the numbers to back it up. However, during my 'performance killer' run, I saw some major differences under v5. To explain, that run simply consists of taking off in a default jet (F-35 in this case) out of OrbX's SoCal and then fly for a few minutes. That will usually give you shaky FPS and stutters as the vast amounts of autogen cells are loaded. If the sim runs acceptable here, it'll most likely run acceptable …

Loaded up my 737-800 took off from the Cayman Islands this morning and flew into the eye of Ian. I used ActiveSky for version 5.3. As I approached the eye the winds increased to 65 MPH and when I entered the eye the winds dropped do zero and the sky cleared. Pretty much what the actual Metar reported. Bob G.

Hi Folks, I am looking for some pointers about how best to install and configure the FSL A320/321 SL (Sharklets bundle). I intend to purchase this version shortly of the Airbus A320 to install on my new Alder Lake-based sim PC (refer to hidden content for PC specs) and wondered if you have any suggestions about how best to install/configure it and if there are any major, known issues that I should know about? Hi there; I keep getting an event that arms the spoilers in mid flight (PMDG aircrafts 747 & 777). The event showing in the FSUIPC log is below: 1428313 *** EVENT: Cntrl= 86637 (0x0001526d), Param= -11819 (0xffffd1d5) <86637> I checked PMDG Commands and there is nothing assigned to any of the three Spolier commands. I've been looking for a Diamond DA-62 for P3dv5. I can't find one compatible with this version. Will any of the downloads for P3dv4 work well in version 5? Carenado, for instance?

So I just noticed something while flying just now with a somewhat full moon. My P3Dv5 is dark as heck! I remember in v4.5 the moon would actually illuminate the clouds and ground. Did they do away with this in v5??

I know this is for P3d v3 but has anybody tried it or know if it works in P3Dv5. This is a bit of a long shot but I just thought I would ask

Suffering from an elevation issue at FT klas. Whenever I load the airport it suffers from the issue in the first image. The building is buried... I thought it may be related to the additional Vegas files in orbx sca. I have the normal orbx klas files turned off of course, including world/scenery location. So I removed sca and rebuilt the scenery index on first load and the sim still has the same issue. The weird part is that I simply need to open the scenery library and move ANY scenery up or down and reload triggering another scenery index build. Then the issue goes away like in image two. Hope that makes sense. Suggestions are much appreciated!

Hi folks, Returning to simming after a looooong pause, and for now at least I will just be using my ol' P3D v4. I have sadly found many of my addons not supported, abandonded, etc. and trying to determine what to use. Specifically for weather, and from REX (leaving the discussion of REX vs. Hifi stuff for later... 🙂 ), I originally had Rex Texture Direct + Soft Clouds. At some moment during my pause I purchased anyway Environment Force (which sees to be one of the ones that's abandoned?) and Sky Force 3D. So Trying to Determine what to use. I've recently been experiencing random CTDs about 2 to 3 hours into flights, sometimes with a mso20win32client.dll error mentioning MS Office, sometimes with just a hang or no specific error in event viewer. I suspect this is a recurrence of the old MS Access issue caused by PMDG aircraft and RAAS (also seen with FS2Crew). I solved this previously by uninstalling the MS Access Database Engine Spanish 2010 version (no idea why this gets installed), but this did not work this time. So, I have uninstalled MS Office 365 and removed all MS Access items using add/remove programs, and then installed the 64 bit MS access engine (P3D will not launch without this) and just complete…

Hey guys, Does anyone here fly the Aerosoft Airbus A318-321 professional series (P3D) and have the issue with the constant wingtip vortices on takeoff and landing? I know this happens in real life but no matter weather condition, it happens on each and every flight and its SUPER annoying, I just want to turn it off. Im pretty sure its wingtip vortices, its like a stream coming out from below the sharklets where the edge of the wings are. Anyone know if this is possible?

Hi Guys, Looking for a little help or advice regarding a sound issue i am having with all aircraft(payware or default).All settings in the windows sounds is set to do nothing plus the speakers are set correctly in windows and P3D settings. The problem is anytime during a flight the sound from the cockpit (buttons switches etc) will disappear along with the sound from FS2 Crew but the sound from outside the aircraft engines etc remains along with Radar Contact and FS Chatter. This will just happen randomly,i have tried numerous things to fix this to no avail,anybody got any ideas to fix it. With Thanks, Gary Jones

Hi there I export all my addon Airports throught ADE xml method to have it on the Airport Map Display. However, some of them are wrong and does not match the AFCAD I used. I.e. ZBAA from WF Scnerery. The whole Terminal 3 is missing and ZGGG is also completey wrong. See example here. Kind Regards and any help is welcome. Patrick

Being at home in Boeing cockpits I find myself tempted to challenge my aging brain with an aircraft of a very different family, the Airbus A320. From what I read and see on videos the FSLab A320X seems to be the pinnacle for Airbus simmers in my present platform. At $150 it is quite an investment for a retiree, but I want the best and can justify to the wife since my seventieth birthday is next month. She'll roll her eyes but quite used to that after 49 years. If I master this automated bird, I will have to have the other variants like the A321 sharklets. I am running PMDG B7474 P3D using TM Boeing throttle quadrants(2 X), TM Boeing Yoke and CH rudders. The rudder is auto trimming when the autopilot is off in the case of engine failure for reasons I cannot establish. I am using Fsuipc. Any ideas as to why?

I'm running P3D V4.5. I was watching a video about the RW Rockwell Commander 114 and I wanted to fly it in P3D. I seem to remember it being included in P3D, but I couldn't find it in my Sim Objects Aircraft folder. Was it offered in the original download of 4.5? First of all is it worth having? I am really picky about virtual cockpits. I'm not impressed with the Mooney Acclaim for instance. I like my Aerosoft Twin Otter and Ant's T-28. Second, if it is desirable, how can I re-download it into my Aircraft folder? Thanks in advance!

Does anyone have any experience with this hardware? I have for a long time thought about building a home cockpit, but both the technical complex solutions and the costs has stopped me so far. Hi, Recently, typically on long haul flights, the frames studder and starts lagging during approach and landing. My ram is far from at capacity, as well as my GPU and CPU. Do anyone have some tips to which settings I can tweak in order to get a more smooth ending on my flights? NVIDIA-setting? Settings in the main p3d? Many thanks!

Hello All, i'am fighting against black textures from Add-On Sceneries in the Sim for quite a while. I tried many different settings without help. Buildings are loading very late and slow. See flyTampa YSSY as an example : Everything fine : Zooming out a little bit more. Textures turning black. Zooming In again and everything looks fine. Has anybody an idea on how to solve this? Hi I have an issue with EZCA 3.2.0.3 and the external controller Logitech G13, but it's a very strange behaviour. Never happen before, it happen with V5 on MSFS it works perfectly (but there is no EZCA). So...on EZCA software I assigned CTRL+1,2,3 and so on to different cameras. So on Logitech G13 I made the same: G1=CTRL+1, G2=CTRL+2 and so on. But if I press G1 nothing happen, instead if I press CTRL+1 on the keyboard it works perfectly. So EZCA recognize perfectly the keyboard but not G13. I assume that is not a Logitech G13 issue, because if I assign suppose to G20=V (for take screenshot) or other FS command it works perfectly.
