Hello, Could anyone please advise. I have been using P3Dv4.1 without too many issues, but after promoting some airport scenery items up the library today, the sim CTD while the scenery library was exiting after pressing 'OK' when I had finished. When i restarted and looked at the Scenery Library again, all thenitems where in their new library order. Now however, whenever I enter the Scenery Library and press OK to exit (without changing anything) the sim CTD. If I go into the Scenery Library and press cancel, it returns to the sim without CTD. Any advice please? Thanks in anticipation Andrew

My 250 gig SSD is running out of space. Only P3D V4 is installed on it. Can i get a larger SSD and copy my P3D over to it and name it the same letter... IE: my P3D drive is G. Thank You, Robert McDuff

Mods, I am not sure where to post this, so feel free to move it if need be. I am posting here because it is a PD3 issue, and I don’t think it is strictly a CPU or GPU problem, and they have different forums in the Hardware section. We all know that PD3 slows down when in congested areas. I have always assumed that the computer is getting maxed out. Only so many bits of information can be pushed through any given computer. So, I ran some performance tracking programs (CPU-Z, GPU-Z, and CPUID HWMonitor) while flying the Iris PC-21 over the Los Angeles area. I am running ORBZ, NASoCal along with Vector and Global NALC. During my last flight to Riga airport (EVRA - Latvia, Eastern Europe) I was going to land on runway 36. I was on my B739 with latest AIRAC 1802. Per FMC info the ILS frequency for this runway is 108.10 so I put this into my NAV panel. However after reaching the runway path - localizer hasn't been identified - so obviously I couldn't turn on either VOR LOC or APP. I started to seek where is the problem. After installing KMIA 4.1 I noticed that the Runway Entrance Lights for RWY9 were above the runway surface. Each yellow light seems to move up and down a couple of feet. This looks like something out of "Whac-a-Mole" This also happened at a couple of other runway intersections. I've had no other problems with the scenery other than the REL problem. I've tried deleting and reinstalling which did not make any difference. I never did find the 4.1 uninstaller. I went back and looked at my FSX version and what it appears LatinVFR has done is made the lights blink by moving them up and down. I use to use a freeware Traffic Optimizer when using V3 but the link is dead now and I'm not even sure if it would work in v4. I know that FSUIPC has a traffic limiter feature but I liked what I was using before. Can anyone help me? Thank you

I have successfully connected to the Windows based FltPlan GO, running on the same computer. But, when I run via my wireless connected 2nd computer (same version as above), it does not connect to the Windows based FltPlan GO application. Just curious if there is any rumors regarding ortho/photorealistic like scenery in the future plans for P3d. I haven't heard of anything so I am guessing there is nothing in the works but I thought I would check to see. I'd be interested in the USA primarily. I know Megascenery earth, but to me that doesn't look good at lower altitudes.

Hi All, This is a weird one! Been flying quite happily recently (apart from SPADNext issues, but that's another story!) and suddenly after take off, my cycle of views using the hat of my Saitek yoke, restricts views to just two; cockpit and side view. I can change view in P3D options, but again, I end up with just two views!? If I change from the VC to another view, it will give me what I request, but to get back to the VC, I have to manually select it again. Very odd behaviour! Any ideas folks?

Hey all PLEASE HELP : I can't connect FSLabs a320 with Vatsim using P3D simulator, I don't know how But I know its possible. When i get to Vatsim vPilot app on the Settings I don't find FSLabs a320 listed with the 130 other aircrafts even FSLabs a320 Installed on P3D and Launched and the Aircraft is fully ready for Pushback and Startup. I need your help on this one because I see many videos are on Youtube using FSLabs a320 on P3D connecting with Vatsim. I hope get responds on this one pretty soon Thanks

I have EZdok 2, and I want to create a cinematic of my flight. I've seen YouTube videos where they mostly show other views of the aircraft besides the cockpit. Do people usually record the entire flight in one shot, rotating through the cameras as necessary? I think it would be hard to actually fly the plane and not hit anything on the runway while in the EZdok "over-the-wing" camera view. I'm wondering if I can use EZdok to "record" the path of the in-game flight, and then replay the flight, and use the different EZdok cameras to create the cinematics? So I cannot contain my excitement! I have tried gliding in FS many times and it has never lived up to an obscure flight simulator called Condor - The Competition Soaring Simulator. FS has since before Condor been better looking but Condor does a very very very good job of simulating the soaring environment and the competition environment online. If you are a glider pilot you know what I am talking about. And it has frankly had as good a freeware community as FSX within the confines of niche. Good day, I own several ORBX AU airports that I bought on CD years ago. I moved and lost the original CD and do not have the license keys anymore. However, they show up in FTX Central, but when I try to update them (eg: YMML), I get a message that I should migrate from FSS (which I already did). Im not sure from which vendor I purchased the CD versions (not FSS as far as i can tell), so I cannot contact them for assistance. Being that I plan to upgrade to P3D v4 shortly, I am pondering whether I will need to re purchase these airports that I purchased on CD, or if there is a folder on the PC that contains product license numbers? I've noticed this before subconsciously, but I never really looked into it. I'm running Prepar3D v4.1. When I go to an airport or select an airport from the scenario launch screen, it looks like Prepar3D is omitting the rest of list of starting locations with elipses (...). Is this on purpose? I tried with LAX. LAX has the following runways: 7L / 25R 7R / 25L 6R / 24L 6L / 24R As you can see below, my Prepar3D just lists the first number of the runway, then omits the rest with a ... for six out of the eight runways.

As per Pete Dowson FSUIPC Updated Modules page, "IMPORTANT: 5.123 and later versions are only suitable for use with P3D version 4.1 and later! They will not work correctly with version 4.0. Version 5.123 will work fine with the next P3D4 update." Is P3D V 4.2 release imminent?

Hi Guys, Was wondering if anyone has created or has found a good jet soundset, preferably for a Citation 550. I know TSS has one, but it seems too loud and unrealistic for my taste. In cruise, there should be more wind noise than anything. I have the Carenado S550 that I have been flying a lot, and the engine noise seems very quiet. I guess it is hit and miss with sound sets these days.

Could someone explain why all of the sudden when openlceurope get's installed after a few minutes the whole terrain is full off blurries, by deselecting it in scenery library everything is back to normal with vector base and vector global.No add on scenery airports, latest orbx libraries, orbx scenery's in correct order, no tweaked cfg. Orbx themselves can't answer, thread of this in their forum for a month, no answer-this is weird.Never had this problem, reinstalled windows ,reinstalled prp3dv4.1, nothing helps, could it be the new libraries?

Hi all, So i've been noticing this issue for awhile now, but since I bought VoxAtc it has been causing Fatal Errors so it's finally become a big enough problem to ask for help. So far I have only noticed this at Jandakot airport. I am using MT6, and I have removed all incompatible models from the MT6 Aircrafts folder, and even manually added all the missing radio sections. However at Jandakot I always see these planes with no landing gear and no working animations even for the engines. The only other traffic I use is the ORBX Freeware stuff, I'm not sure which models it uses but i'm sure these are the ones causing the issue. Here is a screenshot. …
