PMDG 737NGX | 737NGXu

Ive been a long time PMDG 737 user but in the last week my landing gear randomly extends during flight. Happened a few days ago and I thought I must have bumped the key. Then today it happened again. I put the gear back up and 5 minutes later is down again. I have also been using Windows10 for almost a year with out a problem but I updated to the anniversary edition about the same time I started getting this gear problem. Anyone else experience it?

Hello, I'm try to install my Boeing 737 on windows 10, but the activation doesn't run the aircraft. Of course, I lost my activations allowed. ( because I installed the 737 many time due troubles with windows 10 ) I would like how to do to get my activation allowed by the PMDG server. Thanks in advance for your help, best regards, benoît.

Gents, i'm trying to install my 737 expansion into fsx steam. following on from installing the base package and every other pmdg module no problem, but for some reason upon launching the 737/6/700 installer it says fsx not found?

Hi all, Quick question - was landing at FlyTampa YSSY 34L the other day, the HGS/HUD ended up putting the runway slightly offset to its actually position in the sim. Does anyone know what causes this - and is there a way to fix it? Have tried a bit of a search but with no luck. Cheers, Rudy

I had for 3 weeks now severe problems with the 737 and P3D When starting P3D the startup picture shows and a short glimpse on the scenery loading and then revert back to win 10 picture. It was traced to 737 NGX or rather livery download. The 737 is ok as long as you just use the basic models. I started Operation center and downloaded the SAS livery, no way to get the P3D to work it shows the startup picture and then revert to win 10 picture. Deleted the livery via download manager and everything ok again. Is there anyone who can help me with this as I would like to use the SAS livery Henning

Hi, has anyone experienced small white dots flashing very quickly here and there on the VC window center frame and on the glareshield external frame? I had it happening a couple of times in the last days. They flash so quickly that it's not easy to realize, but if you look carefully you see them. I have P3D v 3.3. Thanks.

Is there a classic AA 737NGX livery for FSX? preferably the -800 please.

During the flight from EHEH to EDDW I got the message that EDDW was closed for some reason. My alternative airport should be EHGG. So I went to my FMC and via "Index/Altn dest" I filled in the new destination EHGG. Now my question is how to activate this new status in the FMC, in order the plane is flying Direct to EHGG iso EDDW?

Hello, I just change my hard disc and installed Windows 10. But when I reinstall my best airliners PMDG Boeing 737 and I run FSX, the simulator doesn't run, I have a black screen, and the activation is not done. Is the Boeing run on windows 10 ? Hello, I continue to have issues with Prepar3D and PMDG 737NGX. Had such high hopes for this over FSX, but no difference in my opinion for reliability. The biggest annoying problem is a that both engines fail together randomly at different times during a flight. Usually, they fail on the takeoff roll or climbout. I can get them restarted by quickly bringing both thrust levers to close and then advance them to full throttle again. The failures happen both with autothrottles engaged or with them not engaged. Any thoughts? Another issue is a common FSX issue where after ending a flight scenario, I must completely exit the Prepar3D sim and restart the program or…

Hi everyone. First I have to say sorry for my bad english. When I fly on pmdg 737ngx, all displays go black. They are black like when battery is off and I can't fix it by switching battery off and on or anything like this. Autopilot continues flight on VNAV and LNAV, following the route and VNAV path normally, but all 6 displays are black. Only FMCs and secondary pfd are okay. Sometimes it happens to me on pmdg 777. I have pmdg 737ngx and 777 both SP1D and FSX acceleration. Any solution? Many thanks

Not strictly a PMDG 737 question but that's all i fly hence my post here. Below is a description of what I do but I am curious to know how others do it. Prior to departure when I program the route in the FMC I would normally select the arrival runway based on the metar report and this works most times, however, FSX ATC sometimes asks to land on different runways (sometimes even with tailwinds for what ever reason) and the problem is that If I get assigned a runway that is much closer to my position I have a tough time slowing down on time, respecting speeds and altitudes and getting the plane in the right configuration for landing to the newly assigned runway. I recently bought the PMDG 737 for PMDG and found that my screens in the virtual cockpit are blurry and some of the cockpit doesn't seem that clear. I've seen people's aircraft and cockpit with much clearer images. I turned off FXAA and still nothing. Here is my "gif" it a screenshot but technically a gif. Hi this is Jarrett. Recently when I have tried to do an ILS in the 737-700 my course gets all messed up. For example say I am doing an ILS into Vancouver. The course gets messed up. I put in the correct one 083 but it gets changed to 081. Then I went into the map view and found that the ILS course for 08L is 081 but in the charts it says it is 083. This also happened in Calgary. It got changed from 165 to 163. Again in the map it says 163 but it is 165. Today I was trying to fix it and noted something different this time it was changed from 165 to 166. I've always had trouble flying out of an airport at flaps 15. Probably because I learned the process through the tutorials, and because a flaps 15 takeoff is relatively rare. Flying out of KMDW though pretty heavy last night, TOPCAT calculated a flaps 15 takeoff. I will describe my takeoff last night, and what I've found on the internet this morning to help, followed by some questions Taking off MDW First, my speed in the MCP is always set to V2. Ok, here is what i do and would love to hear your landing technique. Let me anticipate that i do have the tendency to float leading to a smooth touchdown but a bit too far compare to what i would like to see. Anyway my two questions are: -As soon as the runway threshold disappears under my nose I disengage A/T and cut off thrust completely. I this ok? i think i have read others keep the thrust until the tires touch the runway and i think at that point thrust automatically is cut off (??). -When do you start flaring?

Hello! Recently I had some Master Caution problems in Boeing 737-800 PMDG NGX. "FUEL" and "ANTI-ICE" don't want to extenguish for some reason. I've run through all of the PMDG 737-800 checklists (at least I think I did). What could be the reason of it not extenguishing? I always switch off center fuel pumps when empty and I usually remember about anti-ice. Any help would be much appreciated! Kind regards, Mixer.

I was descending on a STAR with VNAV when p3d atc took me off it early and gave me initial vectors for approach. I followed their altitude instructions and heading (heading select) by inputting them into the MCP with VNAV remaining on. However, Vnav seems to descend very slowly at times doing this and I got the "expedited descent' message often. I wonder why it doesn't get you down faster when I push altitude intervene on the MCP after an instruction by ATC. So, Is it usual procedure in this case to remain on Vnav even if you are not going to be near your STAR waypoints and their associate altitude restrictions? Is this messing up the VNAV descent profile someh…

Hi Guys, Am assigning switches for my engine start levers via the custom event id SKD, and have a problem with the left start lever. Have assigned the correct Event ID (70320) with the equivalent parameters, but it refuses to operate. I can hear a click sound when i operate the switch, but the actual lever does not actuate. Have no problem with the right start lever, as it operates as it should. Cheers.
