PMDG 737NGX | 737NGXu

Hi im Emil Nilsson I cant fly the PMDG 737 NGX in FSX Multiplayer (Gamespy)! This is what happens: You log on, get like 3 minutes then you disconnect :/ dose not happen with any other plane and i have friends having the same problem! It works great on Vatsim becouse its not GameSpy.. Is there a fix or something?? Please answer!! /Emil

Hi Everybody, I am having some issues assigning keyboard shortcuts to the EFIS. The problems are:1) I cannot get the plane to memorize any of the assignments (the only way to fix that was to manually edit the shortcut.ini file in the PMDG directory. BTW it wasn't mark as read only). FYI for the autopilot section it worked fine. 2) When I assign a shortcut for the STD altimeter and I press it instead the altimeter switch from inHg to hPA 3) In the CDU there is no shortcut for the terrain button (even though in the shortcut.ini file there is one) If you assign a key to the terrain each time you press it the terrain appears only in the FO DU and not in the Captain. 4) Minum.…

Still, there are some tiny glitches I'm quite certain you're aware of, I'd just like to list the ones in this thread I've found/experienced so far - note that I haven't completed a full flight yet, so more might follow. 1. The already reported sudden 'jerk' upon heading select (dedicated thread here)2. MTOW showing 79.2 kg in the FMS for the 738, according to the FCOM weights (provided those are modeled) it should read 70.5. It is showing the 739's max taxi weight.3. Hi PMDG and everyone, I want to thank PMDG for such a great product, worth every penny. I know about FSX issue with mouse lag but it less of a problem with other addons. My question for PMDG are you even going to try to minimze the problem ??? It's killing my sim experiance I've tried to change settings tweaks and anything else I coud think of but my FPS drops from 20 - 12 or less on a high end system everytime I move the mouse and you know it's all about moving the mouse with NGX, FMC, AP ...etc. Thanks you very much. Just bought the NGX and there was one thing I noticed. With the MD-11 in Melbourne, I get around 25 to 30 FPS in the VC. With the same settings, I can't even get the same FPS in the NGX even when I lower some of the performance values.

Hi all I really need help from someoneI installed the 737NGX basic pack as recommanded and also have modified the fsx.CFG as suggested.The 4 variants of the plane appears well in the airplanes menu. Hello All -- in this wide effort to find the reason(s) for this issue, our pros at PMDG are working hard on this. In the interest of helping as much as possible, after having posted a ticket at PMDG's request with my observations, I wanted to ask others to test their NGXs as I did to try and cover all bases. My panel lockups are observed at HIGH ALTITUDE for the most part: at flight levels over FL300 and are heavily aggravated by changing views (eg changing from cockpit to spot view then back again). Hi,today I tried to fly to the Canaries with NGX but I got CTD while entering the routes into the FMC. First I tried to fly Hannover-Teneriffa south (EDDV-GCTS), then Dusseldorf -Teneriffa south (EDDL-GCTS) and then Dusseldorf- Fuerteventura (EDDL-GCFV). I wasn't able to start a flight due to these CTD's.After it I tried another direction: Dusseldorf-Shannon (EDDL-EINN) and all worked perfect. I have never had any CTD's with NGX except this time. Is there any solution, because I'd like to fly there. ThanksNiclas

The pmdg support page its down for me, so i will post the freeze here. flying the 737-800WL from SVMI to TNCM Fly tampa scenery, after passing SILVA intersection, at 37000ft, i selected in the cdu Rnav app for runway 09, the panel froze again. So for me, the hot fix didnt work. Also a previuos flight from KDFW to KALT at app 12000 ft, after selecting another app on the cdu the FSX crashed and closed. Still waiting PMDG support page comes up to fell report

Ok I have saved default 737 at cold and dark put as default, but when I start a new session i stand on the gate loaded! I have to then again load up my cald and dark saved session!I want that when i load a new session, It should be dark and cold when Im at the gate, not that I have to load the saved game cold and dark again at the gate, i would have it as my default every time i load up a session...... any one.......

Ive just finished the Tutorial and i must say it was very good for getting me going with this plane. I then decided to try my hand at a different route so i flew EGNM - EGAE and once again allowed the plane to auto land. Now i would like to land by hand (hopefully) but i need to know how to use the HUG system. Is there a tutorial for that anywhere. I basically want to know what i should be following when im flying towards the runway.

Hello all, As a long time lurker on these boards, I have finally been prompted into saying something owing to the sheer excellence of the 737. This is the first addon that has ever made me actually feel like I am operating a real aircraft with real systems and behaviors within FS. To try and put this in some sort of context, this 737 is so much more than a sum of its parts [impressive as those parts are]. I could go on just detailing the many wonderful systems; but what really stands out is the actual feel that you get based on the visuals, sounds and flight model. This wasn't happening before. I can't link it to anything I've done since applying the fix. Is anyone else experiencing this? When I switch to windowed mode it freezes the screen. I can bring up the task manager. When I do, this sometimes unsticks the graphics, but on at least one occasion, the graphics were corrupted (missing doors, elevator in the middle of the fuse).

Hi all had no troubles at all my 4 th flight taxied to end of rwy rdy for takeoff advanced throttles etc egaged toga than got warning light saying left fwd overwing and right fwd wing overwing doors lights came on ignored the lights since i didnt opened the doors mistake by me shud have aborted takeoff and taxied back to ramp. Took off about 2000feet got another warning auto fail light came on and got a horn going off so gathered this had to do with the doors being opened (read in the qrf 2.2 auto fail pressuration fail) tried to retify the fault but couldnt silence the dreaded horn so story is not to take off …

I'm very picky about sim airliners, but from what i've seen so far it looks like you've put so much effort to model all the details in NGX that i'm simply amazed. Hello fellow simmers, I'm having a strange issue, which I've searched on the forum and only seen one similar post, where all of the panels in the VC are black. The only thing I can see are the DEU's and out the windows, everything else is black. The 2d screens/panels/etc. are fine. This is occuring with the PMDG liveries and any livery I've installed. I'm running win7 64bit and I installed the NGX as the admin and ran the livery manager as the admin. I am not running AVG, but do have Microsoft Security Essentials running. Hi really enjoying this sim and found the time around my kids job and wife to do the introduction tutorial to EHAM. I am interested in flying standard STARS and SIDS as they do in real life. What i find confusing when using charts ets is to link up a STAR with an Approach and ILS runway like it is done from the tutorial. Just for example say i want to fly to Madrid is there a place i can find the usual STAR and Approaches which are used for that airport? I hope im making sense here. Hi everyone, I'm having a hard time enjoying the NGX, mainly because it kills fps so much on my new overkill rig. You see, I have a 2600k overclocked to 4.4 Ghz, 8GB DDR3 RAM with 9-9-9-24 timings, and a sparking new GTX 580 who makes Crysis - literally fly. Now I know that FSX and Crysis are apples and oranges... But... I have all my settings maxed out, besides light bloom, water, SFX and traffic. I use Low 2X water and no traffic / SFX. Everything else is maxed out. With my PMDG 747-400X, in New York, looking straight in Manhattan, I get 40 FPS constant.With my MD-11, I get 45 to 50 there... Now with the NGX I get less than half than the 747, meaning some 15- 19 FPS. W…
