PMDG 737NGX | 737NGXu

Hi, When I use Squawkbox (or FSinn) I have framedrops around 5 - 8 (sometimes even more) :-(.I figure it out that it is because of the mouse pointer issue. The mouse pointer didn't disappear anymore after some seconds. He is always visable.I tried it also to run squawkbox on a seperate pc but still the same issue. Anyone who have the trick to solve this issue? Thanks!

I was very happy when I read in the manual that when you save a flight while flying in the 737NGX, the panel state is saved too! Awesome! Now you can save a flight in mid air and later on you can continue flying as if nothing has happened! Not. Today I had a chance to test this feature. I saved a flight in mid air, came back later... en FSX locks up when it starts to load the flight... :( I restarted the computer but I can't bring that flight back to life... Hi everyonethis screenshot is from the 900 with the "Dome White" switch set to "Bright". It doesn't light the main panel too much. So I left the NGX to download overnight then when I woke up this morning it was not there. The download file was not there. Is this a known isuue? What happened to the file I downloaded?

I downloaded the PMDG_737NGX_aircraft_cfgs.zip file. Well i was getting a total new variant to me after updating to Hotfix 2 . CTD in PMDG_737NGX.dll and the smartasssembly which i thought was the NGX as eventviewer was telling med that there was something wrong with the startupsituationen with the NGX. After deleting the startup situationen in fsx.cfg i went a free flight with the cesna and found out that my keyboard shortcuts in EZdok was not working. In fact my keyboard was screwed up. Minimizing FSX to desktop and clicking on icons on the desktop with my left mouse button would not open the program but instead Rename the shortcut. So i knew something was blocking. AND THE PROBLEMMAKER WAS SAITEK. I had to calibrate the …

Since purchasing my 737NGX last weekend, i spent 5 days setting up, testing, tweaking and retweaking and only managed one flight which ended up with a FSX lockup (freeze). The only thing working was the sound and the ac was still moving. Anyhow, since then i did a lot of reading and surfing and experimenting until i got FSX/737NGX looking and performing as i wanted. My heading (HDG) is not working via autopilot - it has big troubles in maintaining the heading - going 20-30 degrees wrong. I use Active Sky Evolution - but i dont have any problems in other add-ons.

When the external model is selected as my view (tower, spot, wing view) everything except the windows and cargo holds disappear. Is it something wrong on my end? My Continental liveries have been fine. Thanks,Mitch Bowman

Little problem over here. Everything works great except for I have a blank HUD, I flip is down and there isn't anything on the display. I can see through it, just no data. Any ideas? Btw, the NGX is AMAZING! Love this thing, I am addicted!

Hello. Im using an external fps limiter(the one suggested in the introduction manual) so i lauch my game via "fsx.exe.limited.bat". Now the thing is, in order to be able to save panel states in the CDU i need to run the game as an admin, otherwise the save just wont go through. I've tried to lauch the "fsx.exe.limited.bat" file as an admin, but nothing happends. Is there really any way to run this file as admin? If not, is there another way i can save panel states properly? Thanks for your time!

I see RSR pushed out the latest hotfix which he is saying everyone now even those without freezes should use. Do we have to uninstall our livery's first?

How do I enter the runway length in the HGS Control panel in meters, I can't find it in the manual. Glen

On 8-5-2011 I downloaded and installed the 737NGX and have been flying it with only minor issues since then. But now I question if the activation was correct. On the 747-400X. MD-11X, and 748 one of the first things I was required to do was furnish email address, order number, and password. On the 737NGX I believe the installer ran and when I called up FSX or selected the 737NGX to fly I was asked for order code (3 letters and six digits) as opposed to the order number (6 digits). Does anyone know if this was the correct procedure? Thank youMichael Cubine

I get CTD when starting FSX with an error regarding the smartasssembly and module PMDG_737NGX.dll I did not have this version og CTD before the fix I did reinstall the livery and made a new startupflight as default with the FSX 737-800WL SAS in EKCH gate A12 Win 7 64bit FSX SP2 If i erase the startup situation in FSX.cfg with the PMDG737NGX in menu i am able to get to the FSXmenu and load a aircraft and airport This was not a problem BEFORE the hotfix Regards Michaelbtw i do not have UIautomationcore.dll in any folders

Greetings All - Absolutely love the NGX. My wife on the other hand doesn't since ;) j/k. I'm having an issue with the APU showing a Low Oil pressure light. I'm not sure what I'm doing incorrectly. I have all the fuel pumps on, battery on, ground power, etc. But when I go to start the APU, the EGT needle rises but goes back to below 400. Low Pressure Indication. I checked the QRH with no luck. Any ideas?

Hi AllI am shiny new to the 737NGX. I am confused by the control of the mouse in VC. It seems that if I move too far back the mouse pointer won't change to allow me to make swith changes etc. Only if I get relatively close will they work. Is that right because I have seen a youtube video where someone took you through the cockpit and he seemed to be workig controls from some distance away in VC. I am using W7 64 bit Thanks for any help/advice John

How can I slow down the aircraft in approach. I have tried a lot of settings. My FMS tells me that the final must be 160 knots but in real it is 190 knots and that’s too fast. I used my speed brake, bring the speed manually down, have my flaps at 20 etc. But…… always too fast. Sometimes I follow only the FMC but nothing.What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance Henk Scheffer
