Hi All I really love the thrust reverse detent on the CH throttle can calibrate through FSUIPC but i find there is to large a dead zone from the idle detent to throttle increase IE when I start to increase the thrust i get nothing until moving about 1/4 travel, that is rather unrealistic so I have had to go back to FSX calibration, are others having this issue I have tried all possible settings in FSUIPC but cant remove the deadspot Wayne

With the Economy in the Dumpster, and massive Cuts planned I wonder if the new AirForce One being a 737-900ER at some point in the future is not so far fetched. Least the Operating Costs would be a lot cheaper. If they gonna cut trillions of Dollars at least the Prez could do his part. How about an AirForce One Livery!

Hi all I had an activation problem like many others. I could write the key code and press "activate". It said "succesfully activated" but then the Key Code window reappeared and so on. When I pressed "cancel" I had a CTD. So. That was my activation Problem. Everything was Fine with my Computer, BUT I recogniced that my Computer-Date was set to July. I don't Know Why because the Day before I installed the NGX the date was OK. So I set the Date to the right One (19.8.2011) and tried to activate again. AND THAT ONE DID NOT FAIL! I activated my NGX and made it through the Tutorial Flight.Mathias Garn

Hey guys! Everything works fine when it comes to NGX, beside the fact that some time in the flight, when changing views (from wingview to a nearby Tower view), my FSX experiences Fatal Error and closes. It happened several times, mostly in the same situation. It is kinda irritating. Anyone experienced the same thing? Maybe someone can share the way to prevent this from occuring? Would be great :) Just for an info, I have used (and I still am) REX, ASE, FSUIPC, it was Austrian 737-800WL, flight from LOWW to LGKO, CTD occured over Hungarian airspace (near intersection SOGMO). if i lose A system, the normal steering should be lost. but it works as very well in NGX even if A is lost. is that normal?

I am not sure this is specifically related to the DOME lighting issue or not, and hope for forum member clarification. Took off from Bellingham WA in the NGX 800 wl - weather default FSX real weather download with Turbulence and upper winds disabled as recommended. Heading southbound to KPDX - FMC fully programmed. Ran the hotfix having removed the additional liveries( had only used 800 wl). Before reinstalling liveries checked operation of sim and all seemed well. Tried to install liveries but Livery manager crashed and amongst other things wiped the aircraft config for the particular model. Now I think I can probably solve this without help but where the difficulty occurred was when I decided to unistall and get a clean start up. I thought hotfix 3 would be embedded so assumed I could use the original method of running the installer(per the instructions) to get an option to remove. I then found that it instructed me that a later version was in place which had to be removed first.…

Any one out there with PFControls flying the NG 37 having problems putting the gear lever up and the wheels stay down? . I have to use the "G" key to get the gear up for some reason.Flaps -throttles- reversers are all ok, just the gear.

Hey pilots,After trying this more than 4 houres yesterday i decided to Ask you Professionals.The Problem is, i load the NGX with panelstate cold&dark. Turm on the Main and standby Battery Switch. After this i try to Start the APU but it doesn't work.I followed the electrical Startup Procedere with no Ground Power steps. Also tried the batteryStart. But i can't find an advice how to Start the APU and what are the conditions to successfully do this.Can anybody help me please.Thanks a LotMarcel

Is anyone having problems saving the random failures state? I turn on random failures, choose the number of failures(3) then execute. I exit out of FSX then restart in the same livery but random failures has defaulted back to off. Jeez, I was wondering why I haven't been getting any failures after hours and hours of flying!

why doesn't the standby attitude indicator work. i try to bank the plane, it just stays on the horizon! i recalled the system announciator lights panel everyhing is working properly.

Hey Guys, I just installed the NGX, but my modules such as FSUIPC FSPassengers and Couatl's Addon Manager disappeared! Does this mean I have to install ALL of those again?

Hi Guys, after i bought the NGX nI decided to give my system a clean up and upgrade.So I deinstalled FSx, installed new videocard extra RAM and cleaned up my registry.Did had some problems installing other software so decided to clean FSX and remove and reintsall all third party software.So I tried uninstalling the NGX with add/remove programs in windows. Everything seems to go just fine, but when i checked my FSX directory ALL the files where still there, so tried reinstalling and removing again, same problem. So I decided to manually remove all PMDG files and reinstall again. Everything goes just fine: FSX ask me to activate the dll's, the aircraft shows up in the menu …

Hello, Ok, I can't find it anywhere if this is a normal thing for the NG to do. It might have something to do with my throttle deadzones? I have a T. Flight HOTAS X and when I flare out, of course I reduce throttle to idle. Somehow as the NG is braking, it increases the N1 back to around 30% even if my hardware throttle is Idle. I have to keep on pushing F1 on my keyboard for it to finally idle the engines during a rollout. How can I set the throttle settings so it idles after touchdown? Thank you. MJ O'Donnell

Morning, Pretty much as the title says. I recently installed the .2992 hotfix and all went well, apart from in the cfg for the 800WL it still says "Current with Build: 1.00.2916" when all the others (800,900, 900WL) say "Current with Build: 1.00.2922". Has anyone else has this problem or can suggest a fix, since the dome light etc still doesnt work in the 800WL? And before anyone says, I did uninstall ALL liveries before applying the update. Thanks in advance
