I'm not sure where to submit bug reports, so I guess here? On the PROG page, when the previous fix (the ATA time) is prior to 0000z, and the next fix (and fix after that) are after 0000z, it incorrectly shows estimates back in time by an hour. See picture! (CHS would have been correct if it were 0017z, JMACK at 0028z, but the KJFK estimate is correct.) Although, I'd categorize this as a minor bug...

Ok I've been reading that pilots almost always use VNAV on climb out to protect airspeed. So when you are following restrictions in a SID and ATC clears you to a higher altitude I suppose you have four choices (technically 5, I guess you could say "unable") 1. Continue to the cleared altitude with the restrictions (however ATC may want you higher now).2. Adjust altitude and airspeed with the FMC3. Use VS4. Use LVL CHG Of 3 or 4 I imagine 4 is best for airspeed protection. For 2, it works but you have to do some math to out guess getting the message; unable next altitude. What usually happens in the cockpit in this situation? Thanks,Doug Wilson

Hi! Just started my NGX and the CDU presented me with the message "Navdata out of date". Are they serious?? Does the NGX check the date and the navdata and tells one if it is out of date? So I now have to always have the latest AIRAC installed to not get this message?

Hi Guys. Its with a heavy heart that I write this, but I just took the "queen" out the hangar for a few circuits at EGKK as I was missing the old girl and after 3 weeks of flying the 737NGX, and I have to say you can really tell the difference.The PMDG 747-400 is beautifully modelled externally but the cockpit compared to the NGX shows what can now be achieved by developers. The NGX is really a superior piece of work when you look at the VC cockpit and the 2D,the lighting for the panels and the exterior lighting amazing, the cockpit sounds are fantastic.I find the hand flying alot smoother and easier too. Though the 747-400 to me is the most beautiful plane flying toda…

Hello I never made it to ATPL but it always amazes me that RW NG drivers can remember all this stuff, its an incredible amount of detail to remember, was the line training very stressful and how long does it take before you are comfortable and can handle emergency situations, I dont know if I could ever remember all this stuff absolute best of the best i guess, suppose you need to be rather intellegent Wayne

Hello, nowadays I'm experiencing so heavy FPS drops when I cancel landing.It doesn't depends weather I hit TO/GA or just increase thruse and hit LVCH. Everytime I suffer doing that.. normal FPS is 25-30 for default sceneries,when I change attitude for missed approach, it drops almost 5-10.It recovers after a few minutes, but definitely annoying. Is this the only problem for me or NGX?Wish would be fiexed soon..

Hello, I just discovert that only pressing F2 for a short whyle will not give full reverse thrust, but only that from the engines at idle. To test I did two ils ladings with the same settings (ias140, flap30, spoiler auto,auto brake1, same rnw at eham, no weather) but made one lading with full reverse thrust and a nother with only idle. I found that there was totaly no diverence in my stopping distance. (stopping reverse thrust at 70 knts and then letting auto brakes stop de airplane.) Hello, I have Windows 7 ( Intel Core 9770X cpu, 6GB Ram, 480 GTX Gainward ). When i try to open the pmdg_7378NGX_fuselage_master.psd with paint shop pro i got an memory error, that my system has not enough memory to open the file. Hello guys. Past two flights i've had a really wiered problem. The airplane will randomly just change it's speed from like 260-310 knots instantly, and then after a few seconds it'll jump to 240, then back up to 280, and so on. The time between the jumps varies, and sometimes after a few jumps the speed stabilizes itself at the assigned MCP speed. At some points the speed kept constantly jumping from 245-250 for like 5-10mins straight, my whole approach phase basically. It can happend in any phase of the flight. I have no clue as to why this happends. Anyone who could shed some light on this? Cheers

Hey everyone, I am pretty blown away by this simulation. After getting two CTD in a row (most likely due to scenery, it crashed in the exact place during descent both times, but after uninstalling the scenery I have been fine) I have made two successful flights so far. As someone who is both an audiophile and who needs planes to "fly by the book," this airplane has hit it out of the park. For all my other planes I find myself having to edit the flight dynamics and sound pack to make it realistic, not so with this plane. That being said, I have just a few issues. 1. Hi guys & girls, I am aware that many people are still learning to master the NGX like myself and would no doubt benefit from some expert guidance.Does anyone think it could be a useful for those who have mastered the NGX to offer to share a short flight with a much less experienced person? It could be say EGKK to EHAM so as to keep things simple and short. I have been chatting to a few people who are real world pilots and I am sure if they had the time they would in fact help us out. Hi.I use Adobe Photoshop to make my own paint, and after I finish, I have to save it as regular format (JPEG, GIF, PNG etc.), and later convert it to DDS texture. I use DXTbmp and here is the problem. I didn't change texture resolution in Photoshop, but when I convert file and re-open it as saved DDS texture, it automaticly change resolution from 4092x4092 to 2046x2046. What can I do? Hi, I decided to make a completely fresh install of FSX, to see if the NGX would run better on my system. So I uninstalled the NGX and FSX. I have now fully re-installed both FSX and the NGX; However the NGX is now not asking me for my serial number, or completing any activation process at all. Hence when I load the NGX up, there are no gauges etc. Can anyone tell me why I'm not getting any activation process happening this time around? My new FSX install is with Acceleration (so SP2 installed) and with no other addons installed, other than the PMDG 747X which was installed just prior to the NGX. Is this happening because I installed the 747X at the same time as the …

Hi everyone, The other day i did a flight on the 800 and everything went smooth. At destination did the secure aircraft checklist, and save the panel state and set it the be the default to load.Then yesterday i did a flight with the 900 and to my surprise the aircraft start with the panel state i saved for the 800.Is that correct?The Panel state it is not saved for each tail number individually?
