Hello, I applied the 16Aug-hotfix as the only fix.When I check the aircraft.cfg`s from the other versions (800,900,900WL) I can read "PMDG 737NGx//// Current with Build: 1.00.2922"In the 800WL version it is :"PMDG 737NGx//// Current with Build: 1.00.2888" Is it possible, only the one 800WL-version cannot be fixed? Very strange.... Thank you!Lars

    Hello, I have already installed the released version 1.00.2888 of the NGX without any problems. Within 3 weeks 84 flights accomplished, No CTD, no freezes, I am really happy and enthusiastic.I am looking forward the upcoming release of the expansion 737-600/700Will it be possible to purchase and install the expansion on base of the originally released version 1.00.2888 ?The NGX on my system is so stable, I don't have intentions to install any hotfixes or SP.     I never thought I could make it using virtual cockpit but I've forced myself to use it for a good 10+ hours flying, now I'm used to it there's no way I can go back to 2d ... But how can I get rid of the 2d panel from when I cycle throughout he cockpit views ?

Hello I was under the impression I could fly the FMC flight plan by following the FD bars, example I was practicing a SID departure and wanted to fly it manually so at around 400 feet I enabled the autopilot expecting the FD to give me guidance to follow the Magenta path for the SID but it did not give me an lateral guidance, do I have this understanding wrong, thanks

    i had enough time to do two continuous flights today (which I enjoyed so much). Unfortunately my NGX froze for the first time. I had flown kmia-mdpc, and was at the gate pushing back and starting the engines for the reverse leg. After I put the fuel levers to idle, I noticed my n2 and egt weren't rising. I could still move around the virtual cockpit, but the actual gauges and switches had frozen. If it helps the dev team out, this happened while I was still pushing back and facing a whole bunch of trees on a heading of about 270 at the default mdpc. Hi All Just did a really excellent flight from YSSY to YBCG SId out of Sydney 34L and a Star into Gold Coast airport Rwy 32 just broke visual at 1100 feet and greased it on the runway with maximum brakes, I had active sky Evolution and the weather was horrible from about Taree on to Gold Coast not real sure how to add the winds into the FMC correctly so I had a hell of a time getting down from FL360 but the videos from our RW pilot friend helped a lot.   10. Hello, I have started to see an issue occur on my flights in the NGX. At first it was sporadic, but I have completed two flights in a row with the following issue, and wanted to know if anyone else is experiencing the same thing and if I should ask PMDG if it's a bug that needs squashing. The FMC should have a speed restriction on the INIT CLB Page to limit the speed to 250 kts under 10000ft. But I have noticed this line is blank while prepping for flight. If I try to type in 250/10000 in the scratchpad and line select it, it won't be accepted. I thought this field defaults to 250/10000, and if not, it should at least accept a valid entry. Inside the cockpit i decided to change panel state load in MCDU menue - changed now "STATE LOAD" to "NGX CLDDRK" for cold & dark conditions. All is fine in cockpit, all systems are completely off. Now i went through the "FUEL" page to insert my TOPCAT calculated fuel load. First i realized that tank 1 and tank 2 of each wing have a maximum capacity of 3911 kg.     Fellow pilots It has been asked before but no useful answers where given. In this video ( ) it is clearly visible that after touching the speed and thrust information is retained. However with the NGX (in my case) the following happens, On the ground: all information is deleted After lift off: all information comes back At approximately 1000ft: all data is gone again. I have read somewhere that in the real aircraft a point is entered in the legs page where the aircraft never comes (i.e. 15NM final) but this doesn't work either.     Made my second full flight n the NGX (am loving it, by the way!)... Just something peculiar last night....after push back and start....I noticed my HYD quantities to have changed.... I thought....let's see what happens....then on climb...things got reversed!!!! it stayed this way until landing....and on engine shutdown at destination....the HYD QTY values were totally different once again! Any ideas?? I will try the maintenance option, but I found it odd that the quantity would change from sysA to B and back again after the flight????

    Tomorrow my new system will arrive and after years on the "dark side (fs9 - just kidding)", I will convert to FSX and spend thousands of dollars on purchasing add on's, again. First purchase will obviously be the ngx. What follows then will be determined after I figured out what previous fs9 purchases came with both versions (e.g. Md11, aerosoft sceneries etc.). Thanks to this forum I feel prepared regarding installation, tweaks etc., although any last minute suggestions are always welcomed. Cheers,Pete

    Hi everyone, On the MD-11, I can climb using gradient of say 3.3% instead of V/S while using a SID departure matching the real World procedures (usually out of Kingsford Smith - YSSY) . How do I do this on the 737? They depart over my work all day and are always using a gradual climb while over Sydney to reduce noise. Thanks Brett Williamson

    I've been waiting for this bird for a long long time and couldn't fly it until tonight because I was on a bush flying contract for the whole summer. Reading all these posts in the last weeks and I was afraid it wouldn't perform, or freeze or not activate. I was wrong, dead wrong. Installed and activated perfectly (paid by paypal btw).     Hello PMDG team, is there a light version of the model planned for one of the next releases? I know you guys are very good and you have proven it very well on programming and modeling the 737, but honestly in the simulator I don't care about anything behind the cockpit door.Or such things like serial number on the sliding window ... I´ve started a flight with a GW 152000lbs and filled the CRZ/WINDS LSK with the expected (ASE) 35 kts Headwind.When it came the time to select the Approach- Vspeeds/Flaps on the InitRef-Page in the LSK-L1 appears a GW from140000.I went to the FSAction-Fuel and Payload Page (I know, unrealistic) and there I saw a GW of 128000 ! 1. That´s normal cause the NG-FMC isn´t able to calculate the actual GW based from the remaining Fuel (I have to do it myself)?2. It´s a bug ?3. For any reason this GW (in this case 140000) is correct and I let it and just choose the Vref/Flaps ? I know I should read the manual (Iam just to busy) Thank you Pilots …
