Hi,does anybody experience problems with their CG? When i load the A/C with pmdgs load manager everything is fine. But when i change the Value for ZFM i always get a negative CG (this happens usually when i fly the second leg). Its not that big deal only once i ran out of Stab Trim range... regardsalex

Hello guys. Recently I'm very interested in Atmosphere things.. and there were so many great articles and replies.. I thank you. Hello, if flaps 15 is set and throttel in idle position then i get horn sound. But i can't disable it via horn cutoff in throttel panel. I know from videos that pilots use this button often. Is this a dummy or i'm wrong? Thanks. :) Regards Swen

Dear PMDG team, I really want to heartily thank you all for this wonderful masterpiece! Hi all, so here is my problem. In the tutorial after setting up FMC, MCP ect and ready to take off I follow step by step the instructions. When I advance the thrust leavers to about 40% I press the TO/GA button and what I notice is that in the MCP both VNAV and LNAV disangage. The consequence is (at least I think so) that once I take off, I can not engage the autopilot. The FMA are just as descirbed in the tutorial but i just cant engage the CMD A. What am I doing wrong?? Hi, festival there are a great aircraft, i simulate problems with engines like fire oil temperature and in this situation we need suthdow the engine. After this there are a series of things we need make on cokpit configuration for one engine situation, one of them there is, turn cross feed valve for use the fuel on booth tanques for not create inbalance on aircraft. I try several times and i can't balance the fuel on aircraft, i don´t now if is my error or it is a failure on system of the aircraft. I advise i not read the manuals. Hello, It's my first big problem with this great Lady. Ready for take off>>>FMC's parameters correctly returned with Route etc etc...I choose Angle Max in FMC parameter for climbing.Take Off, push Auto Pilot then +-2 seconds later all the screen goes black...>>> FSX must close..... I can reproduce that every time...if I choose Angle Max in the FMC. Am I alone with that ? I have no problem with "freeze" or similar. Hi guys. I was really tired of looking into the manuals for my checklists, so I made an webapp that supports both iOS and Android!Im still developing this app, but as of now it has this features: * Standard checklist for the 737 NG (from BOEING-manuals)* METAR-check (From VATSIM) I will be adding a modified checklist tomorrow that starts the beast from Cold & Dark all the way to cruise, and of course shut down after landing. I just got off a 737-7H4 in real life and we used the flashing landing lights on takeoff and landing and was wondering if this works on the NGX too, it seems to becoming frequent since the 3H4 I was on yesterday used them too, sorry if this was asked before I just can't figure it out!

Freinds, Has anyone else set up an ILS approach that performs as expected but you end up being 1/4 mi or so short of the TDZ? I usually enter with VOR/LOC so I can hold the last assigned altitude. Then once I'm on the LOC I select APP and I get perfect capture from top-dot down, it pushes over smoothly and rides the G/S but there seems to be an issue with the accuracy of the G/S as it relates to the FSX world such that I will impact short of the rwy. I have been in good viz situations so I can disconnect A/P and hand fly to touchdown. This has happened on KDCA 1 and KLAS 25L so I don't think that it's site-specific. Hey folks, do you guys file tickets for findings you have, that might eventually turn out to be bugs or system anomalities? Actually I mean more the "aircraft system" anomalities, not the "it's not compatible with my hardware" things or the computer related bugs like CTDs (or BSODs LOL).I'm a little hesistant as that's probably not what the support system is for. On the other hand I however wonder how many findings just vanish in this forum, that's why I'm asking how you handle this. After all most new threads get to the older forum pages very quick. Thanks,

If I download the NGX from my PMDG account today will that give me the latest version including all the latest hotfixes or do I still need to download the hotfix called PMDG_737-8900_NGX_2922_Hotfix? After having some problems with failures that I couldn't get rid of even after selecting the 'Clear All' and performing maintenance I decided to completely remove the NGX and start over with a fresh install.

Hello, I usually fly close to optimum altitude but seems there is another altitude for max speed, not fuel saving.As I googled, the altitude is between FL240-FL300. I found that as aircraft passes FL260, GS and TAS started falling.Someone says the best speed is at the point when GS and TAS became same.. I learned about density altitude recently, so i can caculate this if someone let me know the formular.. :)Any solutions or links would be appreciated, thank you!! Sorry not GS TAS, MVO, MMO :(

Hello, I am Newbie here. 1. I am trying start form Cusco or other "high altitude" airport. How to disable warning sound which appear after loading aircraft into airport? This warning sound end when I climb over 16-17000ft this warning sound end, when I select flaps 25. So I think it is flaps warning. But flaps warning switch (before FO) doesn work. Hi gents, I've bought the PMDG 737NGX on the release date and I've no freezes or crazy hangs. It just works great! (20FPS with mouse @ Aerosoft Amsterdam!) But I've got a question about the best resolution to show the PMDG 737NGX.I've turned on my Anti-Aliasing and everything is sharp (also all add-ons like Digital Aviation CaptainSim and iFly for example), except the PMDG737NGX. I've attached an image to show you. This is my first PMDG product so I can't conclude if this the only PMDG-product where the 'problem' occurs. On approach and finals I thought all was set up for an autoland. ILS was tuned, VOR swithched on , both flight directors on, fully programmed FMC with NAV radios set,autothrottle on ,all VNAV,LNAV AND VOR iluminated as well as CMD2, the plane turned onto finals tracking the ILS, the glidescope was active and as soon as the glidesciope started to move down the plane did not capture it? I pushed APPR ,VOR ILS etc but she would not capture it ,hence a manual landing? Why? What sequence did I not follow? What I did notice was that CMD2 was only iluminated.CMD 1 would not after I pressed CMD2?

Hello captains,I finally downloaded the ngx after a few weeks away in sunny phlippines. Anyway finally back at Yssy and just want to know what the usage of LVL CH is after takeoff instead of vnav. I am very luck to have bought the official Boeing manuals from eBay but it not clear to me wheather I should use LVL CH instead of vnav after lift off. It only states LVL CH only with 1 engine inop unless I'm reading incorrect. Anyway I know a roll mode should be selected first but I'm interested toKnow what you all select other than vnav after lift off? I know V/S is not great as it does not provide speed protection.
