PMDG 737NGX | 737NGXu

Anybody else having problems? I fly on Hippy happy Germany with the 747 no problem but this new 737 even with Sp1 just makes FSX crash!

I don't expect any release time info just curious about it's state of development.As for the BBJ I understand its development was to be determined based on the success of the other releases. Hi,I'm using ENB Series for a while now, and it has been causing some problems. Everytime the NGX loads up (initialization process), the screen is flashing every second. This does not happen wihout ENB Series. This flashings only happen when a green message pops up. With the NGX is not really a problem, because it only occurs in the initialization process. But as I'm also using REX Weather Engine, the problem is really annoying. Everytime REX is saying "Updating weather complete". Then the screen flashes. Is there I way I can disable those green pop-up messages in FSX? If not, is there a fix for ENB Series to prevent these flashes with REX and the NGX? I already tried se…

Recently I am experiencing a complete panel blackout when trying to load a saved flight. Essentially, all EFIS come black, and when I click on any CDU it displays the ACARS bitmap. Very strange, and it is systematic. No that the controls are also unresponsive, no aileron, elevator, trim, or throttle.I tried to save through "PMDG Options" the FLT and panel state, but to no avail. It makes no difference if I save through the FSX menu, FSUIPC or PMDG Options. The strange thiong is that I could swear it used to work, probably pre SP1. And I haven't tried to load an old panel state or flight, I have been creating new ones.Anyone ran into the same issues and have guidance befor…

I start always with the NGX Cold and dark configuration. While my livery's service hours count back well, my engine oil levels decrease too.My question is that when I start a new flight with NGX Cold and dark config the oil levels are restored to 89% and 99% on the engines.How can I avoid this? I wish to fill up them by myself. However, I still want to use Cold and Dark startup.Thanks for your help!Gabor

Hi,it is really satisfactory to use this bird, but i'm facing issues with the throttle.I use the Saitek throttle quadrant and as I move up the throttle levers only few millimeters the engines rate jumps at more than 40-45% and at 100% when the levers are just at the middle of the scale.This not only sounds unrealistic, but it is almost impossible to have a proper taxi.Also in flight i'm facing issues: it is almost impossible to reach on time the 250 knts below the 10K FL also with the speedbrakes fully extended and the engines also in idle position never go down the 42% of rate.I do not think is a calibrating issue, all my other birds are fine.What could i do to try to so…

The Aircraft stops flying approx. mid flight and this incident was repeated when using the same flight configuration. The video image remains the same and the only evidence of the problem is that the distance travelled indicator no longer works. To get back to 'desk top I had to use the Task Manager.I have been experiencing other problems with the use of your product and I took the decision to align my system with all of PDGM's documented advice and suggestions. I have my MCP knobs assigned to my yoke buttons. When I change settings, e.g. Altitude, the dial spins way too fast. Where is the setting to slow down the dials rate of change/acceleration?

I just downloaded and installed the 737NGX. All is working fairly well except in the external view, I can see through the fuselage. (i.e.- I can see the seats, it's completely transparent) I thought maybe it was just a delay in the textures loading so I gave it a couple of minutes, but no luck.Thoughts?Thanks,Dave

Fellow captains,After starting a new flight and during taxi I noticed that my brakes keep applied after using the toebrake on my G940 set. Only after engaging the parkingbraking and turning t off againg the brakes were loose again. But everytime I use the toebrake the brakes keep on braking. What can I do, or does anyone experienced this as well and has a solution?I have this with the NGX only by the way.Hoping you guys can help me out, it's not adding much fun to the NGX.

Hey everyone, my current system is about 2 years old and I am looking to do an intermediary upgrade now and probably build a new system about another 2 years down the line. For the most part my system performs well with the NGX (30fps locked) but when I fly into areas of dense scenery and weather, it can drop a lot, especially in new york. What I hope to accomplish is to be able to get a smooth 20+ FPS in all situations. I've read that with the right setup the gtx 580 can do the trick. But if I can get about the same result with the 570 I would love to save some money. My system is as follows: I7 920 running at 4.3 Ghz with noctua nh-d14 cooling it though I could probably…

Hi!I fly the NGX since a couple of months now and I am very impressed of the nice graphics up to date.I often fly at big sceneries (Paris Orly, Schiphol) from Aerosoft, but at this airports I only get about 10 FPS.With default planes my frames are much better.I already tweaked my FSX.cfg with Bojotes tweaking tool (http://www.venetubo.com/fsx.html) but this did not help much.My system specs are the following:RAM: 6GBGraphics: ATI Radeon HD 4800 SeriesCPU: Intel Core i7 920 2,67 GHzHard Disk: 1000 GBIs there somebody with similar specs and good (15-18) frames?Have you any tips what to do to get better frames?Hope you can help meCheersDavid

After installing SP1, I haven't had anymore zone temp warnings. I understand that this happened excessively before as it was a bug, but I just tested the NGX at KPHX with an outside temperature of 127 F and with front left passenger door open, packs off, and never got a zone temp warning. The temperatures are all at about 60 degrees Celsius also, except for the one which says "cont cabin" which is at about 28 degrees. Is it normal that I'm not getting a zone temp indication, or is it a bug?

Hi guys,I noticed that when I first load the ngx and attemp a take off I will have these problems during climb but if I reposition the aircraft back on the runway and takeoff again everything is ok. Hi all,I just bought the NGX and the 600/700 expansion pack yesterday. However, I ran into constant CTD whenever I select any NGX plane. As it turns out, this was caused by setting the texture max to 4096 as per PMDG introduction manual, with my triple monitor NVidia surround setup. If I lower the texture to 1024, no CTD.Is this a known problem? Hi after some help learning about fuel planning any good reference points? Can't seem to find any on you tube. I am flight planning with vroute premium which I use to plan flight and calculate fuel. When I export the rte file to ngx folder how does it recognize the fuel requirements are they embedded into the rte?. Do I add them in manually? Is there an easy calculation guide for fuel planning so I can learn how to do it?Thanks Wayne h
