Hi everyone!With the installation of SP1b the landing gear in the 737NGX 700WL partially cycles up down on the ground without pilot input. I can get it to stop by using FCUIPC to assign the throttle quadrant gear lever to the 'G' key. However, I'm back to the pre-service pack 1 issue of having to cycle the gear lever twice to get full retraction or full down. Has anyone else experienced this? Bob Price

I have put on the latest update and everything is working apart from the FMC. When I start from Cold and Dark I click on the FMC menu button for a couple of seconds and the FMC comes alive. The PMDG and FS Action switches all work as wll as the number and letter pad however everything else does not. the FMC icon on the L1 is highlighted but does not work when you push on it as well as ACARS AND DFDAU. I can not do anything as I need to get in the FMC. To also add when you start with engines running the FMC works in full, it just seems to be the Cold and Dark saved panel.any help would be appreciatedMarshall

I have noticed that the parking brake will not stay engaged, or in other words will not hold in the engaged position. It will release by itself after a few seconds. Any ideas? Thanks.

Well i am learning alot from you guys so i was hoping that someone could give a guide to determine what procedures should be used in normal and other types of situation for instance like LOWW takeoffs where the best NAP should be used (and what is that in the 737?)I have look at NADP1 and 2 and can tell the diff. but not where and whyNow in the FMC we can choose the altitude for reduction from TOGA and again between reduction and Climb/ACC height.We also could use cutback so what should i use in situation likeLOWWEGLLLFPGEKCH for instance (where i live) :-)and more important is BECAUSE...................Thanks for all the help (AOA videos does not cover this?)/Michael

Hi!Seems that positive wp along track now works, but now the opposite doesen´t??Have anyone checked this yet? Before SP1b it was the other way around. (I guess)Also using GPS position to Legs LSK 1L, will get a wp named "WPT01". If I copy that wp to thescratch pad and append bearing and distance (e.g. "WPT01075/20"),I still get an error message "not in data base" just as before.This dídn´t work in SP1a and neither here in SP1bAccording to Rafael a GOL Cpt, that should work in a 737NG.Really miss those features. I thought this would be implementet in SP1b / Leffe

My installation of the PMDG 737NGX 800 was running flawlessly under SP1. No problems at all. I installed the SP1b on top of my existing installation and deleted the addon liveries as directed. I re-installed the liveries I usually fly. I have been trying to fly from KLAX to KSFO and the reverse but the Autopilot will not track the course. It gets progessively worse. It will not climb properly under VNAV either. I wish I had left well enough alone.I re-installed the SP1b a second time. No difference. Hey Guys, Recently, as in the last couple of flights, the plane has not been behaving normally. It has been struggling mightily to get to the cruising altitude, as if the engines are underperforming. I have lightened up the payload, fuel, and passenger count in an attempt to get this solved. Any ideas of why this would be happening? Thanks a bunch.

Hi,My NGX VC "lags" (microstutters?) often while panning around the cockpit. This does not happen with any external views and/or any other internal views of built-in or freeware/payware aircraft. The strange thing is that FPS is constantly 30 when I use the FPS limiter, and always more than 30, around mid 40s when I don't use it. That is why I get more frustrated than I would if I saw low FPS numbers. I really can't get it why I keep getting those microstutters with high FPS numbers. I would be more than happy to trade those numbers with more smoothness.My config is: Intel i2500K @ 4.7 GHz, 8GB ddr3 ram, NVidia 550 Ti graphics card.I have tried this with/without external …

Hi guys. My first time posting here.Here's the problem. I'm flying from Hobart to Sydney and on the FMC I have strange ETA for waypoints and my destination. On a 100nm distance it predicts to takes 10+ hours to fly which is of course not correct. I have attached a screenshot of my fmc prog page. The erroneous ETA is also displayed when u press DATA and ETA for each waypoint is displayed on the ND. I have searched the forum for this issue and have found a thread relating to this but no solution has been found. I'm sure many people are still experiencing this issue.Any help would be appreciated.ThanksJoe Li

Please forgive me if this has been answered in another thread, but a couple of searches did not show anything, I may have not used the right key words...Question is this...I just purchased the 737NGX and read the "read me" and it appears the SP's are included. However I am a little confused as to the location for the installer to point to. Should it be the "root" FSX or the "Program files X86?" Thanks in advance.Gary

Good day all, I have updated my PMDG NGX6/7/8/900 with the latest service pack. I uninstalled the previous version and deleted all the simobject folders and PMDG NGX folders then reinstalled the original package and its sp1b and after that the expansion package and its sp1b. i have completed the first flight with no problems and proceded straight on to the second flight. Once at cruising height on the second flight I tried to enter a step climb altitude where the sim hung so I had to ctrl alt del to end fsx. This first time i had entered 370 and pressed the key where it hung, the second time I entered 37000 and pressed the key where it hung again. This second time i …

I have a HAT switch on my joy-stick that allowes me to look in the different directions in my 2d view. Is it possible to assign a HAT switch position to look not just left out the window, but down at the throttle quadrant as a work around for not having a throttle pannel? If there is could that view be "snaped' untill I'm through working with the throttle quadrant?Hopefully some one smarter than I may have already thought of this.ThanksJason Chandler
