PMDG 737NGX | 737NGXu

Hi ,,After installing service pack c i lost all the sounds , gear lever , flap lever , tcas sound , sound of various switches etc , when i open explorer they are in the sound/pmdg folder .I did a reinstall of the 737 , with the base package there are no problems , with service pack b , no problems but when i install service pack c the sounds are all gone .I re downloaded servicepack c 3 times but no succes . it seems like the engine sound is also the deault fsx sound ...I searched the forum and saw a topic about the fmc sound menu so i looked at this fmc page but there is no device listed in the sound page of the fmc , in service update 2 there was .I don't use a sou…

Will this be updated now that the SDK is out?

Not sure where this problems lies. I have a registered fusipc and have configured my throttles for the 737. I have dual quadrants from Saitek so that I can have bot a two engine and four engine profile. When I advance the two throttles I am able to closely match the N1 until stable at 40% and then hit the TO/GA. I have seen that at this point I should advance the throttles to match the performance but what happens to me is that the throttles unsy and the auto throttle is disconnected and I have a engine over N1 situation. The only remedy I have found so far is to pull back to idle, wait for both N1's to be close and re-engage the A/T. Ideas???? Anyone??

I have a problem with mouse pointer, i can't click on any button in 3d cockpit in any aircraft, this problem started when i installed pmdg 737 ngx.. I have ATI 5770, Intel Core i5, 6 Gb ram, fsx runs on 1080p and half of max texture settings.. I can click everywhere in menu but not in 3d cockpit.. in 2d pannels is all right.. Where is the problem?

Good afternoon,I am going to go ahead and finish my SkyEurope textures set (first livery, OM-NGP, in almost finished state, can be found in avsim library, dated January 12)However, I ran into a little detail,your model does have outflow valve with old-style cover. I was pointed to the fact, that all SkyEurope NGs, as well as all newer bulit NGs (from approx 2003) sport a newer modification, that has the outflow valve cover with "teeth".Is it possible to alter the appearance, for example by use of alphachannels, or is this look definitive?Reference: http://www.b737.org.uk/pressurisation.htm#Pressurisation_Valves

After installing the latest update 1C, I accidently, after starting up the delivery manager, did NOT delete the texture files.I did read that I should then delete the texture files manually. Unfortunately I don't know the nameof the directories nor the name of the files that I would need to delete manually.I did re-install the update, but that does not force the delivery manager to ask again if you want to delete the texture files.Ofcourse it was my mistake since did not properly follow the instructions, but I already tried some hours to correct my mistake but can't find a solution.Help would be very much appreciated!Kind regards,Wim Sijstermans

Hello, anyone have any ideas as to why suddenly I get a CTD everytime I speed up to x8 and then return to normal. The error only happens on returning to normal speed. Due to a problem I was getting with FS2Crew, that was stated as being caused by not having SP1c (which I had installed) I checked my 737NGX aircraft cfg files.All except my 700 non WL version, show build 3219 while the 700 shows 3118. It was the 700 I was using when the FS2Crew problem arose.When I ran the installer, everything seemed fine and all seemed to work ok.Should I run SP1c for the 6700 again or is there something else I need to do to correct this?Iain Smith

Hi all,On a flight yesterday I loaded up the sim at CYCC; turned the plane on, got the IRS working and this was the Captains ND:No failures active, as you can see:The terrain on the FO's display was on and off, too..I have video if anyone wants..As you can see, I treated it as a real failure and used the lower DU. It went away after a reboot..Any ideas?bestjake

Apologies for the two pronged question but I have struggeld the entire weekend.1. One of my local airports, FALA (Lanseria International Airport) I just cannot seem to do an ILS Landing with the ngx. I do ILS landings all over the place perfectly, ie. other SA airports or US airports, but everytime I do ILS to FALA the aircraft is on the glideslope and descends and then about 1 mile from threshold (maybe closer) the aircraft just goes on in level flight above the runway? any ideas?2. Could someone please help me with the correct approach steps for runway 10, TNCM. Again the same issue, at DME 2 miles the aircraft just does not descend to the threshold.Thanks,Eddie Taute

Up to now had very problems with the NGX although tonight when starting up I did not get the initialisation countdown. I then found the 2D popup panels were corrupted.This only seems to happen on some variants and some liveries. The others start fine. I have tried to remove and reinstall the liveries and also to reinstall SP1C. This didn't fix it.How do I fix this?If I need to uninstall the entire NGX how do I do it? Will I need to reenter the activation code when I reinstall?Thanks

Hi all!First off, most of my mip, that is all annunciators en most of the switches and flips, work perfectly now using the SDK. Great job, pretty straight forward, efficient, although I needed to recollect the simconnect stuff :). Three puzzles left for me right now, I do appreciate any suggestions.1. The Eng and SYS switches cycle both when pressed (EVT_MPM_MFD_SYS_BUTTON, parm=1) AND when released (EVT_MPM_MFD_SYS_BUTTON, parm=0)2. Can't figure the gear out. EVT_GEAR_LEVER, EVT_GEAR_LEVER_OFF, EVT_GEAR_LEVER_UNLOCK none of them seem to do anything at all :(3. CDU keys, can only use them once in the live time of the plane. After updating to SP1c I opened up the livery manager and without thinking clicked no when prompted to delete all existing texture folders. Now I can't install new liveries. Do I need to manually delete all of the folders now?Thanks
