PMDG 737NGX | 737NGXu

Hey guys,Just in a flight now and I am having a problem with the sound. I know it's specific to the NGX because other sounds from RC4 and FS2crew don't do it.The problem I have is the sound keeps going really low, and then back to normal. It keeps doing this on and off and I don't know why.I've tried hitting Q twice, and sometimes that takes the level back up to normal. But then it just ends up doing it again.Any ideas?TIADan

Hey guys, and gal.I actually started the idea of a video series of my paint tutorial a few months ago. The idea is ok, but the timing is sort of bad. That said, this video is what I call "Video 0", meaning the 1st in the series but really like zero week in a military school like Ranger or Pathfinder etc. Zero week, day, video, means that it's more of an intro to get some of the normal crap said once, never to need to be repeated. When I throttle up nothing happens...the throttle quadrant moves but the engines just remain idle.I have followed the usual cold and dark flows and never had this before.I have done restarts to no avail.If I load a default a/c it works fineAny ideas please?RegardsPaul Humphries

Hi,no, it's not about the taxes :)Two things I noticed:1) After failing both IRU's and removing the faults, I wasn't able to get them into ATT mode. I turned the mode selector to OFF, waited for the align light to extinguis and selected both modes to ATT. You should be able to restore basic PFD information in this case, but nothing happened. Well almost nothing - at some point I had a V/S indicator but that's it.2) With both IRU's dead, the HUD had a GS indication (note, both GPS recievers were also killed - not that it would matter though)RegardsMark

Does anyone have a working CDU II and PMDG 737NGX for FSX? Everything I see is for FS9. I tried to make a profile but all I get are errors. There is a file, that comes with the VRInsight software, that has the display panel only. The file title reads "PMDG 737NGX" but no mention if it is for FSX or FS9. Anyway the key file seems to be MIA. VRInsight uses the left FMC. Is it possible for me to use the Left FMC screen and create the key file from the right hand FMC. I know....lots of questions but I have no answers.Happy LandingsDave Smith

Hey fallows,not long ago i received my saitek pro rudders, now i have a question about it and the ngx,i know that in a real NG or any aircraft the rudders begins to respond after the plane acceleration, but the saitek pro rudders responding even on the ground taxing.can i set it that it'll only control on the tail?i mean like the real one that it'll respond with the plane acceleration, cause otherwise it to sensitive at low speeds, assuming it's already control only on the tail.thanks in advance!

I'm hoping to get someone in authority in PMDG to clarify for me, please, the situation vis-a-vis the SDK EULA should I or a third party do some programming which mapped the NGX variables, or a useful subset of them, to FSUIPC offsets, so that users of external hardware can get their displays maintained using their current software or user Lua plug-ins.I've raised a support ticket about this, as advised in the EULA itself, but it seems to get no response even after well over 48 hours. :( My first ngx movie.

While flying the NGX, I noticed a small white box in the top left-hand corner. I happened to click on it once and I realized that it was a tiny window. I dragged it out to see what it was, and it turned out that it was just a blank, white panel. Since i couldn't close it, I tried to put it back in the corner, but it wouldn't go back as far as it was originally. Does anybody know what this little window is or how I can get rid of it?Thanks,boeing247

HI " LAst week i did the lat flight with the NGX Today i got it back i load the plane and park it in ENHD then I Move the IRS knobs to allign go in POS PAGE move to second page and i copy fromt GPS coordinates the coordinates n the scratcpad i copy them on the IRS POSition and ihave this message:"IRS POS ORIGIN DISAGREE" ANd as u can see form the screen THe coordinates reported are different. IF i copy the second one starting with 5 i have no error message othewise i have that message. Hi!I think I have found 2 Bugs, but at 1st I am not sure.1st: I often have the problem, that if I select on my LEGS Page a waypoint, that I get a "NOT IN DATABASE". It's confusing, I try it several times then it works. Or I want that the FMC should calculate the ZFW and get an "INVALID ENTRY", I click very often on the LSK and it works, but not immediately.2nd: When I have select e.g the B737-800 and load this one, and after loading, I decide to load B737-700 in the FS, there after the aircraft is always "jumping" and some textures on the 2D Cockpit are strange.Sorry if this was still reported, but perhaps there are solutions.

Hi ,Here is my second landing movie to Youtube , i think i got my own technique now :) i know that is coming with time and experience , i moved throttle to idle at 15 - 10 feet , the landing was perfect ! Enjoy ! , and dont forgot the " Like " button , he is a nice guy haha .Maor .

I know we were all having this problem with the first versions of NGX but not a big issue anymore. It seems that one of the earlier updates provided a way to refill fuel levels but I can't remember what it was. My oil levels in a model I have only about 15 hours on have now dropped to 18 quarts and I want to top them off. I have looked in the CDU and can find no specific procedure to accomplish this short of a full maintenance and I still have 235 hours left. I hate to start the clock all over again at 250 if I don't have to.Is it in one of the maintenance procedures and I am just overlooking it? Need some help from someone who has done a refill or knows how to do it…

So I'm getting used to my new F/O yesterday, first flight on vatsim with fs2crew. While climbing out and getting settled after takeoff, suddenly the takeoff config horn starts going off. I scratch my head for about 30 seconds and cant figure out why this bloody thing won't shut up. It's then that I decide my noob F/O must have messed up, so I do a scan the overhead.... And for some obscure reason, the cabin is not pressurizing! Everything looks right, but were losing pressure.
