PMDG 737NGX | 737NGXu

Hi all,Probably a stupid question, but I've done a search and can't find the exact answer I need.I am about to upgrade my whole PC. I shall be totally gutting it, replacing mobo; CPU; case and CPU water cooler, and will obviously be re-installing Windows, FSX etc etc.Do I, as I have to do with some non-sim software (Adobe CS for instance), have to uninstall the product (and choose any de-activation routine if offered) or do i get a set number of re-installs before I need to get in touch with PMDG.I have already uninstalled and re-installed NGX once (SP1)Many thanks in advance,bestjake

Hey!I just had the above message displayed on my scratchpad on the NGX. Any idea what to do with it?I always use the realistic alignment time for the IRS and always put in the airport and gate and then use the GPS data for exact position alignment.This is the first time I had this message and I am frankly lost on what to do next.

In the JS41 it is possible to save an entered Flight Plan and recall it on a future flight. If I remember correctly this was also possible in the FS9 PMDG 737, storing the plan as a co-route. Unless I've missed something, this doesn't seem possible in the 737NGX. The only way to save a flight plan as a co route seems to be to use a payware route generator. I don't want to save the panel or flight, just the flight plan. Can this be done?

When the FMC follows the ruote every so often happening that the plane in the vicinity of the vor to do deflection of the right and left!!This is normal?!?

Hi all,I just built a new rig and need to re-install the NGX. I bought the base pack and the 6/700 extension the day they came out (with no extended download).Now, I know that all Service Packs are cummulative, but I also remember that SP1 was a prerequisite for installing the 6/700 extension. If I want to re-install each of the models, what will be the correct sequence?My guess is:- 7/800 base pack- 7/800 SP1c- 6/700 extension- 6/700 SP1cCan anyone confirm that this will work?Thanks in advance,Stefan

Hello!I just bought the boeing 737-800 PMDG version. I have spent alot of time in the FMC, its all new to me, and i have followed the tutorials following with the PMDG aircraft.However i struggle with putting up my own flight route in the FMC. I want to fly from ESSA to EGGL, and when i enter "UN873" under the via section the FMC tells me that the input value is invalid. I have followed alot of guides on youtube, and when i try to do what they´re doing i can get it working, but not on my own.I plan my routes whitin FSX.What am i doing wrong?What is the correct way to set up your own flightpath?I dont need an indepth answer as im new to this. HelloHad a go at Tutorial 2 after I had solved some problems with my SP1C installation and got up to preforming the engine fire warn test. I put the switch into the FAULT/INOP test position and checked to ensure things were illuminated correctly and I noticed that the MASTER CAUTION lights, OVHT/DET lights and the recall were not illuminated. I stopped the test and checked to see if I could make the recall illuminated (since the aircraft was not in T/O configuration it should throw up some warnings) and it would not illuminated. Hi everybody,I just encountered the following problem.As soon as i activate the VSD, the whole FSX beginns with stuttering in an 2seconds intervall.I watched this behavior especially in combination with the use of EFB from Aivlasoft.

After installing the NGX SP1C for the 800/900 I have been having alot of problems. The first problem which went without help can be found here: http://forum.avsim.net/topic/365843-my-737-stopped-responding/I tried the tutorial 2 again and the recall and caution buttons failed to work when I got to the APU fire test. Im thinking I will have to uninstall but is there not only a certain amount of times you can activate this? Thanks

I have a core2duo E8800 3GHz dual core machine with 4 GB RAM and a GTX480 Nvidia Card. With the recent release of Orbx's NZ South Island scenery, does anyone know where I can download the procedures in PMDG FMC data format so I can fly the instrument procedures into NZQN? I flew the NGX in there but there were no approaches or SID/STAR data for the airport. Alternatively, I was wondering if anyone has access to the Jepp charts with the RNP procedures into NZQN. Hello, This is my first post in the avsim. I got to say what an awesome community this is. I discovered this place when i purchased my PMDG 737NGX. So cool to come here and have so many questions answered and explained. This is my question or rather my situation that I have not been able to find a forum on. In the virtual cockpit and on the main panel there are a majority of buttons and knobs that I can click with the mouse on but I can`t shut them off. For example, when I am loading the plane with passengers I can turn the AC pacs on and APU on. BUT when i need to start the engines I can not shut the pacs off no matter how i try to click the buttons. Same with the APU, …

I'm flying the 800WL model in the LN-RRH livery and I found the same configuration file for this livery in 2 different locations, one is located in theF:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\PMDG\PMDG 737 NGX\Aircraftfolder and another one is located in theF:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\SimObjects\Airplanes\PMDG 737-800NGX WL\Texture.SKfolder. I am running the C sp and VRinsight MCP Combo. Everything has been working but now the plane is chasing headings and LNAV to the point that ATC is questioning what is happening. Anyone else have this?
