PMDG 737NGX | 737NGXu

Having problems with aircraft at high altitude on autopilot entering steep banks and going out of control. I have run across information in the past stating that this can be caused by 3rd party weather control addons [ activesky which is what I use] so I tried a flight using fsx weather download and still had this problem. I have the latest service pack 1c for the 737ngx installed. Thanks for any help.

Hello, This is a question for the many repainters of the ngx. What are the wings texture files inside the paint kit? and how to modify the registration plate inside the cockpit?because a friend of mine is trying to make me some repaints but he doesn't find that to put the registration and airline name. I had to bite the bullet and reinstall Fsx over the last two days, i thought i was finished when i reinstalled the md11, started FSX, all working well, shutdown FSX and installed the NGX. After booting up FSX and selecting the NgX all appears well but when i end the flight the ngx.dll causes a crash of FSX. I can see a few people have reported this and i had never had a problem before. Is there a general fix for it?

I noted in the manual that on landing, and when using 3rd party rudders (I use CH), that it sometimes takes some "convincing" to have the autobrakes kick off on roll out. I also noted (again in the manual) that after takeoff you have to manually return the autobrakes selector from RTO to OFF. Does this mean that when things are working correctly, on landing once slowed up and you are using the CH brakes, the autobrake selector should return to "OFF" automatically, or do you need to manually select it to "OFF" after landing as well? They are working for me, but I'm not sure if I'm leaving them on too late in the roll, or if they disconnect after a certain speed but the sel…

Hi guys, I have 737ngx for almost 1 year now and always worked fine. But now from one day to the other, I can't use it because i have no buttons or "software" loaded when I select it on FSX. Nothing happens with the FSX, it works normally with other aircraft including other PMDG products such as 747 and MD-11 which I also have. I'm sure I didn't change anything on my configs or desinstall something either.. I don't know what happened, just know it's not working as before. Hi, I'm pretty new to the 737NGX and have this question about setting up the flightplan in the FMC/CDU. When select PLN instead of the MAP on the knob on the panel left of the autopilot (MCP) console I can see the departure airport as well as the SID I select on the Captain's Navigation Display screen (middle screen). Question: Is there any way to display (or center the display) on the destination airport? I think I did this in the 737 Pilot in Command but I forgot how... at least it makes it way easier to select the right STAR without having to resort to charts... and even with the charts to double check the destination part of the flightplan when I'm far fr…

Hi guys can someone help me! Im having this issue the second time in a row. When I entering the data on the FMC and prepare de plane for the approach while pressing the botton of the FMC the plane freeze! So far it happen only during FMC setting on approach or prior to land only with FMC botton. The simulator does not crash to desktop but it freezes you can still hear the engine but it does not move. This it happening since I installed sp1c never had issues before.Please help I installed the lates version of FSUPC but it seems it does not solve the problem dont know what to do!

Hi folks, Does anyone know if we can customize the number of seats in the business and economy classes ? I think the NGX allows 12 in Business/First and 152 in Economy/Coach. Is there a file (.ini) I can modify to have, for example, 8 in First and 162 in Coach (Jet Airways config). I realize it may not make any difference in the end as the number of PAX is only going to make a difference in the ZFW and a marginal effect on CG, (if any). I ask this, only to add a touch more to the realism factor that PMDG has already given by including a large array of options for display and equipment to get our virtual registered aircraft as close as possible to its real life counte…

Hey fellows, I have an issue when I'm doing performing a landing, weather!!!, specially speaking about wind speed, makes the plane don´t slow the speed properly, according speed programmed in FMC, it seems takes too hard to decrease the speed and sometimes if you see the speed tape, you see increase instead of decrease, but every thing goes normally when I load the default weather schemes, the speed slow down correctly, this issue happen if I use real FSX weather and FSWX Lite. Im new to this forum and i guess i found the right grp to join.First of all i must admit i simply love PMDG 737 and im trying to master her.It's tough but thats what makes it more challenging. Hello Everyone , I recently purchased PMDG 737NGX and used the deafault panel states meaning i never started the aircraft up my self . But then i what fun and learning would i experience if i didnt start it up my self? . From then onwards I have learned and been following Checklists for this aircraft to start the aircraft up. All is going well and i understand it thorougly . The checklist states that once we start to approach the hold short position just off the runways we turn the apu bleed off and set the packs to auto and the isolation valve to auto . I have tried to install livery's on pmdg 737ngx via livery manager and everything works accordingly on the livery manager but i cant see the livery on the aircraft's in the aircraft select option . Ive reinstalled pmdg 737ngx and still no luck . Hkhan

Hi. I have recently discovered the likes of A2A and Rea Air. I currently have the Saitek pro yoke and throttles. However I feel a joystick would be far more appropriate and easier to fly the small GA's. So would a X52 Pro go well with my NGX. Side note I have no rudder pedals so joystick rudder twist motion is a pro for the ngx I think.

Hello fellows, i have noticed that when i am moving the throttle on my pro yoke saitek, the throttle of the aircraft moves very slowly, but sometimes not, why is that? thanks.!

Hi guys, I flew a nice hop the other day from Zurich to Nice after following a youtube poster 'Skysurfer007' who I believe is a realworld German 737 pilot. I recorded it all at 60fps and the results were fantastic. I posted it on youtube but it doesnt support 60fps as far as im aware and halfed it to 30fps. Hey everyone, Quick question regarding the APU. What is the normal procedure regarding APU prior to departure assuming that ground power and external air are already connected. I've read that generally the APU is turned on 10 min prior to pushback but are the APU generators and APU bleed turned on as soon as the unit powers up or does the aircraft continue to remain on ground power and external air until pushback begins?
