Hi, when i put battery on, ground power on, IRS switches to NAV, it starts beeping forever and other NAV switch has ON DC light, and both IRS switches have flashing ALIGN text. Bat discharge light is not on, and i cant understand what im doing wrong since this has worked to me, even starting APU and setting APU GEN on wont help. E: Oh just forgot but standby power.. lol.

Hi all, Will PMDG include the option of adding the 'CABIN ALTITUDE' and 'TAKEOFF CONFIG' warning lights next to the 'SPEEDBRAKE ARMED' and 'SPEEDBRAKE DO NOT ARM' lights in future updates? Cheers

Hi. I've been enjoying the NGX for almost 6 months without any problems or complaints. Things are working perfectly. Now, I am debating if I'd want EZDok, something I have never owned. Reading some of the comments on this forum and some others, there appears to be some people experiencing issues and frustrations with EZDok when used with NGX. What do people recommend, buy or not to buy EZDoK? Thank you.

Good Day Folks, recently I've some troubles in modify the selected STAR from my FMC in the 737 NGX. When I try to insert/delete/changing a Waypoint the FMC doesn't allow me. Also if i try to change the STAR from the DEP/ARR page, it seems blocked, frozen. The other pages in the FMC worked perfectly. The Only way to change the star is to cancel FMC insert data from the RTE Page: with this operation, the FMC will reset route and legs, allowing me to change the star. Any Solution? Best Regards

Hi captains, During taxiing (at low speed < 15) the plane suddenly takes off and flies low at a speed of about 235 kts. Other times, in same configuration, I can taxi high speed up to 50 kts without any problem. This is a very nasty problem when flying on-line at IVAO. Frans

Hello, I got this 737-700 Load & Trimsheet when I made a flight on the jumpseat a couple of years ago. Now that I've finished groundschool (and so got the knowledge for mass & balance) I would like to try the Load & Trimsheet on the PMDG 737-700 NGX. But I still need some more information on the PMDG 737-700 NGX model: Basic Empty Mass? Weight of Catering (if applicable at model?) BEM index? By how much does the index move for a given weight for the catering and cabin crew? There are also four holds on the load & trimsheet. I assume hold 1 & 2 in the PMDG model is hold 1 & 4 on the load & trimsheet, just like in CAA's …

Hey all, Is there a preferred method to cargo loading? To keep the math simple, if I have 10,000 lbs of cargo, do you just put 5,000 in each hold, or is there a particular ratio that you should use. Thanks! Mike

Dear All, Is there someone in this forum who knows where I could find envelope data for 737NG. I mean: forward flight limits, aft flight limits and ground handling limits (values explaned + envelope drawing). for example - learjet 60 forward flight limit - FS 363.08 (-2.5% MAC) for all weights up to and including 16500 pounds (7484 kg) and tapers to FS 378.10 (16.25 % MAC) at 22750 pounds (10319 kg). This morning I noticed the post concerning Reverse Thrust but I decided to put this info into a separate post since the first post was mainly concerned with hardware calibration settings. If any of you have had issues with a delay in activation of reversers as I have on many occasions, I have found a solution. I do not use hardware only mouse and keyboard but the solution should work for hardware users as well. After back and forths with Paul at Support over the issue of NGX not responding fast enough to reverse thrust command, I finally was about to give up. Since I seem to be having the same problem (this is only after having installed EZDOC) I am interested in finding that discussion and hoping it will able me to correct it. Hi all Once in a while some of the instruments in the cockpit of the 737ngx is acting weird. The speed indicator is showing to low speed even at 270 kts, and the qty number of fuel is constantly changing on the fuel indicator. Any of you experienced this issue?

Hello, i have a question, in the hgs manual provided here : http://jlaroche.com/cqfa/280-BVN/Documents_BVN/B737_9701-1071%20Rev%20C.pdf it says, that to set the HGS in PRI mode one needs to set it on the HGS control panel, or push the TO/GA button which will set it for you regardless of the mode displayed on the control panel, the thing is, i can't set it with the TO/GA button, i did some go-arounds in AIII mode, and the pushed the TO/GA button, but it didn't change. Is there something i need to do to obtain this behaviour ?

Hi Gents....Im in the process of getting tutorial number two done but when I get to this part/section.... "...and that TRANSFER BUS OFF, SOURCE OFF, and GEN OFF BUS Lights are illuminated. " well transfer bus off and source off arent iluminated. Only Gen off buss gets iluminated. Thanks in advance

...please. I'm working my way through the no 1 Tutorial, and as far as I can judge, I've followed the instructions to the letter. After setting up the FMC, trim & flaps and MCP SPEED, HEADING and ALTITUDE and turned on both FD's I run into trouble when arming the A/T. It just won't get armed. All I get is a warning saying "A/T P/RST". Can someone give me a cure for this. Googled and got the advice to turn on generators 1 and 2, but shouldn't those be on in this turorial. There's no start up procedure in the tutorial to start with, and all other systems seem to be up and running.... And on earlier flights I've had no problem arming the A/T. TIA
