PMDG 737NGX | 737NGXu

Hey, I recently purchased the PMDG 737NGX. My computer registry is not updated, and I don't know how to update it. PMDG recommends to navigate the installer so that it points to the MSFS installation directory. I don't know how to manually navigate the installer, please help. Thanks in advance. -Dirran

Hi Guys!! Im recently Installed PMGD NGX But Realy I dont know what happens with the autopilot its no engaging the dont want to intercept the route whe I put th LNAV and Dont want to climb or decend from or To altitude,,I set th e VS he dont want to execute the clmib or descend the aircraft beging like crazy unussual attitudes..while engage the autopilot..I have this program since released and worked good but yesterday I reninstalled again and started to do this problems..Any body can help me to resolve the problem I will apreciate.

Hello guys, I Bought Before few days The Pmdg B737! I am preparing my plane for departure (from cold and dark) , I remove the chocks and I Start my taxi. While I am taxing most of the times the brakes dont work ( I am pushing the brakes I can hear the sound but the plane doesn't stop Unfortunately) I have install all the Service Packs but nothing happens... Hi Guys, Sorry if this has been posted before I have place the paint on the paintkit sections but I get a faint white line between front/mdille middle/back and it is lined up perfectly as it's annoying how did you guys solve this or have you a kit that works for you, left white it matches perfectly. Dear PMDG I saw for the first time today that the 737-800w Hawaiian tumbled in the air. It flew course 250 with headwind 262/48 in very variable winds. The autopilot obeyed reluctantly my shift between heading and LNAV. It is annoying to see the same problems as the queen has, namely that it can not fly in perhaps more demanding weather systems. But need to have reduced all wind around the plane more or less. Have we reached the point that NGX has special types of weather it can not fly? I do not understand exactly what has happened. That which are updated with respect to NGX is: RAAS, Navdata, and FSUIPC. Anyway I so much enjoy the NGX Jens Michlas…

Is there a way to have VC shadows in the NGX, or any plane for the matter? For example, duiring a sunset at any altitude, when flying east the sunlight goes right through the back wall of the cockpit and reflects off the panel like so:

Not sure if this is the area post this but I have been using ch pedals and saitek yoke with no problems...well one problem every time I set the parking brake it pops off. But now I show differental braking in red at the bottom left of the screen. I can hit the parking brake lever turning it off and on and it goes away for a sec. but then pops up again. any ch pedal users out there that can help? Thanks Dan Thompson

Hey everyone, meanwhile, I've been flying my NGX in all different types of conditions, but the NAV light never seems to light up correctly. I have double checked that it was synced up correctly (AKA button pushed) but every single time I go and check the NAV light you cannot even tell it's on, even in a night time setting. The white light on the trailing edge of the wing on the winglet (if applicable) does work properly, as do the rest of the lights.

Hi captains, After check a lot of FS2Crew videos on Youtube and read quite enough about the addon, finally I've decided to purchase it. Before to begin with the install process, I've reading system specs and #####!!!!... one of the requirement is an english version of Win7. Spanish is my mother language, therefore my Win7 version is spanish. Went into "Control Panel" to change all OS language, but spanish is the only allowed language (maybe because my installed Win7 version is "Home", instead "Ultimate"). I would like to know if there is any solution for this, before reinstall Windows in it's english version??? (...and FSX, and FSX patches, and NGX, and bla, bla, bla,…

I've had an issue where if I minimized FSX or went into any of the FSX menu items during flight while in NGX, my screen would just completely turn black and I wasn't able to recover from it. I had it from day 1 since the NGX came out and wasn't able to solve it even with support from PMDG. Wel, guess what?!?! I've installed the DX10 patch and this issue completely went away. Try it if you're in the same boat as I was.

I ran a comparison test this morning with the competitions B-767 and the PDMG 737 NGX. The competition's 767 would not follow a descent profile as published in the FMC. I thought it might be user error so I wanted to run a comparison with the PDMG 737 to see if it was me or the other developer. The flight was from KSEA to KSFO, using the GOLDN6 arrival into SFO. I put the same information and loaded both planes with appropriate fuel and payload. I filled in the descent forecast with the appropriate info. as it developed on both flights. Hi to all, Igot a little problem and I need a little help...from three days when I go to the ngx forum I can't see the topics. titles but only the name of the author i.e. "started by Robert Randazzo" ecc. I keep saving my panel as START738 and keep it as my default panel on startup. This seems to keep the clock running on my Maintenance Failures regardless of the livery I am flying. That fact is puzzling because all of the options selections remain specific to the particular aircraft. Anyway, gradually my oil levels decreased to where left was 10 and right was down to 9 (quarts). When I started a flight the next day, the oil levels were back up to 20-20. Have any of you noticed this? I was thinking that I would have to perform a maintenance because I can find no specific procedure to top-off oil levels. Hi guys/gals. I've been a loyal NGX fan since the day of release, and one of my favorite features of this addon is the saved flight function. Unlike most addons, the NGX remembers everything PERFECTLY, at least based on my past experience with the current build. I mean it, the minute I resume a flight everything from the switches position to FMC settings and the legs waypoints are as they had been before, and I can easily resume a flight or practice takeoffs or landings to my heart's content without frantically resetting switches or recalling FMC details that I may have forgotten. I have a saiteck yoke and ch pedals ...im able to cal. the yoke but the pedals dont want to play. they work in flight but are way off. When I try to calibrate fsx gives me the same routine as the yoke.............what am I messing up? Thomas Thompson

Hi all, I am running the NGX on Windows 7. I recently purchased vroute premium purely for the fact it can export flight plans into the PMDG flight plan format to pick up on the FMC. The only problem is, when I select the flight plan in the FMC and then press execute, FSX crashes. Any ideas? Thanks Luke Bartey

PMDG 737NGX Service Pack 1c made the radio stack numbers red? Is this deliberate. Anybody else noticed this? It might just be my PC being goofy, or I have done something wrong? Or maybe there are now more options installed? It worked fine, however.

I decided to set a fuel leak failure to see what would happen, out of curiosity. The centre tank was empty when I activated the leak with cross feed valve closed, so I was surprised to see fuel dropping at an even rate from both wing tanks. Surely this would have to mean two separate leaks of the same severity occurring on both sides simultaneously?! This is obviously very unlikely; have I missed something or is this a failure that could do with amending? Perhaps there should be separate failures from leaks in the left/right/centre fuel systems?

After re installing FSX i realized that i had to do the same with the NGX but theres a problem the aircraft is in bits and pieces the body is pointing up and the wings down and everything is missing, i never had this problem before i re installed FSX. Some help please :(

Just like the title, why ngx doesn't have the rta function? and normally we can input coordinates to create about five temporary waypoints on NAV DATA page. Is there any reason?
