    Hi to everyone,I m simply very very happy to be a 737ngx costumer,and try to give to it a bit more of realism I was asking my self if is possible to config 2 different groundroll,one from 0 to 40/50 kts and second one from 50 kts to takeoff speed. ?? I just ask this 'cause I modified my 737 ngx with a third party ground roll sound that is very realistic,but I also found another one with lot of vibration that is also so realistic but usually we can hear this one just on rwy during acceleration .... So to be more clear I have to groundroll sound.....one good for taxing and one good for acceleration on runway ....is it possible to have both sound ???? Thanks to everyon…

  2. Hi all! I remember with pleasure a wonderful tour I did for my VA a couple of years back. It was a tour of the most challenging airports for approach type, rwy length, weather etc of Norway and it was based around the ATR71. I really enjoyed it and I am looking at popping up to Norway again and trying to re-create it but flying it with the 600. Any suggestions about airports accessible by the 737-600 cut still quite challenging? Any idea is welcome and other Scandinavian countries will do just as well. Just really like the challenge of the weather up there combined with a difficult non precision approach. Thanks in advance!

    I am now receiving the blue BSOD everytime I load my NGX. The screen states: Page_Fault_in_Non_Page_Area All other addon AC and the MS Fight Simulator X AC load with no problems. Everything on the computer remains the same (no problems) except when I select any of my PMDG 737 NGX. I Did a System Restore but that did not make any change. I have spent hours researching this with no luck. Can any help me? See System Below. Ken Packer

    Hello all, I bought the 737NGX 800, 900 as well as the 600,700 yesterday. All excited to get things going but i have been receiving nothing but problems. 1) First of all i have this issue with the activation process keeps popping up everytime i select any of the 737 models. 2) When the flight has loaded, i am having problems with the panels. First thing i notice is that the battery switch is on (default panel state), but the voltage display that indicates what load its using is completely blank...showing nothing!!...Stanby battery switch is on and turning the switch to it, still the display is blank.     Hi, I've been having this issue with the NGX and other a/c on and off for a long time now. Basically when I call up a panel it appears to be mirrored are blurry if you like. It also happens to the main ND, PFD, EICAS and CDU from time to time. Please see screenshot Anyone know whats the problem? Thanks Ben

    I just made a new airport in ADE and I want to put my apporach data in the ngx so I can fly into the airport so far I have put in the the airport name and runways I'am a bit confused about the app data so it it just the airport name and runways of my airport and I put the material into the pmdg sidstar folder and the ngx still says it is not in the data base any ideas

En-route from CYVR to CYEG, approximately half way through the flight, the aircraft began a right turn off course and exceeded the bank limit.     Not sure if this was posted before. I am having trouble engaging the autopilot master switch. I have the 747 and it gave me no problems; neither did the fs9 version 737. I have the controls released when I try to engage the autopilot. What is happening?

  13. A thought experiment. What happens if the captain's MIN is different from the FO'S? Will "minimums" sounds twice? Will it only sound onthe master FD side? Different is to mean different values and or different modes (BARO and RADIO). WhT do you think?

  14. Hello Captains!! Few days ago I''ve uninstalled FSX, delete all FSX files and addons due some crashes and problems. Now I've installed everything again...thie FSX sp1 and 2. Then installed PMDG NGX 737 and after that the sp1c. These all is done. Now when I'm flying with the pmdg ngx in 3d cockpit I dont hear any sound effects nothing works like; clicking sounds, trimming sound, MCP knob turning sounds, warning sounds, AP sounds flaps or brake set..just no sound works. Only what I can hear is thie engine sounds nothing more. What is here wrong installed? Or forgot I something important?? Please help :mellow:

Hi, although related in its origin to this thread (http://forum.avsim.n...ng-panel-state/), this looks like a different bigger problem: trying to solve the issue posted in that thread, I reloaded another savegame with the 737 on the ground and set as starting panel state the one matching the flight I was willing to retrieve when reloaded, the flight with issues didn't change in its problem, yet,worst of all, !!! :blink: now when I start every 737 flight, I find a dark 737 (with that - corrupted?- panel state) and an altered FMC display (attached jpg) please, ho can I get out of this? thanks Marco Gabbrielli

  16. I just updated to SP1c on the NGX. Now all I see is the wings and a PMDG 'box' where the front of the plane is. Cockpit view is good, plane flys normally. But when I switch to outside view it only show wings. I removed the Britsh Airways paint and re-installed it but it did not help, the stock PMDG 900 winglets are the same. I had to taxi like this. :( I don't want to re-install as I just set everything up. I've re-installed the BA Paint 3 times, no joy.   17. hello, I'm on my second flight and I've just made so far the first studying pass on introduction and tutorial manuals I've set to C&D the default panel state in FMC after reloading the second flight, I retrieved a cold and dark brick falling from the sky ^_^ : I was not used to it, as with 747 the savegame panel state is correctly reloaded please, what did I miss? (I've positively checked that, in 737's panelstate folder, FSUIPC - I suppose - has correctly saved the panel state matching the fsx save) thanks Marco Gabbrielli

I mean specific about the goflight software and its compatibillity with Win 8.     With Autopilot A or B engaged, and then releasing the guard and moving the stab trim autopilot switch to the cut out position fails to disengage the autopilot. However the autopilot is disengaged when restoring the switch to the normal position. I have a suspicion that this is to prevent the switch being left in the cutout position. Can anyone confirm that this switch is supposed to operate in this way? Les

    Hello, Today, i would test the autobrake action on take-off. So i prepared the aircraft for a flight as usual, (FMC, MCP, OVH...) and of course i turn the autobrake switch to RTO position. The corresponding amber light illuminated 2-3 seconds then extinguished. I line up on rwy, pull throttles to 40% then press the TOGA button (hidden clickspot on MCP), V1 was at 132, so i wait to increase to 100-110 kts, then pull the throttles immediately to idle, but autobrake don't activate and i have to brake manually. What is wrong with my procedure and in your sim is autobrake activating on take off. Of course, my autobrake fonction is OK when landing. Thanks Gilles.

  21. Had a business trip that made me select a parksleep & fly at the Hilton at LAX a few Saturdays ago. 6 o'clock flight to Rochester. Arrived about 7pm the Saturday night before, and before hitting it early decided to go down to the bar to grab a quick bite to eat. Gentlemen next to me was yacking with another next to him, who left shortly thereafter, and come to find out it was a UA (actually CO turned UA) 737 Captain that was relocating from Hoboken NJ to LA, and he was on VACATION for the transfer!   24. I have stumbled upon a situation, one that seldom comes up for me but may be a common occurrence for super short hauls in some jets and most turboprops. I flew a 1 hour flight between KBOS and KEWR, and the cruising altitude was 14000 feet, as it was in the real world flight from flightaware, with a 737-700. I updated the altimeter setting shortly before acquiring the cruise altitude, and left it in place until after I started descent, updating to the destination airfield setting. Winter is closing in and my room temperatur has dropped quite a bit makin the CPU and graphiccard in the 55c on fully load(I7-950@4,2-HD58701GB ATI) . At sommer time ASUS is reporting that they run at about 64c. I am telling my self everything is running smoother in the winter time but its hard to tell if its just imagination.
