Guys, I've just purchased this Throttle from GoFlight, my first purchase for a more advanced piece of hardware for FSX, I think it will work great with the NGX/777, you can also purchase more levers and turn it into a 4 engine jet or 2 engine prop. Came across this while flying these two airports: TNCB and MHRO There maybe others that I just dont know about. The Nav Map RNWY centerline doesnt match up with FSX. Anyone know a work around? It really threw me off trying to land as you can imagine. Here's a screen cap

I have had to flatten my whole system this weekend, because my system corrupted, network drivers and display driver all died at once. Well it's not such a bad thing as becasue it is a fresh start. With that is mind what is the best way to install FSX with the objective of making the PMDG work smoothly? I haven't started installing anyting yet, because I don't want to mess things up too soon without advice. I have a few questions regarding this. 1. Is it better just to install FSX sp1 and sp2 onto :C drive in admin user and install the PMDG (all updates) here as well? Then just lower the user permissions, to another user called 'flight sim' for example? …

Hey Guys I am having an issue with my takeoff roll. It is not rotating till around 175 knots no matter how hard I pull on the yoke. My trim settings are correct and my payload is normal. Just wondering what could cause this problem and if some of you have had the same issue. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Brad Cherrington

Hi guys it boeng 777-312 i have a small problem, i have just finished completing the module download to allow me to use my interface with the 737ngx, now its working but the dials on the interface wont change but the numbering changes in fsx and also the screen for the IAS on the interface is blank but yet works and changes in fsx Any suggestions?? Had this problem for a while now - I've confirmed numerous of times that they're selected to call out "Plus Hundred/Minimums" in the FMC; yet I don't get any calls. However I do get my selected 2500, 1000, 500 etc calls. Also when I do the test at the start of the flight it says Minimums. Any ideas why it's not calling? Luke

Hi All, I want to start practicing missed approaches during my flights and just want to clarify something about minimums. After you have set your minimums for the approach and have already begun the descent down past the FAF, you find that for whatever reason you're unable to land and need to execute a missed approach (too high, unstable etc.). Are you supposed to normally continue the approach down to the minimums and then do the missed approach? Or can you do it at any time you decide to go missed before you reach MDA/DH?

Hello, As a rule I dont fly long haul but out of curiosity I downloaded a route from EGPF-KJFK using the 737-800. The max. range is 3115nm but the route milage was 3211nm. This means the route is longer than the range thereby making ETOPS useless but ETOPS is a facility withing the aircraft which can be selected. Its my understanding that in this situation an alternative airport stop would be required to upload extra fuel. Am I right in this analysis or have I missed something. Richard Welsh.

Hello everyone, Planning to do a round the world NGX flight. Hi When i touch the rwy, the AB stay active for 1-2 sec, and then they disarm, without that i have pressed the brake or other. I have tried with AB at 1 and 2, without armed the spoilers, without the brake set on my pedals, but i have ever the problem. Can someone help me please? Many thanks Stefano

Hi guys and fellow 737 pilots.... Finally bought the PMDG 737NGX and to my dismay, after setting up the sim, as per the manual when I load the plane FSX crashes!!!!....I have uninstalled the model three times, reviewed all the set ups necessary and Bam!!! no way it will load. I have quite a bit of models, all Captain Sim, several bought 737s and they all load fine and fly perfectly. My system is a 3.6 AMD, Ati7850, 8gig ram, 1 Tera disk half full, 600 watt PS, and it runs great giving me a constant 30-40 fps with any plane.....can someone tell me what I might be doing wrong???..at the price of this model it really makes me mad I bought it.....

hi i'd like to run an almost finshed cockpit with 737ngx but how do i undock/resize and move hsi or eicas to anothermonitor? i can sure click on it it will pop out but cannot move it when i click or attemp to move it it just goes back into vc.... these gauges dont appear in view/intruments like radio/mcp and many others do... ? the idea is that 1 video card runs 3 monitors 2d surround nvidia outside 2d cocpit view W maximized view so scenery view only outside and fourth monitor has fmc... second card powers 3 monitors behind the MIP where i want the hsi eicas and the one beside hsito show.... sorry dont know whats it called ... but to do that i need to undock them fir…

After having installed new version of IVAO sw, NGX TCAS switch is no more connected to IVAP. Before when I switch on TCAS on the radio panel of aircraft the IVAP swich moves too from standby to on and the same when I switch back. Has anyone else noticed this problem and can anyone suggest a fix? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Fabio

I note that there have been a number of posts regarding how to open the Passenger and Cargo doors on the 767-300ER but nobody seems to have come up with a set of appropriate key strokes. The default FSX SHIFT + E only opens the front left passenger door. I have looked at the 767NGX_Shortcuts.ini file and note that all doors and hatches are listed there. However only the front left door has the code 69, 1, 0, 0 attached to it. All other doors/hatches/stairs have the numbers 0, 0, 0, 0. Does anyone out there know the significance of this file and the code numbers attached to each door and can the file code be ammended so that all doors operate. scotfree
