PMDG 737NGX | 737NGXu

Hello. I did several diversions past several days and I noticed when I changed destinations I cannot add or change alts and speed in CRZ, DES and LEG pages. For example if I try to add alts constrain and type /250 or /FL250 or 250 I see numbers changes in the scratch pad from 2 thru 5 and at the end I see only the last digit I have typed like 0, not 250. I am wondering if this is a bug or there is something else. Thanks

i recently bought the PMDG 737. Everything works fine except for the HUD/HGS What can i do for fixing it? i already tried reinstalling but still happening

If I posted this already, I apologise for repeating myself. I 'fly' the 737NGX on FSX-E with Win 10/64 bit. Also loaded are Active Sky Next. I did have FS2 Crew briefly but couldn't get to grips with it and uninstalled it. I use SimBrief to generate flight plans, which show as valid for Airac 1901, My current 'problem' is that, no matter how (or how many times) I install Navigraph for PMDG, manually or directly with Data Manager, or where I 'put' the files, the FMC doesn't recognise all waypoints or airways that I enter into the 737 NGX FMC. Hi, I use to have this add-on with my FSX NGX setup previously. I now switched to P3D v4.4 I can't recall what liveries were available for the 600 & 700 series via the PMDG Ops Center? Is there s definitive list somewhere I can be referred to prior to purchase? Also, will FSX liveries (3rd party) work on the P3D version? Thanks & Regards, Steve

I'm using FSX-SE. I have not been able to get anything displayed on the captain's HUD and can't find anything in the manuals. I've recently installed FS2Crew, and Active Sky Next, but this issue (if it is an issue) was evident before that. Advice please? Andrew PS Happy New Year everyone 😁

Hey there guys, so I bought the 737 late November 2018 and January 2019 I'm doing a flight, I change the livery to start a new flight and I've got that classic black gauges unresponsive cockpit glitch. I've tried repairing files, reinstalling and replacing DLLs with different types for over 2 hours and NOTHING has worked. The sims seems fine but I can't even try to reactivate the plane as it doesn't give me the activation enter box on scenario startup.

So I am running through this issue and am not too sure why it happens. On every approach for the past while, through roughly 4000' still on the STAR and on LNAV/VNAV, N1 goes through the roof and TO/GA is activated. Has that happened to anyone before? I don't wanna attempt reinstalling it if it can be fixed some other way. Thanks!

hello, since P3D 4.x I have anomalies with some liveries for the NGX. There are Airberlin, Alaska, AA, UA e.g. SAS as example and others are okay. The textures becomes invert - black after a couple of seconds. Sometimes they will become normal during flight but not everytime, sometimes not. It will be seeing during the menu for aircraftchoosing already. Even a fresh installation of these liveries was not successfull. IProbably there is a relation between DR on or off in P3D: Sometimes the error disappears after triggering the DR-slider between off and high. Usually I have it set to high. I just completely re-installed Win10, P3Dv4 and PMDG737 because I bought a M2-SSD and wanted a faster configuration. After good experiences with GA-planes, now starting a jetflight with PMDG737 the screen freezes frequently. I have to wait from 30 sec till 2-3 minutes before the flight continues. After a few minutes flying... the same thing. Mostly it occurs when I change the views What to do. Is there any solution?

Hey Gang, I've flown this route several times with the PMDG 737 slippery 800 and less slippery 900 and have had the same problem of "descent path unachievable" message. The route is KSAN-KSFO FL320 PDRZ1 IKAYE RIZIN SPLNT SERFR2 RWY 28R. I've had this problem more often than not with other flight plans with the PMDG. The flight is good until about 10,000 in the STAR and I get the message we're too high. Fuel and payload is within range. By the time I get the message there's no way to descend manually that won't make a passenger puke. This is a reasonable flight plan with an established STAR. When I cut off the fuel during shut down of the 737 NGX (version 1.10xxxx) in P3D v3, the thrust rating dropped down to a value of around 1.3%, and then one of the sounds "switched off" (sorry for the poor explanation, but I am not sure what sounds refer to which systems), but other background sounds remained. However, since I have upgraded to version 1.20xxxx in P3D v4, when the thrust rating drops down to that 1.3%, all sounds just cut off instantly. This does not sound right to me. Even if it is supposed to go silent, I would expect the sound to fade away, rather than stop suddenly. Is this normal?

Hello, Just wanted to say some recommendations that I think will make the PMDG 737 a much better aircraft than it is right now for P3D V4. First of all, the PMDG 737 is one of the very best aircraft add-ons on P3D, but there are a couple of things that might need some improvement.  1. Sound, the sound on the PMDG 737 is good but could use some improvement to sound like the real 737, it would be great for PMDG to code/configure sounds between the outside views and the wing/engine views of the airplane. I have set up buttons on my yoke to switch on brakes,toga and autopilot but the autopilot on does not work works okay using z on keyboard also can switch off autopilot using button on yoke I can see the hand icon moving when I press the button but the autopilot will not switch on only off

Hello, When i try to set up the approach to my destination (in this example i'm gonna use route EKCH-LKPR), the STAR won't link to the rest of the route, and i don't get a discontinuity (see attached picture), i choose the appropriate STAR transaction in the DEP/APR page of the FMC, and it doesn't link up. In this case it doesn't look that bad, but what happens in the linked video sometimes happens to me. Its like it duplicates the STAR and inserts the entry waypoint after the STAR fixes or something. I end up having to mess around until i magically get it fixed. Any tips on how to avoid this or am i seting it up incorrectly? (As you can see in the picture, after the…

Hello, note that i’m Fairly new to VATSIM, and experienced with the NGX, but not with some procedures. The other Day i was flying on VATSIM and on final at EKCH, when it stroke me that i wouldn’t be suited for a go-around Or missed approach. So i have some questions regarding the aforementioned topic. These questions are forwarded to the ATC communication and aircraft performance aspect. hi finally got the 737 for p3d and looking forward to some nice flights but I seem to have a problem on take off I keep getting thrust hold at about 80kts, I have set up for a quick test flight both Fd on flaps 5 trim set rto set and auto throttle armed I slowly increase throttles and when they stabilise at 40% I hit the toga button speed increases n1 and toga displays in the fma and about 80kts thrust hold displays in the fma and the speed reduces, I have managed to do a couple of test flights but now I keep having this problem with every flight now I don't know if I have set up incorrectly or a problem with my yoke or rudder pedals I remember having the same problem wit…

I'm beginning to fly on Vatsim with the PMDG B737-800. I've planned my route and altitude (and Descend point) and configured the FMC, now when i fly towards the destination airport, ATC will descend me before T/D, and i'm struggling with descending using the FMC and VNAV. I can't seem to find a proper "descend now" option, and i can't choose an altitude at the next waypoint (in the legs page) as i've been directed to a waypoint about 50NM away. So, to put it in other words, i can't figure out how to descend using VNAV and the FMC while on a planned route before reaching T/D. A while back I downloaded the PMDG 737NGX and I had no problem with it. Now when I try to fly the aircraft, I get all black displays, engines are running, and I can't click on anything in the cockpit. I have tried uninstalling the aircraft, and my simulator, and I still have no clue what is causing this.

So recently, I have run into this weird an annoying bug where if I go into the FMC and change certain things on the aircraft such as equipment used, callouts etc, the aircraft goes completely dark and I cannot restore power since I cannot turn on the battery at all. The only way to regain power is to cheat and force the FMC on by holding the 'Menu' button. From there I have to cycle the default states until the fire alarm stops which says I have an engine fire and that can't be removed even in the failures page. Hi everyone, Right off the bat, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 2019 I've recently installed P3D v 4.4 and then the PMDG 737 NG. I am amazed by this simulation!! However right at the start I've noticed an issue which is somewhat annoying: I've noticed that whenever I reset the scenario I was in the aircraft would be re-positioned gears up and would crash into the ground, the sim then automatically proceeds to re-load and the same thing happens again...ad infinitum.
