I'm new here and think I have searched this topic to no avail. Pardon me if this has already been discussed. Are PMDG going to release a version of the 100, 200, 300 and SP kinda like they did with the -800? The -400 cargo has the -200 upper deck already, all we really need is the old JT9, CF6 and RB211s, and were real close. The SP maybe more of a challenge. I bet if it was an exterior model only, there'd be a lot of takers - especially us video buffs who already know how to fly the -400. I know CLS has one, but wouldn't you rather a PNDG? I would! I'd donate time to do the liveries.Mike Bartils

Hi, I was wandering if anyone can help me. After I downloaded the file for the installer, I open the file and then I click on the application to run the softwear. after that I get a messege that says, "Installation cannot continue. Your registry does not show a valid FS9 Installatioin location." Did anyone else have this problem? I am useing Windows Vista. Please HELP!!!

When the pilot enters an aircraft that has recently flown in, and is ready for its next flight, what is usually the state of the flight deck? I am assuming it won't be a 'cold and dark' cockpit, and all power will be up and running. Will air conditioning be running as well if the aircraft is in a hot climate?Regards,Awais M.

Hi,after playing flight sim for many years i have always wondered aboutthe boredom of being a real pilot.I love flying sims but if the cruise time is more than an hour or soi tend to speed up the simulation speed.Except the occasional radio contact and turning some fuel pump off ect it just isnt much to do and get kind of boring.I know that on long routes they have extra pilots rotate but stillyou have to sit there for hours.It is important to monitor the systems ect i get that but it cant be directly fun?So my q is, is it boring in real life also ?Is it something one just gets used to and find not so bad after some time ?Secondly do the 2 active pilots get to do anything…

I was just wondering how my EVGA 9800GX2 video card holds up to the newer GTX series cards. It was a very high end card when I bought it in April 2008 (over $600). Just curious to see what kind of improvements I would get since it is over 2 years old. The rest of my rig is a E6850 Core 2 Duo with OCZ 4gb ram, ASUS P5K-E/WIFI-AP mobo, WD Caviar Black HDD. I know I need to do a complete rig upgrade since its been 2 years but I was just curious as to how my video card is holding up.Thanks

I guess it all says it in a nutshell by my heading. Boy,does eCommerce hv tight rules. Firstly,I'm trying to buy extended download service. When I try ,I get a rejection saying my cart's full.It says get rid of one item then go fir it. Will someone please tell me how I empty my cart/s ? Whenever I try it gives me a error report that my cart's full. I know nothing should be in my carts but I guessI filled it up not knowing so.-How do I:-Log into my stores control panel(I can't find it)Hope someone can help I bn working on this for 3 days now.Appreciate.Tim Diamond-

I just purchased an FMS data package (sids,stars) from Navigraph for the PMDG 747-400. I saved the file, but I don't know how to install it properly.So to avoid a disaster, can someone tell me, in simple terms, how to do it? Thanks.Pete Locascio

Just a quick question to the well informed in these forums.Looking at my specs in my signature do you reckon I`ll be able to run 737-NGX on my Laptop? Bearing in mind I can run 747-MD-11 steady 24fps even at busy airports only in 2D cockpit though.Just ordered Satlik Pro Yoke, Pedals and throttle quadrant today to take my simming to the next level.:( Also looking at Core i3-530 overlocked @ 4.0ghz, 4GB G.skill RipJaws DDR3 1600mhz, Gigabyte GA-H55m-UD2 Board, ATI Radeon HD5770 1GB, 460WPSU, Titan Fenrir Performance CPU cooler for my new desktop. Hi Boys,Alright, I just purchased a new computer, and I was wondering how you think it will hold up. Now before you go and get all flustered because its a Mac, please keep in my mind that I am a commercial retoucher, and really needed this for my business. My objective is simple; build a custom pc for under $1000, %13 taxes in, and with a nice screen. This pc for flight simulation purposes only with the upcoming NGX and FSX in mind.I've tried to catch up with the best price/performance units and here's what I've concluded so far;CPU: Core i5-750HDD: I'm planning to use my current SATA drive, I'm thinking about getting a SSD with 6GB/s speed sometime during next summer.MB: Nothing fancy, but should allow me to use upcoming SSD drives and should yield some light overclocking with the stock cpu fan. I'd like to overclock more, but somehow my temps are always sky high, so I don't want to invest fancy, but useless cpu fans this …

Finally got my new computer up and running, now I want to reinstall my js41, I am waiting for my download link to be reactivated, meanwhile I think I may have found my original download on my old computer. the filesice of the download is 173mb, can anyone have a look at theirs and confirm that it is the download and not just an update please?
