Hello guys,I'm curious to know if some aircraft have almost instant IRS alignment as compared to the 10 minutes on the -400. I'm making a new airline and I elected to revive the -400 line into a new generation style jet. Would want to know if an alignment time of 15 seconds is absurd.Thanks in advance!

Hi Guys and PMDG staff,Now,I have every single FSX title [and some fs9] products from you.The addons have been amazing but there has always been one area which has been a let down.and that is the liveries and wing/engine textures on the aircraft.. Mcphat are at least doing some HD Md11 textures..check this picture below, and notice the absolute stunning wing textureAre PMDG doing something different with the textures this year? I have searched everywhere for an answer, however i have found, little or nothing.Basically i enjoy the LCD displays, The All-In-One digital stand by instruments, and the digital MCP on the freighter version. As in, I absolutely love it! But, i cannot find anyway to make this possible in the passenger version. Dear Members of the PMDG forums-On Thursday Morning (14/10/10), my father John Sandri passed away in the Hilton Hotel Room in Melbourne Australia during his sleep to what a CT scan believes to be a brain tumor, he had had his lympnodes removed and was given the all clear in July and he will see them in a year for a checkup. An autospy will tell us more in the comings days. Dont spend an hour prepping a LHR-JFK flight in your PMDG 747X, take off, fly the cruise to TOC, and then go and do some odd jobs around the house which involve flipping the fuse box off. After a few hours fitting new lights in my house, I come back to check on progress only to find a blank screen and a deadly silence....B******S!:)

Hello, I have recently got a new computer. I purchased PMDG 747x along with the Extended download option. How do I go about re-installing the software on my new machine. Hello,I would like to know if there's going to be visible rain on the windscreen in the VC of the the 737 NGX... If there is, does this also mean the 'wipers' will actually 'wipe' the rain off? I have the PMDG 747 and I'd like to know if the 737 NGX Wipers are going to be laggy too... ( 747 Wipers have some 'shots' and they move like a flash image or something... ) Wipers tend to make a lot of noise, will this be heard in the cockpit of the 737 NGX too?Sorry for my questions, but I'm soo excited lol...

Last Sunday I got to sit in a new (and painted in the new post merger colors) 900ER at United's Family Day at SFO. That was one beautiful clean/new airplane, even had that new plane "smell".;) What I'm wondering is if there will be an option in the PMDG VC to have a factory delivered clean version? I suspect it would just involve outputting a set of textures with a couple of layers turned off in Photoshop. I've got a several hours in the real level D 737NG simulator and have been flying the PMDG's MD-11 software for some time now and I just can't make myself believe that the NGX is going to outdo the MD-11 in it's total avionics systems and flight functionality. Yes, I'll buy the NGX when it comes out but I'll probably fly most of my time with the MD-11. I'm still learning new things about it's systems everyday since it originally came out. The 'System Display' on the MD is unsurpassed and I don't think the NGX can ever match it. I guess I'm a little disappointed in it taking so long but then again the MD-11 took almost 4 years and after immersing myself in it since it ca…

Hi guys,I know some of You are using REX 2.0 with PMDG aircrafts and since I'm looking for some nice replacement for FSX's weather environment (I already own ASE but now I would like to make my sky look better) I was wondering what hit on performance should I expect? Some people report FPS decrease some and report increase, but since PMDG products are very demanding I'm not sure if I will be able to land on any bigger airport with such addon. What's Your experience?Thanks.

Thank God I don't know what a crack addiction is like but let me tell you everyday on multiple occasions I get on this forum and see what's new and see if we have any indication from the mount (PMDG et al) on the approaching deliverance. Maybe we should start a group of us, I know I am not the only one, like PMDGA, and we can meet online and admit our addiction and cleanse ourselves. Then get back on the forum and see if they have released the NGX yet!!!

Hi Guys!I have a question concerning the overall graphic performance of the NGX.Currently i am using your wonderful 744. Performance is quite good. I've heard in some threads here, that the 747-8i expansion pack will bring a much better overall performance to the graphics.Because i am thinking of buying the 748 i just wondered if the NGX will be in the 748 sector of performance or maybe even better?So if it will be, i'll be waiting for the NGX then. ;)Regards,Thomas Rank

I spent the last hour logging in, putting four items in the "shopping cart", but when I click on "checkout", the page refreshes and says....wait for it... on the va forums someone mentioned that there was rummored a va only that will use nothing but pmdg planes and that it was in this forum, can anyone point me in the right direction or is this not true at all?thanksciao!Brian S
