I have a T230H touchscreen and I love it, it really works great with the OH panel and the CDU.However, I can't turn rotating knobs with it as it requires press&hold functionality that I haven't been able to achieve, at least with this model.Question to PMDG: I wonder if it's possible to program those knobs in a way that apart from the typical press&hold left/right mouse button, they can also be actioned by mouse dragging for example, since that's something that can be done with a touchscreen.Not asking for it to be included in next releases or anything like that, I'm aware that it's a very particular thing that very few users would benefit from, just curiousAnd fo…

Hi, guys ,Is it possible to implement a function for loading the plane (737ngx) , using the loadmanger , by using a lsk from the fmc,if you want to load the plane you have to use the loadmanager but if you want to make a second connecting flight you have to minimize fsx , use the loadmanager go back to fsx and continue but i think it would be nicer if you can bring up the loadmanager by clicking a fmc lsk ,(just like opening the doors in the md11 ),load the plane and continue , in this case you won't have to leave fsx wich i think is more realistic . At present I have only the external F11 Locked Spot View and F12 Camera View 4 (overhead view). The FSX Options.Controls supports the definition of an additional 6 camera views (view 5 thru view 0). How do I set these?One thought that I had was to purchase 'Walk & Follow' to get the additional views, but it is not clear whether this is the way to do it, and the only review of the FSX version of the product is none too complementary.Any advice much appreciated.

I have a frustrating intermittent problem engaging CMD A autopilot after take-off. This problem is only experienced with the PMDG 747. I have no problems with the PMDG 737.Having set-up the plane, including FMC, for T/O, after getting airborne, and with the FD, autothrottle, LNAV and VNAV enagaged, the autopilot CMD A will not enagage. Well, sometimes it will, and sometimes it won't but if you've spent an hour preparing for T/O and then find the whole flight has to be aborted because of this problem, it is very annoying.For the record:1. I was just wondering whether I could learn some tips & tricks from you. I mean I am fairly new simmer and often have problems with manual landing, especially staying centerlined with the runway on the short final.Here is my flow: when aligned with the runway and on the glideslope I usually disengage autopilot somewhere between 1000 and 500 feet AGL (which is usualy just a couple of miles from the touchdown).Then I fly manually trying to stay centerlined. Somewhere between 100 - 50 feet AGL I disable A/T and move it to idle. Unfortunately very often, especially with crosswinds my touchdown is some meters to the left or right form runway center line. Boeing powered up the new 747-8i for the first time.214 km of wires feed power to the aircraft's systems, including the 3000 psi hydraulic sytems and 160 psi pneumatic systems. The video features some interesting views of the inside of the airplane and maybe more important, the flight deck. A beautiful aircraft. Let's hope she'll find more customers in the future.

Hello,Sorry if this has already been covered or if it is just me that has the problem, i have the 747X (so please correct me if later products already have this) but with the pushback it only allows 90degrees and also is very hard to judge the distance of pushback.With the NGX will it be easier to establish a pushback onto the center line?

Hi, not a forum person nor have I ever really needed support that the manuals provided have not taken care of. But having a small problem reinstalling my J41 after new system build in witch my MD-11 and 747 installed fine. So I put in a ticket over a week ago and no reply still. Is someone not monitoring this "Support Desk" (vacation, personal time, family emergency, etc). Also not long ago had to buy extended URL for my 747 and that took awhile but someone did finally respond. Greetings,I just activated a support ticket for my purchase of extended download service for the MD-11X. The original installer was lost in a HD crash.My original purchase was back in late 2008, shortly after the aircraft was released, and prior to the issuance of any service packs. Hi all. I have been meaning to ask this for some time. A couple of weeks ago, I had a problem with my J41. I submitted a support ticket like you are supposed to. The way to view the support tickets for those who don't know, is to go to PMDG's website, click on the support tab, and then click on product support. This having been said, this is what I saw that was rather different and interesting.
