Hello,I use mcp combo vr insight !Do you think it is possible to get directly interfaced with the PMDG aircraft for fsx via SDK (software Development Kit) ????Then there is a feedback to the panel with the settings for mcp etc!The Level D 767 plane has got it! This question is primarly aimed at Ryan.Ryan, you had mentioned that for the NGX you guys were also going to include a set of cameras for the NGX using EZdok with settings of what would be an appropiate level of effects for that a/c. Since I recently purchased the 747 and also a while back the J41 I was wondering if you have a set of EZdok cameras for those as well that you or PMDG would be will to put as an upload we could try? Mainly I am interested in a set for the 747 as I haven't really done anything with EZdok yet for that a/c other than make a pretty vanilla camera for the VC and one for the overhead panel and FMC.Thanks,Sean Campbell

Hi!Previoulsy I wrote about the PMDG 777.I know that it will be a wile before it will be finished and ready for download! But what about the Dash-8? Hi.Sometimes on longer flights with fx. the PMDG MD11, FSX freezes and the only way out is CTRL+ALT+DEL. O&O have a product called "Clever cache" which should empty the cache and that way you should not experience these "freezes". At the product page one of the screenshots are with a profile for FSX.Any experience with this product anyone?

I take it www.precisionmanuals.com is where to purchase the PMDG 747-400x? Are there any alternatives seeing as their shopping cart is about as useful as a fridge to an eskimo?I register.. I log in... I click 'buy now' ... I click 'checkout'.... I get 'your cart is empty'.. I start again... and again.... and again..... and again.....I wonder if head of sales realises that they could be potentially shutting the doors to their future clients? and then when you click on 'support'.. well that's another story... why is it these manufacturers often think their responsibility to provide a good customer service gets chucked out the window as soon as they become popular?

Hi all!I hav bouth the B1900D and the J41 from the PMDG store (i might like props:biggrin: ). Anyway, I downloaded each product about two times, then my computer crashed. I went online to re-download my planes, and it said that I could not. Why not? I heard something about extended download service, but how much does it cost, and where can I get it? I am especially bummed becouse I just got a brand-new gaming laptop with the new i7 core in it which runs FSX like a dream! Well, thanks for any help!Mahmoud Nofal

Why is the airport further away in the 2D cockpit than in the VC? Everytime I'm coming in for landing I gotta either ZOOM in to see the RWY properly, or press "W" a few times which removes the cockpit and gives me a much better slightly zoomed in view of the airport and runway. Is this normal? The zoom is on 1.00 by default in the 2D cockpit, and on 0.70 in the VC which I assume is normal. It's also on 1.00 in the "no cockpit" 2D view, but this view appears to be zoomed in a little giving a much better view. Confusing? OKI'v Repainted my MD-11 with all of the Paint Files I've downloaded from the site.I'v coped the default repaint files for the GE MD-11 and replaced the repaint files I Made. And renamed the File to what i wantI'v copied the CFG text from the first GE aircraft. I have read lots of talk about overclocking CPUs the last few months and I have a few questions about it.I am running an intel E7300 @2.66ghz That runs at a temp of 35-40c. I was wondering how to overclock this and by how much. I have 4gb of ram, not sure what type. The fan is in the side of the case and measures 12cm. So how do I actually overclock? I am having issues with the LNAV function on the PMDG 747, it seems like it's having a hard time maintaining a straight line following the planned route on the FMC. It starts to swerve to one side, and then overcompensates to the other, until my roll is almost 90 degrees. It seems to only happen when I fly in or out of Malpensa (Milan) which is a shame because that's one of my favourite airports.Any ideas folks?

I went to Alaska this summer. Landed at PANC and was greeted by this scene. Our Air Canada A319's tail is on the left. Kind of made me miss flying the 400X.Turns out we were waiting for our shuttle to the hotel and all of these 747 cargos took off in plain view not very far from us one right after another. It was quite a site. This was a great way to start a vacation. After landing in Vancouver (A321), the Captain of our flight let my daughter "drive to the gate" (as she will tell you!). Hey Guys,I bought MD-11 FSX & 747-4 FSX and all it's adds on Sep,1st 2010 and now when I want to add them to FSX the Installer ask me for the E-mail, Order ID & Password. I write my e-mail and the order id as the order code that I got it with the e-mail and my account password and press valid, there is a message say can't or don't valid something like that( what I want to know what order ID mean <which number is it> and what the password is )???Thanx

Hi, i am in the process of upgrading my computer and with the great advice from some of the people in Avsims hardware section i have chosen an i7 950 CPU, P6X58D Premium motherboard, 3x 2gb DDR3 ram, the Cooler Master HAF 922 case and a corsair 1000W PSU (for future proofing etc). As FSX isn't the only game i play i wanted a SLI setup and reading a lot of reviews the GF104 GTX 460 1G in SLI seems to be about 30% better than a single GTX 480. I have heard that FSX doesn't get much advantage from SLI and im okay with that as i will use the computer for other things than FSX. But i have also read that FSX might take a performance hit from SLI, is this true? To give a little …

Tonight I installed a new nVidia graphics driver and inadvertently also installed the high def sound driver. What seems to have occurred is that the NV sound driver stomped on my internal sound device, and I had no sound al at all until re-installing the driver for my internal sound device.Now, so far, things appear to be fine again, other than when loading FSX I get the error:"Flight Sim has detected a problem with a third party software program (add-on):Name: PMDGSounds Dynamic Link LibraryVersion: 10.0.61355.62Company: PMDGFile: PMDG\DLLs\PMDGSounds.DLL"I have uninstalled the file FSX.CFG and had FSX rebuild it but still no solution.Any ideas on where to go from here…
