Hi everyone, I have just dismantled my 737 SIMULATOR and I’m about to rebuild. However this time I have a major problem; SPACE. I am rebuilding in my apartment & I can’t build a raised floor. I’m using a FDS MIP so I can’t use desk mounted Yokes. In my previous build the Yokes went below the floor and were linked with cable and a bar joining the two, this time I’m restricted to putting my yolks on the floor. The Yokes were from 737Yoke.com who no longer exist. These yokes were designed to sit on top of the floor but we modified them to use under the floor. Is it possible to connect 2 x yokes at once to Flightsim P3D (2 x USB cables). If not possible co…

I've been looking for an affordable and functional tiller for years and just wanted to share my experience here after stumbling across one on Etsy (Steering Wheel Nose Gear, Steering Tiller - Etsy UK) Received it yesterday and it's working beautifully so far, really adds to the immersion of taxiing the jets and finally no more rudder steering on 90 degree turns. It's 3D printed in high quality (I was skeptical at first!) and comes with Boeing 737 and Airbus 32X handles that can be swapped with 2 screws. Very easy to configure and no issues when I used it with the NGX yesterday. I'm not affiliated with this shop in any way, just wanted to share for anyone that's …

Hi all, I'm considering upgrading my throttle quadrant. Thinking of purchasing the Honeycomb Bravo, and then one of the addons that converts it to a 737 quadrant. Can anyone recommend a good one please? This one looks good - https://prodesksim.com/products/new-prodesksim-boeing-737-dual-plus-addon-mod-package-for-honeycomb-bravo-throttle-quadrant?srsltid=AfmBOor3NutQyvGbnzB2RlRJpjbB9ogT5u5RaLYjKVMBlV4d1XV5D52J&variant=45680974594218 Any help greatly appreciated Jon

I am about to order the above described suite, and have just received a Flight Velocity precut panel for the G1000, however, I noticed that during unboxing the absence of predrilled holes on all 4 corners of the G1000 cutout and wonder how the G1000 panel mounts, for example, does it require a through bolt and nut, or does it use some form of cam system to lock it into place? If it requires a through bolt I may have to return the Flight Velocity panel since I would be reluctant to drill through the thin plastic. Thank you in advance Ron

I use two Saitek TQs in order to get 6 axes for twin engine aircraft e.g., two throttles, two props and two mixtures levers. I am having trouble in FS2024 getting the sim to keep control assignments for the two TQs independent. Any advice appreciated. Thanks, Al

Hello there simmers, I'd like to discuss and maybe get to know if my recently purchased Winwing PFP3N(737 FMC) which is on it's way currently, will be usable to me in Prepar3Dv5. I'm using the PMDG 737 NGXU and iFly737MAX addon(s) and have been told both by Winwing and other community members that the product is not supported, but there is a possibility to configure at least the PMDG product with a third-party software such as Spad.next, mobiflight. Can anyone answer my question to whether it is/will be able to do?

I recently purchased the Boeing flight yoke and love it except for one thing..... when I move the yoke it changes my camera view which makes it difficult during takeoff and landing and it's like my view is panning around. I have custom views mapped to a number pad and they still work fine. The yoke hatswitch also works fine. Any suggestions would be appreicated, thanks. Bob Koehler

I guess the question is best placed among simmers, instead of looking for typical gaming headset. I am playing ambient sounds via speakers, which I do tend to play loud-ish. BeyondATC in the headset. The issue: BATC doesn't understand me at a moderate external levels. So looking for a headset good for ATC, with a mic that will also work with surround noise as good as it possibly can, halfway good sound for ATC, music not really required. I also don't want it to much block the external sound, which is a bit a moot point, since IRL, pilots tend to have headsets that just do exactly that, but I want to retain situational awareness. Current headset Jabra Evolve…

I ordered and paid for the Winwing Airbus EFIS from the Winwing UK store in mid-December, and it still says "packing" on the website. Customer Service has refused to give me an estimate for when it will be sent to me. The product has been listed as in stock on the UK store the whole time. Has anyone else had a problem like this with Winwing UK? I'm wondering how long to give it before I have to give up and claim my money back.

Hello guys from the AVSIM forums! I am new here and this is my first post so I would like to start apologizing if I am not posting it in the correct section. I have always flown the fenix on the MSFS 2020 without any troubles... calibrating always worked just fine. Now I've decided to switch to the MSFS 2024 because it is just better than its older brother in my personal opinion... I can use the throttle in most aircrafts without a problem, but when I installed the Fenix on the new one and started flying, after all the calibrations and testings everything was working fine and as intended. Taxiing, taking-off and setting the A/T worked problem-less …

I'm looking to Spad control my Logitech Radio Panel. I started messing around with it and the numbers are acting all weird. I'm assuming its because both Spad and the Logitech software are conflicting. So my simple question is what do I need to do to remove the logitech software? Follow up softballs questions that I will also need to learn since I am new to Spad is how do I make it work for all planes? Ideally what I am trying to achieve is for it to work like normal for all planes with the exception that for Com1 and Com2, long press on the switch button turn them on and off from 8.33 spacing and when in 225 spacing the 1st 3 and back two digits show and in 8.3…

This looks promising. Like the idea that it only needs a USB and no HDMI. I dont fly airliners but I might see if I can change up my simpit to accommodate. https://fselite.net/content/winwing-announces-mip-series-panels-with-mcdu-and-cdu/

Hi all, I am new to Flight Simulators. I brought a Virtual Fly Ruddo+. However, I need some assistance on rudder technique. when I press the toe brake on either pedal, it is difficult to NOT press the rudder too. Virtual Fly said this is due to there being no fixed center. A friend said to push on the opposite pedal so that doesn't come up when the rudder is pressed. Could someone help explain how best to use the rudder in this case?

Hi guys, INTRODUCTION When I received my (super) Virpil Alpha Constellation joystick last week, after more than a month of waiting, I was very disappointed to see that the mini-joystick could not be used as a 4-way hat for panning views. Then I said to myself, it is not possible that a thing of this price (shh, don't tell my wife) cannot do exactly what we want it to do. Virpil is known for the excellent quality of their products but also for the extreme complexity of their software. In fact, it would take a year of lessons to get to the bottom of it... I searched on their forum, then on YouTube and I only found imperfect solutions. But since I am very stub…

I have for a long time had Flightsimpm B 737 throttle, and used it with PMDG B737 800 in FS 2020. Now I have also bought PMDG 777 300, and I try to assign the throttle to the B777. The throttle, flap and spoiler levers work as they should. The trim, parkingbrakes, TO/ GA button and the AT pushbutton also works, but the fuel valves does not work. They are assigned using Fsuipc. Is it a way I can assign the fuel valves to make them work in both aircrafts? Tor Arild Danielsen

MSFS2024: I received my HC Bravo today and having limited success setting it up. I assumed using Throttle 1 & 2 axis selections would operate throttles 1&2. Not working that way. Is there a guide or suggestions to get this straight? Setting it up for 2 engine jet.

Hi. Lately, I have been having an issue with Honeycom Throttle Quadrant: only the throttle levels are working. The landing gears, autopilot and other buttons and lights are not working and are not recognized (either under joy.cpl or MSFS 2020). They were working before but suddenly they stopped from working. I contacted the Honeycomb's customer support, asked me to open the unit to see if any wire was disconnected, etc. in vain. If I connect the unit to the computer, the hot key (G) on the keyboard, for example, does not work either, so the only way I can use the hot keys is by unplugging the unit, otherwise, I cannot lower the landing gears. Any thoughts? Should I reinst…

I wanted to pull this out of another thread I had started as this is about the new topic and not Black Square. Les if you have the G430 you might be able to have the KLN90 with a slight variation. I reached out to RSG about using the G430 hardware unit since it has a very similar layout to the KLN90 with the two dual rotary knobs and five buttons along the bottom with the center screen. Also the two knobs have a push function that could be used as the cursor buttons. The idea is to assign the knobs and buttons using Axis and Ohs (Spad.next should also work but I'm AAO) to assign all the knobs and buttons and then use Pop-Out Manager to put the screen on the screen of…

Just got this piece of hardware and right out of the box, it's got some useful and appropriate mappings. The issue I have is that the mixture axis seems to be reversed. That is, when I advance the physical lever on the Honeycomb quadrant, the lever in the sim comes backwards. I remember in FSX days, there was a way to reverse this. Can it be done in MSFS 2024?
