  1. Is anyone else having this issue .... In MSFS 2024 Inibuilds A340, my left WinWing EFIS does not show the numbers, it just displays 88:88 When you turn the dial the numbers change on the AC, every other button dial works fine. And YES i have check brightness, and it is FULLY UP. On the Fenix A319, A320, A321 it works fine displaying numbers, so i know it is not the numbers that are broken. MSFS 2024- SU4 Latest Beta build as of 7th Nov IniBuilds A3240 Update- 1.03 Simapp pro ver- 1.16.70 Anyone advise any tidbits of info, like fix, known issue or workaround. ? Kind Thanks

  3. After having acquired my own TCA yoke I decided to investigate the reason for the roll axis issues reported by some of the users. The first thing to check was the roll axis sensor as some of the users were reporting a strange dependency of sensor operation on the external magnetic field (which shouldn't be the case with a properly designed sensor). So after the disassembly I was very much surprised to see the roll axis sensor to be designed around a single AH49E chip which is a simple "old-style" analog Hall-effect sensor. There is a couple of issues with this solution: 1. AH49E is reacting to a magnetic field strength variation in any direction relative to it's…

  4. I see on Youtube one guy says the Thrustmaster TPR are better than the MGS Crosswinds. At 4:41 he says it's harder to tell when the Crosswind pedals are centered, compared to the TPR. And things wore out on the Crosswinds (he had to epoxy it back together which only lasted awhile). ========================== Here's the new Simplayer Raptor with toe brakes and dampers (some Simplayer rudders don't have toe brakes nor dampers. https://www.ebay.com/itm/285148966045

Hello, I just bought the PDC.L.3N and PDC.L.3M (left and right Boeing EFIS) to add to my PAP.N.3N (737 MCP). I previously used my MCP on my desktop and had the brackets mounted on the sides so it stood up well. Now that I've added the two EFIS units, I had to move the mounting brackets to the back and the combined unit is too heavy to stand up with the brackets mounted on the back so it falls forward. I don't want to permanently mount or stick it to me desk, any thoughts on fixing this other than figuring out a way to add a ton of weight to the bottom / back of the brackets (or any thoughts on how to add weight?) I could put a few shims under the MCP unit…

  6. This looks interesting and seems to support a lot of MSFS Airbuses with their software, kind of like WinWing? Has anyone bought from them? https://x-plane.vip/quickmade/shop/?fbclid=IwY2xjawOnBdJleHRuA2FlbQIxMABicmlkETFJa3M0NTdDVHdqQzFLSUptc3J0YwZhcHBfaWQQMjIyMDM5MTc4ODIwMDg5MgABHvSItBOmfEY6FaOYCg60OCuweEx2_E9Gu6M1L4nXXp4twgmFaBfZ-uispbgM_aem_7QcGHU1J7CAyRlC31QTloQ#!/QMOVH-A/p/787783954

To all Winwing URSA MINOR 32 Throttle Metal users: How does the URSA MINOR 32 Throttle Metal / 32 PAC Metal in MSFS work, here speaking specifically for MSFS2020, which I am still using at present.. What interests me in particular is how the URSA MINOR 32 throttle can be configured in the MSFS Throttle setup, e.g., with Fenix Airbusse. Does everything work well, and is it already set up correctly ( plug and play ) for Fenix? If not, can this be done easily? Can anyone comment on this so that we know before purchasing? cheers 😉

Hi there. No previous issues assigning flaps for the Fenix in MSFS 2020 or in 2024, but for a few days now I have not been able to get flaps to work at all in MSFS 2024, specifically the Fenix A320. Can anyone with the same throttle/speed brakes/flaps lever possibly please post a quick screenshot of their control assignments for flaps? Or even export and post a link to their .xml file? Cheers.

Does anyone have an explanation for why miniCOCKPIT has increased its prices for US customers by a staggering 60%? The Mini FCU is now over $400 USD for US customers. I remember reading something about tariffs being imposed, but they’re based in Hong Kong and only face around a 10% tariff, so I’m struggling to understand how that justifies a 60% price hike. Unless it's spite, which isn't a really good business strategy. Honestly, this makes my move to WinWing a lot easier...their FCU is still around $150 USD. There’s nowhere near a $250 difference in quality between the two products…not even close. I am somewhat concerned about using WinWing i…

Looking for suggestions as to a tiller. There's a few out there. Looking for something priced reasonably but of okay quality. Thanks.

  12. Does anyone own both FCU unit and MCP? Are these two the same size pretty much? I only have the MCP for the Boeing and thinking about getting the FCU combo. Also, are there any aftermarket stands/mounts for these combos that mount to a desk or anything similar? I currently have the MCP standing on top of both of Honeycomb Alpha and Bravo that are mounted right next to each other. It works but it's insecure and is also blocking my access to the keyboard that's on top of the A&B as well.

I have two USB button boxes from different manufacturers with different numbers of buttons. 2024 recognizes each as USB box 1 and USB box 2. When I assign a command to each button I add it to the same profile for that particular box, assign it to all airccraft (or general), make sure there are no command conflicts and save the changes. But the next time I fire up the sim MSFS somtimes (but not always) forgets and thinks the button is from the other box and assigns it to the command from the other box. Is there a way I can get the control button to "stick" to that box permanently?

I recently discovered that the CH Products replacement potentiometers were discontinued last year. After pulling the CH Eclipse yoke apart and taking some measurements, I found that these potentiometers are a good drop in replacement. They're CTS 450T328F503A1A1 potentiometers, Digikey part number CT3063-ND. They are a bit different than the originals in that they're a 3/8 thread instead of a smooth shaft, and they have solder lugs instead of surface mount terminals. As such they do require soldering. I also used a bit of heat shrink as strain relief even though it's not neeeed electrically. The threaded mount doesn't seem to cause any issues. I just installed …

I haven't seen much coverage of these panels, which are all-metal construction and very good quality. They come with default profiles for the popular sims and are completely user-programmable. They are Arduino-based and need MobiFlight (free) to operate and to customise. The panels have been around for a year or more, I think originally as 'CircuitXL', now 'Circuit Avionics'. You can see my reviews below, and there are some more videos on my YT channel showing them in use.

  18. Hi, My current HOTAS Warthog has been having some issues—mainly with accuracy. Can anyone recommend a setup that performs similarly to the Honeycomb system but offers better precision and build quality? Thanks.

After 10+ years, 3 kids later, I may dabble in getting back into what used to be an obsessive hobby. My motivation is my 10 year old son who has followed in his Dads traits and LOVES planes, mostly commercial! I would really like to upgrade my very old saitek yoke/throttle. He has been using it (it’s starting to give us lots of problems) on FSX. Im able to get 2020 but not 2024 due to hardware. i really don’t want to break the bank as I’m not sure how long he will be interested and my free time is limited. I really don’t know what is out there. Honeycomb was just making an appearance when I stopped simming. He and I like flying the airl…

  21. Anyone else run into an issue where the Thrustmaster Boeing Yoke right side handle hat will drift randomly? I brought up Windows game controller to check and sure enough the hat axis will randomly drift or suddenly jump up without any input. Bought the unit new about 6 months ago and was working fine for about 5 months, then this issue started.

Have been using the WingFlex FCU and EFiS cubes, with no problems for several months. Added the RMP cube and, ,immediately, all the WingFlex displays are corrupted. Have reinstalled the whole system back to original factory settings. (it is only used for the Flight Simulator). Have tried the WingFlex installation system several times - no response from my request for help from WingFlex. My System: AMD Ryzen 5 5500, Graphics: Nividia RTX 3060 12GB operating 4 AOC. 26 inch monitors. Suggestions please.

Recently got the Wingflex RMP Cube, first Wingflex product I have, and the setup is so straightforward it's amazing! Only thing I cant find is a compatibility list, they have one for the FCU which seems to support a fair amount of add ons. I first tried the RMP with the FBW A320 Neo, but the dials don't work but you can switch between active and standby (but still using mouse to set frequency which is irritating) and transponder mode doesn't work either. All the other buttons work, but you still can't use the knobs. Tried with the Fenix A319 and the A320, in both cases worked 100% no problems at all. Don't know about the FSLabs if that works in those or not…
