Was hoping to find something on a par w/ ORBX FTX scenery for these areas. Any suggestions?

Does anyone know where to find liveries for the amazing airplane. Im specifically searching for a Us Airways livery. for the -900 or -700.

And if you want to help me figure this out - just know - this has nothing to do with the ground or runway. Its something wrong with the airplane its self. I think there may be some numbers in the CFG I need to extended or something.

Hey guys, I have a friend I am trying to get into FSX, and I am trying to come up with a game plan for us. Ideally, the shared cockpit would be great, but there just aren't enough a/c that support it (outside the stock FSX stuff). VATSIM would be overkill at this point, since we are both just getting started and need to ramp up first. Would it just make sense for one of us to host a session, and then fly together to places in different a/c? It seems to me that a lot of the FSX community flies solo, but maybe there is a lot more to multiplayer than I know? I have done a search of the forums, but was unsuccessfuI at finding an answer. I go to setting, controls, buttons/keys and their is not a listing "DME Ident (on/off) I must have deleted it somehow. In the standard.xml file is the following: <Entry> <Key>CTRL+4</Key> <Down>RADIO_DME1_IDENT_TOGGLE</Down> </Entry> which is correct, but when I press CTRL+4 keys it does not turn on the DME Ident on the default Barron 58. It I go to FSUIPC and assign the keys to Radio DME 1 Ident Toggle. That works fine. Hi Fellas, I have been experimenting with EZCA, placing cameras both inside and outside my a/c and I am thrilled with the program. The one view I can not seem to master is one where you place a camera on the ground at a specific location and look upward at your a/c. Maybe it would be positioned in such a way as to show the corner of a building (from one of Orbx's airport sceneries) and it would spot your a/c in the midst of a turn above that building. The perspective would be from the eyepoint of an averaged sized person standing at the corner of that building and seeing the plane in the air. Hi all, Yesterday I found out that my autorudder does not work anymore. I have the option checked in the menu but no luck. Assigning the rudder function to the yoke makes it work, but then I cannot use the ailerons. Letting make FSX a new cfg file does not solve it. All suggestions are welcome.

Hi. I have recently upgraded to FSX and using 3 monitor set ups with GTX 680 spanning image across 3 screens. After configuring it vis nvidia control panel i am getting resolution of around 60XX times 1080. Everything is working however i notice that because of this, the taxi lights and runway lights etc seems very big and some how doesn't look real. When i put it in windowed mode (showing on one screen only), the lights look amazing and normal. I guess there must be something that has to be done but I am not sure how. I do not fly modern airliners. I am usually in an older GA twin prop or an older commercial jet or propliner, e.g 727 or DC-4. I prefer to fly with traditional radio (VOR/NDB/DME) navigation and consider it "cheating" to use a GPS to determine my location or a route to a new location. I do, however, like to fly into busy commercial airfields but with a 1960s - 1970s operating style. I like to cooperate with ATC but don't what to take the easy route of using SIDS/STARS or GPS navigation. Much of the time I am flying VFR. Is anyone able to help me find a way to read the "Visual Model Radius" processed through Simconnect for a boat? As some of you know, the VRS F/A-18E uses this variable to sort through the FSX AI and find the aircraft carrier which it can then assign a makeshift moving TACAN and ILS. I'm trying to make a new carrier model work with the VRS F/A-18E (Team SDB Enterprise...a rework of the Alphasim). At the moment the value of this variable does not seem to be well known and I am hopeful there is an efficient method to determine this rather than trial and error.

I have had a problems with an addon scenry today,> probably my own fault, as my old compueter burnt down and fried,the GC; I decided that after 5 faithful years,McAfee Bug and all and fomatting several times the HD had dad it. Hello people, I have a slight problem. When I have set up the fmc and taken of the land engages and followes the path n then the vnav also engages following the fmc however the only thing that concerns me is the speed. At or below 10000 ft I'm going above 250knots with vnav on and it's annoying and on approach I'm way to fast with vnav on as well my fmc is all set up correctly just the only thing is the speed I would like the vnav to controlll it perfectly, any suggestion of maybe what I could be missing out on? I'm really enjoying Orbx scenery at the moment by flying cross country in the Carenado Cessna 172 and Ants Eaglet. Can anybody suggest a nice GA plane for low and slow flying? I'd like a bit of automation for the longer flights but doesn't have to be too detailed or complex. I have been having a good look around on forums, websites etc but I would be more interested in the opinions of those that fly GA airplanes.

Hi, I did a search and didnt find anything so I thought I would just start a topic and ask the question. I currently have FSX with the following add ons. PFE Deluxe, FDC Live cockpit, and ASE. The question is what is the startup order that others are doing for all the addon programs that stay running while using FSX? Sometimes I manage to start everything the first time and it all goes right, other times, I end up starting up everything then shutting stuff off to get it all running together correctly. Both payware and freeware is OK by me, but I am mostly after planes with high realism in the systems compartment, so I guess there arent really that many freeware alternatives. Am I the only one who deals with the Autopilot switching off randomly in midflight? Im not sure if these aircrafts were just all programmed to do it randomly every once in a while, or if it hits a little turbulence it disconnects?

Well, I bought the FR Super Cub Extreme package a while back and have been flying it a bit. I was wanting a good bush plane with a little more speed than the A2A Cub, and a little more oomph for higher altitude strips. So far, I like how the plane flies, but I've been flying it at regular airports for the most part. The past couple of days, though, I've flown it to bush strips along the Salmon river country. These are the kind of strips the Super Cub was made for, I would think. She lands fine at these strips, but when I try to taxi her to turn her around or back taxi to the end of the strip, all hell breaks loose. It's as if her tundra tires have sunk into the ground…

Hello everyone, I have just encountered a problem with printing the stock flight plan. I never used to have this problem before but now it seems that I can't get around it. I tried reinstalling my printer software, ( it worked for everything else ) but it seems that this aspect of the sim is no longer "talking" to my printer. I can't find how to search the forums other than reading every single item ( maybe I just don't see it for looking ). Has anybody else encountered this problem and have managed to fix it? Thanks.

Guys, How do you access instrument panel views with airplanes that have more than 9. You can display 1-9 via shift+1 thru shift+9. One of the planes I have has over 20 instrument panel views. How to directly access instrument views over 9? Thanks!
