Hello, I downloaded the UK2000 Gatwick Scenery Free Version and installed it but when I launch FSX Gatwick Airport's scenery is the default one. I have downloaded many other UK2000 sceneries and they all work but why isnt this working. I downloaded it the same way I downloaded the others.

Hello I've just bought the Flight Simulator X Gold Edition, after using the normal FSX. When I insert the instalation disk, my system shows me a error saying thet it cannot be installed becouse there already is a newer version (than FSX) installed. I now uninstalled FSX SP2, but the same error keeps popping up. I cannot find the Service pack 1 to uninstal... It would be a shame to uninstal FSX, because i have a lot of add-ons installed. Can anyone help me please? Thanx!

Hi, I want use another software like EzDok which is the one I use now fow cameras in P3Dv2. My question is: Can I use only Live came (disabling thw weather engine) in P3Dv2? or is a must? Thanks in advanced!

Hello, I got this plane because I want a nice but easy VC. The screenshots on the Aerosim homepage looks good, but as I loaded it the first time I realy get dissapointed. The grafics are made without any love for detail when you look closer to it. And this on a high priced model ! So I began to rework the textures and got the next horror. Ther are several holes in the VC that you can see directly from the viewpoint and for the textures there seems to be a shader or filter active that destroys any dynamic on them. Please Aerosim fix this. This is not a good reputation for you ! The model should be priced $15... regards Wilhelm

Hey guys, 1. So I have recently set up my FSX with 2 monitors using AMD EyeInfinity software and it has been working perfectly, until when I need to access either the GPS or the switches that show when you click shift 1-9. When I try and bring them up they show an out line of a box that they are there but the panel is invisible. I can interact with it when I move the cursor over it but I can't see anything on the panel? I have looked for many threads to see if anyone else had this issue but I can't find any. I have tried tweaking the panel.cfg file with changing the size, location and visibility but still no luck. If anybody could help, it will be greatly appreciated…

I have had this problem multiple times before. I have FSX with Acceleration installed I can't start any piston engines. CTRL-E does not work. Default or 3rd party planes. Jets will start, pistons will not. If I uninstall Acceleration & install SP2 everything is fine. I have tried different startup situations, deleted my FSX config. I have had this happen on 3 different computers with different operating systems with no change. For the record FS2004 works perfect. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Pat

I have a love & hate relationship with EZDOK. Love it when everything is setup and works, hate when having to set it up for a new aircraft or wanting something to do but I don't know how. As a matter of fact, currently I don't have it installed anymore. I hoped / counted on version 2 to make things more user friendly and easier to setup. After some very promising previews, the developer seems to have vanished in thin air... Does anyone have any idea what happened and why the project was abandoned?

There was a time when most flight sim add ons were mainly freeware. These days most of the best fsx add ons are payware. They have kept fsx going even though the program is fairly old now. I was wondering who the people behind them are And how their business works I.e are orbx, coolsky, Rex, aerosoft etc. full time employees and businesses or are they a couple of people working in the evenings from their bedrooms? What kind of profits do they make? The fsx market is fairly niche and if they are full time they would need a good number of sales to pay the salaries. I have fsx+acceleration the graphics messes up all my drivers are updated I have a alienware aurora only had bout a month or so the plane just doesn't load correctly like if I go into another view it will mess up can someone please help me

I installed the AFX Demo and changed the elevation of KSFO because of FS Global Ultimate, and now the whole airport is water. In the second picture you see there ar4e no more gates or runways. This is the same even with the default scenery of KSFO. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both FB KSFO and AFX to no avail. So I have figured out one side of the problem. The coordinates I entered into the AFX tool were incorrect for the way I entered them. The SFO airport is still there but I cannot find it within the FSX airport archive when you select an Airport.

After installing the new AA update v4, all the AA aircraft I have seen in FSX are the old colors. Just wondering if anyone else has seen the new colors? Thanks

After reading the excellent review on the Q400 I couldn't help but think while reading the interview portion how the Dornier 328 might make an excellent candidate for a future product? Smaller and lighter with both a prop and jet version it might make an excellent alternative to an ATR. While it's popularity with the major carriers may not be it's strong point it certainly is a good looking model. I was tempted to buy the Virtualcol version and outfit it with Ernie Alston gauges but just couldn't do it knowing I'd never be satisfied with the VC and FDE. After spending a lot of time in your Q400 I can't think of another developer who might consider this aircra…

Just installed a fresh copy of OpusFSX for P3D v2, and upon downloading new weather update it pops a window saying FSDECODER has stopped working. This is on a new installation of P3D v2. So I close the error window and the weather seems to have updated in my p3d window. I can tell because the clouds and skies drastically change. But not sure why I am receiving that error everytime I go to update the weather.

I just bought FTX G and I had to pay a ridiculous amount of conversion because I was charged in Australian dollars. Why can't they just charge in other currencies as well?

suddenly all of the worlds oceans have moved inland. Trying to find out the problem by disabling scenery one by one in the library isnt working. I have a lot of scenery mainly ORBX Im stumped on what to do next. Any help out there ? (excuse the double screens)

Does anybody know how to merge the exterior model of a project airbus (assuming you have an FSX model) with the Virtual cockpit of the Wilco Airbus A320? I know it is possible because a user on Youtube had done this, but he has not yet responded to my message. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Hello guys, Just the other day I was doing a VFR circuit at Gatwick in the default Cessna 172 and this annoying view change thing just kept flipping views even though I was not pressing anything. Is there a way to fix this?
