After a week in Alaska, I've gotten into bush plane flying, and so I'm looking for a good bush plane for FSX. I was in a 206 Stationair a few days ago, and there were plenty of Skywagons at the same airstrip, but Carenado's models of those aren't up to par with their later stuff. The 182 Bush package looked great until I saw that the instrument panel is pretty much flat, and I'm looking for a highly-detailed panel. Before I get slated for even posting what probably is an impossibility (I'm not ignorant to the fact FSX is SOLELY a 32-bit program), but this popped up on my Facebook page yesterday. I have just purchased Opus FSX and after a bit of a struggle have got the weather side of things working perfectly. I am, however, struggling with the DHM. I fly a PMDG 737NG and no matter what settings I use, I can get shaking and up and down movement on the ground and in the air but no head turning when taxiing or when banking. I have read the manual but am obviously missing something. Can you help?

I hope this message finds you all well and apologies if this has been raised before. It's just a quick question to establish the differences, pros and cons of ezdok vs opus camera shake. I have found that opus won't work with ezdok and I have finally got ezdok where I want it and I love the program. However I am hearing that opus performs better than as2012 where weather is concerned. Would love to try opus but concerned about any trade offs I need to make. Jas

Yes all, its what you have been waiting for, a 64bit version of FSX is successfully running! We officially started our work on 8/5/2012 and we have released a beta version! The program is not perfect, and still has many bugs. It is currently in the ALPHA stage. All help is appreciated as this program is constantly under development. I hope you can help with this strange problem: I’ve never had this happen, since I started in 1996. I only use heavies in FSX, with SP2.. When I begin takeoff roll, I pull the stick back at 145kts, but the nose-wheel refuses to lift, until well down the runway at about 200kts, often well past runway end. After that, everything goes perfectly, nose slowly lifts & gets away perfectly, with good frame rates from busy airports and photoreal scenery Joystick works well. Fuel levels make no difference. Hello, After quitting FSX for 4 years, I recently decided to build a new PC hoping to fly PMDG 777 smoothly with many other cutting-edge addons. However, without any .cfg tweaking, I was a bit frustrated today seeing that my PMDG 777 only had about 15 FPS in virtual cockpit when parked at EGLL, where I plan to use as base for many flights. While I wouldn't call it a slideshow, it was definitely not smooth. The EGLL scenery I use is UK2000 xtreme Heathrow v3. Hi everyone, With P3D people have reported a significent bootst in fps when using this tweak. The only drawback seems that several addons seem not compatible with it ( t.i. : they need p3d.exe ). Before trying it in FSX I was wondering if anyone of you alreay tried it and perhaps could give some feedback. Here how it was advised for P3d Make a copy of your Prepar3D.exe file and rename it AFR-Friendly.exe. Hi, As mentioned in the title, recently had very weird problem that I haven't encountered before. Whenever I fly around dense cloud covered area I'll start getting some sort of gray layer that will move away when I pan around or zoom.. I have John B. Loney's excellent lumberton_regional_fsx_2014.zip and franklin-rose_fsx_2014.zip from the Flightsim Library installed in my FSX. I can see the AI planes and traffic at KFKN. I cannot see any of the AI traffic or AI planes at Lumberton (KLBT). I have been in touch with John Loney many times and we are stumped as to why I don't see any traffic at KLBT. Three or four others who have the exact same files can see the AI planes and traffic at KLBT. Another friend can see one of the AI planes and traffic (Baron) but not the Mooney AI plane or traffic. For anyone like me who has perhaps been a little bit slow to download and install the array of freeware scenery available for Norway because the instructions all looked a little complex and you were wondering about compatibilty with Orbx FTX Global or Open LC EU, all I would say is go for it! Anyone here used Perfect Flight - Sound Environment X? I installed it yesterday and I don't really see too much of a difference or I should say almost none at all... Install was pretty simple too, just run the file and point to FS X folder.

Hi Folks, Most of the add-on aircraft I have come with lots of variations. I know that by selecting 'Show all variations' I can view all - but it becomes very cluttered. Without selecting 'Show all variations', I simply get one of each type displayed. I am more than happy with that but would like to be able to pick which variation is shown as that single example. I cannot work out how to do that and would welcome any help. Thank you. Ian

Hi. I'm running FSX Gold on a high-end computer. My only scenery add-ons are ORBX PNW, CRM, and several ORBX airports. I'm now seeing trees where they shouldn't be (in lakes around KHQM). I moved my plane to Cairo (where all I have is default scenery) and I have many trees placed all over the runway and taxiways. How do I correct this? Thanks. Scott

I'd like to have your opinions on the course: (1) They offer 4 modules : GroundWork, FlightWork, LineWork and Captains Package: does the Captains Package included the 3 other modules ? Hi all, I purchased ImagineSim's VHHH today only to find that both user aircraft and AI won't align with the yellow lines when parked at gates. After doing some research, I realized it might be a duplicated AFCAD issue but I could not find any other AFCADs for the airport (using Airport Scanner) other than the ones from ImagineSim. And I do not have any addon traffic at this moment. I had FSGenesis Asia and GEX Asia installed. I have also tried uninstalling both but it did not fix the problem. I've been using EZdok for a few days now, have read through the manual, have figuring out how to set it up, and I think I have the basics down. Almost everything runs very well except for two things that have been driving me crazy! Certain settings don't save after I shut down & restart FSX. Specifically, it's not saving the DHM settings in any of the cameras (the button remains selected/highlighted for a specific view, but the dials all revert to zero). And the cockpit walls are not saving either; the little "L" icon becomes deselected and all of the previously saved parameters are gone, so after a restart, my head wanders outside of the plane when I look arou…
