Hello there! I got the FSPS Fiber and I don't like it - I just don't. Yes I'm probably like the only one but it messes up my textures and my lights and a lot of stuff - and I don't even see any performance boost. I'm pretty disappointed. I would like to fully uninstall it so that everything returns to normal and it is out of my system. How do I do that? Thanks for helping! ^_^

In my Wilco CRJ I put the arrival information in my FMC during my descent after I get the info from the ATIS. When I choose the runway it gives me options for each runway on the left in the "arrival" section. For example I put in 25L for KLAX and get this: LEENA4 MOOR3 OLDEE2 RDEYE2 now I know these are all arrivals but then there's: I25L R25LY R25LZ What are these? IT gets more confusing at KLGA: MIP4 R04-Z S04 I tried to land at LGA earlier and couldn't figure out how to just put ILS in....For instance I was on the Korry3 arrival and at some point I got cleared direct GRENE which is the IAF for the ILS rwy4 and I coudn't figure out how to …

Hi Guys, I am curently installing my FSX on my new SSD and when im installaing the FSX Acceleration, i get this error mesage "Could not open key: UNKNOWN\Components\....\verify09B9279AB73D96A46BA64763CAF12747.Verify that you have sufficient access to that key or contact your support personnel" . This is a first for me. I have had no problems prior to installation on my HDD on numerous occasions. Is FSX acceleration really neccessary or can i do without it? I have uninstalled FSX Deluxe SP2 following the PMDG guide (http://support.precisionmanuals.com/kb/a87/how-to-uninstall-and-reinstall-fsx) to the letter. The only problem I encountered was that after uninstalling the SDK and FSX SP2, I could not uninstall the remaining FSX program. After numerous restarts and retries I ended up manually deleting the folder, the app data folders, etc. and manually removing the registry entries. Now when I put in FSX Gold Disk 1, I get the option to select checkdvd, clicking on this starts and installer that disappears after a few minutes, the disk continues to spin, but no other installer information on the screen. So I just purchased FSDT KIAH, and I must say this is a very pretty airport. It's extremely well done, and it's extremely well optimized. I don't think Fsdreamteam gets enough shouts for their hard work on this forum, so I applaud you of your hard work! Great job! Excited for future airports to come from you guys.

I am just passing this on from another forum, Sag75 found it. If you dont see any boats until very close to them, right click the FSX icon, go to compatibility mode and uncheck it... problem solved! Having said that I havent tested yet to see if that screws something else up, but tomorrow its getting a test.

Just wondering what is difference between Quality Wings and JustFlight BA146s considering the fact that I notice the latter is on sale for nine bucks instead of 40 bucks?? I do not need FMC. Just wondering if JustFlight BAE146 has SUPERB exterior details for sake of screenshot beauty. Is it memory resource hog? I am using laptop. Thanks, Aharon

I have EZDOC Version 1.15 . Windows 8.1. When I open FSX and sitting on the runway after setting up the auto pilot sometimes my controls will give out, sometimes the cameras don't work. Everything may work at the beginning, but after a long flight when I'm getting ready to land, I disengage the auto pilot and again no controls. Not so much so on a shorter flight. If I'm flying a plane like My Alabedo Super Sport there is usually no problem. I've had My settings on both Windows 7 and XP SP3 compatibility mode, Windows 7 seems to work better. It's always on Administrator Rights.

I recently did a clean re-install of FSX. This has led to two problems which I have not been able to resolve: 1. After re-installing FSX, I installed Service Pack 1 (SP1). But each time I attempt to load FSX (with SP1) I get a fatal error message at the splash screen and I have to close FSX down. After uninstalling SP1, FSX loads normally. But this leads to problem no. 2. 2. Once FSX loads, I go to the Free Flight Screen and attempt to select an aircraft. At this point, FSX freezes. My only option is to shut it down. MY OS is Win7-64bit. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know. Thanks.

Hallo sorry for my bad English but i have a problem in my fsx. I put my aircraft (can be any) on the runway (any airport) and get rolling for take off. When i come to very dense areas of autogen parts of the autogen buildings are flashing, and dissapearing and coming back all the time... Not a very nice view... I have a i73770K at 4.0 and a gtx 770 of 2gb... I am using bojoto's tweaks and nvidia inspector but i did not find anything on internet or by myself to fix this problem... Can someone help me with this? thanx!

In the aircraft.cfg for many planes there are two different listings for cruise speeds. One is usually in the General section and the other is in the Reference section. Why are they not both the same speeds? I understand for AI traffic flight plans the one in the General section is to be used. Thanks, Bob.

I intend to upgrade my MB and CPU and currently have FSX installed on a dedicated SSD After installing the new MB And CPU and reinstalling W7 on a different SSD, will I be able to avoid having to reinstall FSX (and 400GB of addons) by running the FS Registry Repair utility which, If I understand it correctly, reinstalls the FSX registry links.

Guys, I will be uninstalling my FSX and reinstalling it on a new SSD. Is there any software to do a total clean up of all FSX files similiar to display driver cleaner? If so, would you point me in the right direction please. Regards

Simple question - as per title of the thread: the engine ignition selector switch has 'Left Ign', 'Right Ign' and 'Both' options. What in fact is the correct usage, as per real world flying, when starting engines? I had once thought you switched to L Ign when starting the left engine and R Ign for the right (but then what was 'both' used for?), but that is not the case I think. Hi Guys!! My setup has two hard drives a 600Gb fast drive which has all my FSX and related add-ons on it and the main 1Tb drive which has the OS and my other non-FS programs on it. Recently the large drive failed and I had to replace it. After I thanked the Almighty that all my FS stuff was safe, when i started up the computer most of my icons on the desktop were gone including that for FSX. We somehow lost track of our aged Samsung Tab 2 Android 4.2 tablet (WiFi only) during a recent trip and are looking to replace the functions for which it was used. I will not consider a Windows based tablet as despite my positive experience with Windows 7, my wife's laptop with Windows 8 interface drives me absolutely crazy! I know its suppose to reduce yaw/roll oscillation in planes but does Ctrl-D actually do something noticeable within FSX? I turn it on/off in the Captain Sim B-52 and don't notice a thing. Perhaps it isn't modeled at all in this plane but then I don't know what effect to expect.

Hi everyone. Today I discovered that my PMDG 737 NGX cockpit textures are blurry and not sharp. Then I zoom closer to CDU lines and numbers seems to be sharp and high resolution. But then I zoom out it becomes blurry. As show in picture in MCP it is very hard to read numbers and letters in buttoms. In FSX settings I sellected my monitor resolution and Global texture resolution to very high. But it doesn't have any effect. So maybe some of you knows how to fix this problem. Hello all This problem actually relates specifically to Aerosoft's Corfu X, but so far, I had no luck on their forum. After landing, AI are leaving the runway at the first exit when in fact, they should continue up the runway and leave at the next exit. This causes a problem because the first exit is actually the entry point for departing AI to taxi onto the runway. The result being numerous 'nose to nose' stalemates. Is this fixable in ADE, ie, can the taxiway onto the runway be made 'one way' so that landing AI cannot use it to exit the runway, but departing AI can use it to enter the runway ? Many thanks Gary

Hello all, I noticed a strange phenomenon at two airports in FSX – LSZH and ENBR. Even though the gameplay there is completely smooth (30 fps at 30 fps locked), I get a one second lag (which means nothing at all moves) every three seconds or so. I have no sceneries installed there but I would like to use my Aerosoft Bergen properly (the scenery is of course not to blame, the issue occurs with or without it). Any insight would be greatly appreciated as to where this may come from and how to get rid of it. Thanks!

Is anyone else having a problem getting access to the REX support forums? I'm a verified user for years and an ambassador to REX. Love the add-on! I can't even add my order numbers to a signature section or post on their site. I wonder why?
