I just installed pro.atc 1,702 and took a trip from stavanger to copenhagen NO decent clearence No landing clearence i Heard nothing from Pro-atc its worse than before the update. so therefore goodbye pro-atc!!!

Good day All Have done a search but can find no references for the following. After a couple of years trouble free flying I suddenly find that, no matter what aircraft I load, it has empty fuel tanks. The only recently installed aircraft is the aerosoft a320/321. I am guessing the answer lies in the fsx cfg file but cannot find anything. Has anyone any suggestions please. Thanks Mike

I'm sick of: - thinking what next airport to buy, depending where I want to fly. - limiting flights from/to only payware airports. - browsing forums and looking for FPS/VAS info - if no such info, I'll go buy it and then spent some time testing it, FPS hit and VAS usage. If FPS or VAS or both are not satisfying, then spend few hours looking for a solution, instead of flying. - There is always a possibility of some texture fault in DX10. Hello All Strange happening at PAJN this morning. Flew out of KBFI with Airbus X A319 to ORBX PAJN and all went well with the flight until approach to PAJN runway 24. Seemed that there was a graphics malfunction and as the gear touched down, the runway disappeared and another runway appeared below causing plane to drop further and crash. The sim reset. Disappointed, I thought it was a fluke and reloaded the Carenado Phenom 100 at the same airport and found this that the airport was two levels. now i have had problems (with every singel aircraft in the game Default, payware, freeware) is the aircraft view not working it says in the corner that i am still in the virtual cockpit even though i aint i press on the "aircraft" catorgory in EZCA it hops outside but say i am still in the VC and missing textures. but everthing else is working. and yes i have Version 1,18 ps took a picture but cant figure out how to put it in best regards Oscar

Hi, I have my Operating System on drive C and flight simulator FSX on drive D. I try to keep my scenery on drive E. I would like to install Switzerland Professional scenery and I understand, with my drive arrangement, It would automatically be loaded with the FSX on drive D. I asked the provider for the mechanism for loading their scenery on drive E. I have got the following advice: you can select the path for the installation in the setup. Automatically the path where your FSX is installed will be selected. To change it to another path manually you need to have an FSX.exe located there. I am very happy to have my (many) Opus FSI cameras working in P3D 3.0, and with all my settings intact. However, the external camera is zoomed in slightly too close in P3D 3.0. Just a notch - external cameras that have 0.40 zoom in P3D 2.5 will be at 0.50 in 3.0. In my camera.cfg I have identical settings for the "OpusFSI External Camera" in 2.5 and 3.0, with InitialZoom = 0.8 in both .cfg files. And strangely, if I edit the InitialZoom value down one notch to 0.7 in P3D 3.0 it causes external cameras to zoom out two notches, eg. from 0.5 to 0.3! I'm hoping it is possible to have identical zoom levels in 2.5 and 3.0, otherwise I will need to edit a lot of cameras, bu…

Hi .... at the weekend I installed p3d v3 on my win10 pc (on which my copy of FSI has run fine with FSX_SE) ... now when I try to start the sims and run FSI I get: FSX_SE ... an error log indicating invalid licence, after which FSI runs in demo mode ... p3d v3: the same error log appears followed by a .NET error telling me unable to load opuspdk.dll which resides as instructed in my p3d modules folder ... if I then click continue I am in limited operation mode ... hope you can help .... Hi everyone Im having a Problem with my FSX. When I takeoff the clouds are there in the sky and they look real good and everything. But once i takeoff and climb up through the clouds and go above them, They all just disappear, even when I have major thunderstorms and overcast weather. At first I thought it was FS Global Real Weather. So i uninstalled it. But still the clouds disappear. Could someone help me out?

I have a new system. For several reasons I plan to install FSX Gold instead of Steam or P3D V3. Waiting for several things to shake out before..... Like preserving my favorite AC models, my use of RXP in several of them, etc. My new system is SSD based. I have a separate internal 2TB HDD that contains my Megascenery 2 states (over 40 of them) plus a number of Megascenery Ultra Res cities. Is there a method for pointing FSX to that 2 TB drive (H:) and updating the scenery library? I have the install files archived on an HDD that is on a shelf in my closet, but would hope to avoid time consuming re=installation of that much photo real scenery.

I just installed the Seabee and there is no sound of any sort inside the cockpit once you take off. If you select an external view the engine sound is good. If anyone has any thoughts I would sure appreciate it. I went to their forum but it is not working. Thanks, Tom

Perhaps a very stupid question, but I run into something very strange from time to time. I have set the ILS freq, and heading. Angling at a 30 degree towards the ILS. My altitude is at the given alt of 1800 feet. The ILS picks up and starts turning th plane. I can see that the altitude point is just above the 1800 feet. Suddenly the ALT light of the mcp goes out, and in stead of starting the descent, the plane goes up. And that at a pretty fast rate. Within seconds it is at 2200 feet. Climbing at 3000ft/min. I have asked fellow simmers, and most of them have that annoying issue. I mostly piick up by disabling the Autopilot and descend on hand, up to 2500ft/min. Result…

I went and bought the Eaglesoft DA42 and the Mindstar G1000 this weekend in order to familiarize myself with the equipment because I will be doing some training in real life on it pretty soon.There are definitely some issues, that I wanted to address, so I wrote an email to the Mindstar support - however I received a MAILER DEAMON response, that their mailfolder is FULL. Also in their forum, there is not much happening since December - are they on holiday ? Does somebody know ? One reason I bought the Mindstar G1000 is, because it was also highly recommended by the Eaglesoft Team - but now it feels like I have spent 50$ on a dead Product in beta and it can not really do …

JF has releaed upgrade version of Traffic 360 today to existing Traffic X users. The product look nice and includes a lot of ground service vehicles! What is your ideas about the new product? The full version is now on pre-order. I own My Traffic X 5.4 and it's good though graphics are not good. Do you think the JF one can really have high quality AI aircrafts while reducing FPS impact?

Howdy All, I've been considering a third party weather generator for FSX. Scanning though the forums I noticed several freeware and payware (FSrealwx FSXWX, etc). FSXWX for intance requires FSUIPC, and FSrealwx says the freeware is for a 20 day trail to purchase. As for requiring FSUIPC, I've also read that FSX has a simconnect feature that handles the functions of FSUIPC (which I'm assuming makes this add-on utility unecessary for FSX?). The bottom line is: What do I need to know about adding a 3rd party weather generator in terms of installation (do I need FSUIPC?). OpusFSI Beta Version 4.62.0 has been posted and is fully compatible with Prepar3D v3 but our OpusPDK Interface is not, so make sure you disable our Prepar3D PDK Interface in the Configuration dialog and remove any OpusPDK.DLL entry you have previously included in the Prepar3D simulator's DLL.XML.

Hi, I am looking for a nice bizjet. I've looked at the Carenado offerings, F1 Mustang, Eaglesoft stuff... I really don't need highly realistic systems. I'm more interested in something that is very good looking and has realistic flight dynamics. I do need the ability to load an FSX flightplan. Why don't I want heavy systems? I don't get an opportunity to fly very often, and when I do, I don't have a lot of time. I get so few opportunities to fly I usually forget how to operate the aircraft unless it is dumbed down a little bit. When I do fly, I usually fly the QW757's, but it isn't very realistic for short flights. In short, please don't judge - it is just what works …

Hallo. My problem is that after some days i installed editvoicepack and then i unistalled it. From then the ATC is not working! I entered into the ATC folder and deleted all the files. Then i did a repair to FSX and acceleration pack. The files were came back there, but the problem with the ATC still there. I also found this If you encounter any problems with EditVoicepack or the Flight Simulator ATC the first step is to restore the original Flight Simulator voicepack.
