Hey! Because I had an anoying texture glitch Problem I decided to re install fsx... But uninstall this tons of modules, fixes, planes and other programs and whatnot brought me to the idea of an complete new install of windows to get it really clean. I thought this could be a good Chance to change to an newer operating system, but I am not sure if this works regarding different programms and license keys. Things like EZDOK, FSUIPC, Active sky, orbx, some aerosoft airports, fs realtime, GSX, all fs2crews.... and so on. Will they work if I change my operating system? (not naming operating systems was intended, because I dont want to know which OS is the "best",…

I downloaded the RealAir SF260 as suggested in this post: http://www.avsim.com/topic/493589-sim-and-aircraft-advice-for-a-newbie/ I clicked through the installation process, and everything said it installed successfully, but when I go to the aircraft selection screen in FSX-SE the SF260 is not present in the list. There are no FAQs on the RealAir page, so I don't have a clue what to do next. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Not sure if everyone saw this, but I believe some of the streaming will be of flying in different FSX aircraft, as well as interviews with celebrities such as the Tuskegee Airmen, real life Concorde pilots, current Airbus pilots as well as Air Force personnel.

Hey PIlots! Since a few weeks I have a weird Texture overlapping problem in FSX. Please see the Video - I have recreatet it with a short Flight into LDZA This problem seems to appear only when I fly inbound to an Airport. I experience this at some payware airports (megaairport oslo for example) but also on freeware airports from vatsim and other sources. Please, If you have any hint for me, share it with me! Had to reinstall FSX about a month ago, and everything is reinstalled and running great. Everything but Ultimate Traffic2! Whenever I try to install it, it starts but quickly stops and gives me this message: "An unknown error occurred while accessing C:\Program Files (x86}\Microsoft games\Microsoft Flight SimulatorX\Flight one software\Ultimate Traffic2\utii.dll" I don't know how to solve this. What's missing, and is it something in my Registry? Is there a way to uninstall the registry entry for this product? If so, I can't seem to find it. What's your advice for me on this? Stan

Hello everyone, I'm new to the forums here, but I have read many posts and you guys seem pretty understanding and helpful. I have Ultimate Traffic 2 and My Traffic X, I like the routes that the UT2 has planes fly, but i don't like the default Daedalus textures. My Traffic X has some of those missing repaints and for that matter some of the missing airlines FedEx/UPS for example. Now my question is how can I take some of the planes and textures out of My Traffic and import them and add them to UT2? I noticed that in MTX at Minneapolis which is a main Delta hub My Traffic had 2 from that while UT2 had the proper number and concentration, but no FedEX or UPS. There are …

Hi, When I open the Citations "Preflight" gauge, every option works (covers, show crew, etc.) except for winglets . The aircraft bounces and resets like it should, but no winglets appear when selected. Strangely, the option worked before but now it doesn't. What is the problem? PS- I have registered for Eaglesoft forums; waiting for approval now. Seeing if anyone can help here. Matt John

Purchased this early this morn. Still haven't gotten my Email serial number code. Went to the site, to send another customer service Email. getting Server 500 error. Other areas of the site are fine. (Too many d/l, swamping the server?) Anybody else having issues getting their activation code as well. Does anyone know of an alternate Email, directly to customer service or tech support. Hi All, I've just about had enough of different systems using different AIRAC's and am seriously considering spending some hard earned on getting some Navigraph updates for some of my aircrafts FMS's and my PFPX flight planner. However my navigation gauge of choice is my beloved GTN 750, which I understand is based on AIRAC 1504. So I hope to pick the brains of this forum to provide some information to inform my future decisions. Any help with the following questions will be much appreciated. Can I purchase out of date AIRACs from Navigraph ie 1504 ? Will Navigraph force feed recent updates if I buy a subscription ? Has anyone updated the navigation data in the GTN 750…

Following on from feeling ripped off by the latest release of Nice airport as the surrounding scenery still hasnt been released by ORBX , new releases continue apace, however it takes a great deal of self control not to be tempted to buy, buy , buy. Hi all, When I use this new sound package in a specific aircraft (Eaglesoft Hawker, but this question goes for all aircraft) , the sound with the throttles at idle is silent. But when I move them forward I hear the normal sounds. So, how can I make the sounds activate at idle? Do I somehow adjust the idle in the aircraft.cfg? Or is it something in the sound.cfg? HI guys, I set up my gaming laptop with WIN 7 and installed my FSX Gold Edition. The System is set up with all actual drivers for the Nvidia Card but my problem is that FSX didnt recognize my nvidia card. In the settings (fsx.cfg) and in the in game settings it shows alsways Intel Graphics HD. I have no chance to select my nvidia card. Even if I start FSX from the desktop as Admin and select which card should be used ( i choose nvidia as standard ) the FSX shows only the Intel Card. I try to run the nvidia control panel and select to use the nvidia as standard card for the FSX.EXE but as well this doesnt fix the problem. I also tried to rebuilt several times th…

Hi, I have a performance challenged system (a 3Ghz E6850 C2D system) which I have to make some compromises to run complex addons, One of them is turning off the High Def 3D cockpit option in the Aircraft menu. This gives me about 6-10 extra frames, so I can fly with fluid frame rates (For me) even when running with traffic, and I don't really see too much lose in graphic quality. This allows me to fly aircraft like PMDG, the Q400, CS etc... The only aircraft model this does not work on is the Aerosoft A3xx series, it corrupts the ND display. (Makes the image double in size). So I would really appreciate it if someone who has the FSL A320X could test this for me and assumi…

Getting extremely frustrated. Been simming for 20 years but for some reason while installing AS16 I completely screwed my FSX up. Uninstall and reinstall AS16 did nothing. Now I have a myriad of new problems. I'm not blaming AS16 for anything but by my screwing around with it, I, no doubt, caused it. Here we go... I am attaching several .jpg files to show the various problems. By the way I have uninstalled and reinstalled both FSX and Acceleration. Simconnect errors.. asconnect errors... No ILS for Nimitz aircraft carrier I am using FSX Acceleration Javier's Nimitz and Ike v2 AICarriers.NET (because it does not use Java) FSX default F18 Hornet I can spawn all the Nimitz and Ike carrriers ok. I can get e.g. KLAX airport ILS and LAX VOR ok. But I cannot get Javier's Nimitz ILS ... using TACAN channel 57X (112.00).

I have the Gold edition of FSX which includes the cd for Acceleration. I installed all of the disks and registered. No problems at first. Now when I open FSX it asks for a product key for Acceleration. I have re-installed a number of times before and was never asked for a separate key. Anyone else ever experienced this?

One question for the FSX / FSX:SE tweaking experts: - I've read in one of the posts by the dev team that they advise using their new Airbus in windowed mode because full-screen can be more problematic. Well, I've been using FSX:SE mainly in full-screen mode, with Nvidia Inspector for SGSS and VSync, and I get a very nice between 25 and 30 fps and 1/2 refresh rate forced in NI. I use FX:SE only for the PMDG 777, NGX and the A2A 172, 182 and Comanche and, when I run it in windowed mode the FPS do clearly drop tho the mid / low twenties... How do you guys cope with windowed mode to get better performance ? My only tweaks in FSX.CFG are the AffinityMask=14 and…

Hi All I have just started using ProATC/X in conjunction with active sky - FSX - and pmdg queen of the skies. I create my routes with PFPX, then save the flight as .pln and .rte format, then export them to active sky and ProATC/x All move along quite nicely until ProATC/X tells me to turn 180 degrees and return to a particular waypoint. It would seem this waypoint has been missed. However after checking the flight plan in the queen of the skies fmc, the pln file in ProATC/x and the .rte file in pmdg/FSX the waypoint appears in all of them. So for the rest of the flight like a rabid dog ProATC/x keeps telling me to turn 180 degrees and return to the…
