Hey! I try to re-use my iFly737. And I try to start cold and dark. However... Each time when I try this, I can see several lights on the panel burning, which means that at least there is some electric power. That means also : NOT cold and dark. How can I start that aircraft REALLY cold and dark? Greetz Jive1 - Belgium

Hey Pilots! I think about buying the awesome Flight1 GTN750 for my turbine duke. But I mostly fly in europe and now I want to know if there is a map for europe in the gtn? Or is the display in europe just blue, as I have seen in a youtube video. I ask because there are confusing entrys in the flight1 product page. In one sentence they say (for version 1.08): "Notes About the Terrain Database: The terrain map included with the GTN 750 and 650 includes North America and Central America only." Hello all, I have noticed for a while flying usually when climbing is clouds flickering or flashing around mountains looks awful and obviously not realistic. I understand this is known as the z-buffer... Not much I can do? I notice these clouds r usually flat as well... Gavin Boothroyd

Hi everyone, I am currently in the middle of a reinstall and already have the first issues again. I am trying to install FSX standard and later Acceleration, which requires FSX Standard to be activated prior to installation. Now, FSX won't activate. If I enter my serial, I get the message "An error ocurred while attempting to activate the product" and says my installation may be broken. I am 100 % sure thats not the case. Any ways of fixing this? I once heard its because of a server error on MS side....

Hi, i downloaded the pmdg 777-300er and wanted to land at Eddf (Frankfurt). As i were in the Cockpit, i saw all Instruments working, but i coudnt see the Speed gauge and Altitude Gauge... The yellow blue egg was there but the Speed gauge wasnt. Im German, so my English isnt very good.

Can someone with a brain bigger than mine please help! I'm trying to add an army green pushback truck to GSX. I have found an unused paint within the vehicle folder called 02_armygreen (Simobject - Misc - FSDT_Pushback_02), but my attempts to get this to show up at EGXW or any EGX... airport have failed. I simply get options at this RAF base for easyJet, BA etc... I'm not much of a programmer .. I fear this is too difficult for me to crack. I have read both the GSX and GSX Repaint manuals to no avail.

Anyone have any idea why fsx would suddenly stop giving altitude callouts while landing. I am using the boxed gold edition of fsx. I am using it with the program Air Hauler 2. I am flying an Alebeo Cessna 207, with the flight1 GTN 750. I am sure I used to get callouts to 10 feet. In fact I would get two different callouts at 500 feet, one with the female voice from the GTN 750 and another with a male voice. It is the male voice that gave all of the lower altitude callouts. I haven't made any changes recently, and can't figure out what happened. Any guesses? Thanks -- JimJ

I think it's very reasonable myself that FSL pricing upgrade from FSX to P3D is just the difference in price! Could have been worse ( like another developer who charges full price ). The more I fly this bus the more I love it. They truly did build a masterpiece. I know there is some performance issues but I have no doubt they will improve.

I am a slow converter. Not because of money, but more from the need to remain sane in this wonderful hobby. So, for many years I was perfectly content to run fsx with a gtx 460. I did not chase fps, nor did I expect to reach the ultimate scenery bliss. I set up my nividia inspector and dx10 so that I could fly at 20 fps happily---in 90% of my flights. My overclocked i-2500k and my 460 were good enough for at least 3 years. Not for money, but for me a graphic card cannot cost more than 200 to justify the purchase--especially when it comes to fsx. Hello people, I have been dealing with this problem for a very very long time. What my problem is, is basically that everytime I just pan around with a view in FSX (no matter which view), it looks as if I have some sort of cuts or cracks in the screen. I have had this problem for the time since I played FS, but since I recently bought a new computer, and I got a new monitor with it, I only started to really see it more clearly. Using ver 2.1 of the vasFMC with WIn10, I installed the vasFMC MCDU in the default FSX A321 as a popup, and in the VC of the default CRJ-700. In both cases, however, I can't find a way to turn the MCDU on. The stand alone version of vasFMC works fine, however. Thanks for any ideas, Al

Hi, Just would like to know how you activate the airstairs on the B747-200 HD? On the door panel there is no option to activate the airstairs on the pax model, or cargoloader on the freighter. In the manual it clearly informs that the feature is included in the FSX HD version. Can someone clear this out, please... :smile:
