Hello! I had some Master Caution problems recently. For some reason, "FUEL" and "ANTI-ICE" warning lights (on Master Caution) didn't want to extenguish. I've run through all of these checklists: and also the ones from QRH. Any help, would be really appreciated! Kind regards, Mixer.

For some reason Ican't install it is not on the FSX menue with all the other planes. What am I doing wrong here ? I have Windows 7 780 gtx 3770k FSX Gold Edition

Hi there, i was thinking about using the tablet as the radio pedestal and been trying fsradiopanel https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.tambucho.fsradiopanel&hl=es which works pretty well with stock planes. But with PMDG doesnt. Anyone knows how to make this applet work with the 737ngx?? Thanks. Or any other applet for radios in tablet?? i was thinking about saitek radio panel but the knob problem seems to be a big one

  5. Hi, I am usually flying in Europe, but since ORBX released OpenLC NA, I would love to do some flights in US. I am looking for ideas for short flights, with length range around 100-200nm in some interesting, scenic areas. Maybe you had already discovered some great places, and you could share? I would love to hear your suggestions. Thanks, Lukasz

  6. If anyone is nice enough to give me a link for an AA repaint for the Thomas Ruth A330-200? There is one, apparently the 404 is not found. broken link: http://www.fs-freeware.net/flight-simulator-x/download/52-civil-aircraft/3115-fsx-a330-200-american-airlines.html

  7. I hope this is not in the wrong subforum or not "legal" to discuss. I was just thinking that there must be some way to have a marketplace for our old addons we do not use anymore, but that others including new people to the sim, might want to buy, at discounted prices if they can't afford new. Is this something that is available somewhere that I have not found, to be able to do this, and if not sell for money, to trade with people who, say, have an addon they do not use and I can trade what I have? Like collecting baseball cards. This trading or buying/selling of just licenses would need a lot of oversight and ratings because you could find a lot of fraud but sure…

  8. hello i was hoping to get some guidance here on how to set the pressurization for the turbine duke v2. i recently purchased this and have been enjoying a few flights. however, may be i am doing something wrong but i cant seem to set the cabin altitude past 10,500. from what i understand from reading the flying guide and also on other turbo props. you are supposed set your cruise altitude + 500... and i am just not able to set this past 10, 500. i am currently flying only at 10,500 because of this -- i do see a red Annunciation come up if i go past saying cabin altitude at 10,500.. i just dont know how to set it. if anyone who has this aircraft can comment,…

Hey all, I'm an X-Plane 10 user and I've just started working through Aviator Pro with Angle of Attack. I think their content is amazing and so am very happy to pay for it. I want to learn to fly the 737-Classic by IXEG correctly, however the Angle of Attack training is for the NG. I was wondering, how much of the material would be relevant to me as a classic user? Is there a lot of stuff relevant to the older aircraft, or is it basically pointless if I'm not using the NG? Thanks

  13. I posted up in another thread regarding the fact that the cockpit noise is for the main part just a loud roar. One recommendation is to purchase FS sound studio to facilitate altering the sound cfg file. My current budget precludes me from doing that yet. However, the culprit seems to be the No.2 engine. I can get Handley Page's finest to start cold & dark (relatively) by using the default Cessna initially then switching aircraft. If I start the engines individually I get normal responses from 1, 3 & 4 in whatever order I start them. Once I start No.2 it unleashes the full roar into the cockpit, almost drowning out anything else. I can barely hear ATC …

  14. Is there something common one can overlook that will cause each ~200nm flight to require all the engines to need an overhaul? Really, <2hours on the clock and engines won't start or idle smoothly?! I'm letting the artificial flight engineer manage Pressurization and Turbos for me. All temps are ok during my flights. I'm not going over torque psi. ADI is on. I only switch to lean once in cruise. I'm normally cruising at about 10000ft with 200 knots speed. Also, I'd like to turn down the volume of the cabin shake/rattle noise during taxi acceleration and takeoffs. I do own Accu-Feel but that appears to be greyed out; I assume this A2A plane has its own 'built in 'ac…

  15. G'day, I just came across the news that the Aerosoft Robin DR400 has been released. It features engine failures if the engine is not managed properly, realistic RPM levels including magneto tests and Carb heat, dynamic cockpit shake effect on start-up and stall and landing lights that light up surrounding objects, to name but a few of the functions. This one looks fantastic.

  16. Can't find anything on this in the forums so starting a new topic. If it's not in the right place please advise. Installed VoxATCX on a Windows 10 PC that's using FSX. Thought I'd done all the essentials, according to the VoxATC Help pdf (aka User Guide): e.g. disabled FSX ATC; filed an FSX flightplan; got FSX to put me on the starting airfield and tuned comm 1 to (nearly) the right frequency (I say nearly because the frequency is 120.375 but the nearest the radio would allow was 120.38); went through the voice recognition training in VoxATC which worked, presumably showing that the mike works OK and the headset gives me engine sounds so the headset looks fine; brought u…

  17. Hello everyone. Some of you might be interested in new feature that is now available in VfrFlight v2.1 (http://vfrflight.org). As the topic says, it transforms any Google / OSM / MapBox map into GPS display. You can make the window to stay on top, over your simulator, and than it looks like this: Here is a short preview video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u4VeRI553ZI And the most important thing is that it is free  . Enjoy!

  19. Hi All We have just released this to the BETA team for final testing. Hopefully this should not take to long before being released to the ProATC/X users. We have made lots of changes here a a few of them: 1. Main screen time changed to 24hr clock. Also added 'Select Simulation'. 2. You can now delete more than one flight plan at a time(Shift+cursor down will select the next one.'Cntrl +click' will select only the flight plans clicked) 3. Options > Weather Changed wording to 'Read active Sky Weather' 4. Options > Path to Folders. Added the Aerosoft Airbus(A318-A321) to 'other flight plan paths. 5. Options > Path to Folders. Screen layout changed. You …

  20. Has anyone used this AI Traffic addon? http://www.flightsimstore.com/product_info.php?products_id=3900 (Mods, I checked with the developer and FSS and there is neither a website nor a Facebook page yet for the addon, so this is the only link available) I was thinking of buying it, but it's not licensed for P3d.

Lately, for no apparent reason during a flight (and also involving flight direction with ATC), I get an unsolicited ATIS message scrawling along the top of the screen. The annoying thing is you cannot get rid of it, and it blocks out access to ATC replies. Have tried rapid clicking on ATC messages requiring acknowledgement, but it won't allow access to the point that in the end, ATC terminates services due to non acknowledgement. Just wondering whether anyone has experienced this problem, and whether there is a remedy.

I just got back on FSX after being away for about 6 months. i did a full reinstall, however my steam overlay wont come up while im playing FSX. the overlay comes up fine for every other game except FSX. Hopefully someone has a solution or some ideas because I really like the steam overlay for taking screenshots and browsing the internet on long flights.

Anyone know of an FSX add-in, app, fsuipc/linda code, or any other method to get your exact takeoff distance from brake release to wheels up and then landing distance from touchdown to wheel stop? Trying various STOL aircraft and want to compare takeoff and landing techniques. Thanks John
