I’ve been refreshing their page daily for as long as I can remember and it looks like we FINALLY got an update!! The beautiful (and loud) Lear 25 is making it’s way into MSFS 2020 & 2024 on Sep. 9! so when I was switching to dlss, I was scrolling through and it went to the amd version and it instantly froze. Had to kill it with task manager. Now whenever I try to start the game, it freezes at 89%. So I have no way to actually get into the menu. here and there, lock in sim, lock outside with nvidia app to 120 (my hz is 144 monitor laptop) in sim lock at 30 (x4 on the framegen via nvidia app so 3x4 is 120) now I know everyone will scream at me not to lock as I used to be in that camp myself but my GPU temps plummet on lock, from 76c to 68c If I run fans on super I drop gpu to 57c under load in fs2024... BUT THE SMOOTHNESS IS NOT IMAGINARY ...

Periodically have sim crash. Take as an example my last 4 flights. Did a flight to LTFM, then moved to EYVI (Fenix A321). Decided to fly to EDSS from EYVI by Ryannar PMDG 738. Somewhere by Hannover I got CTD... Yesterday tried again the same route. Got CTD in the Netherlands... Almost the same area. Is this a coincidence or indeed such issues still exist in MSF2024? Is there a way to see what the crash reason was? I checked the log viewer but I don't know how to read it...

I have been able to consistently land using VNAV with the C172 and C208, but I am not too sure what I am doing with the Bonanza. Like most things in MSFS 2024 I suspect I am just not fully understanding how this thing works. For reference I was using an RNAV approach. With the C172 and C208 I am able to get VPTH working so that from the time I activate the approach right up to threshold, the Auto Pilot manages the vertical descent, lining me up perfectly with the runway and capturing the Glide Path/Slope. Few weeks ago there was quite the kerfuffle about the withdrawal of some reduced-size textures for FSLTL from Flightsim.to While doing some web research on a related subject, I came across mention of what seems to a viable, if slightly more labor intensive alternative, and a search found no mention of it on Avsim. I have bizarrely 4, yes four, folders in my steam packages folder : Community Community fs2024 Official fs2020 Official fs2024 I have never heard of anyone else saying they had a "community fs2024" folder but if delete it then start the sim it gets created along with the others. Anyway, what I am trying to do is this: I have a few fs2020 default aircraft that I've tweaked and they fly so well I'd like to fly them also in fs2024. Just started using Pop Out Panels in 2024. Was very easy to set up and have it working fine..... most of the time. But sometimes, I have to restart it several times to get the panels to load. I start the program and some or all of the panels will "Fail" to load. I have to close and open again several times before all so well. Am I doing something wrong? What is most annoying is I took quite a bit of time to set up panels for my MD-11 and then when I was done, it failed to load every time. (Tried probably 10x's) And for the money I paid for it I expect better results than this!! (That is a joke right there my friends!) Anyway, is there something I am doing…

Lately I have been having a problem landing all (3) Fenix variants (MSFS 2024). My landing rate has climbed to several hundred FPM and if I have to guess at when this problem started, it would be after the release of SU4. I had looked at quite a few videos on this topic when I first purchased the Fenix A/C, in general I continue to use the same technique...stable ROD and constant speed, flare at 30' AGL, retard the throttles after the flare, etc. but the A/C seems to lose energy very quickly and hits the runway much harder than I would like in very calm weather conditions. I decided I wanted to get into airliner ops. I'll get the PMDG Soon TM. But that one I know how to use fairly well. Past history aside, is there a clear winner to the FSLabs vs Fenix Airbus debate? Any real airbus pilots on here who own both? If not real advice, any super duper simmers on here care to explain why they might favor one or the other?

Greetings, I have this issue where I get this rhythmic pulsing of frame rates when I am taxiing or flying. When I stop taxiing, it stops. It happens every second with a quick loss of a couple frames. This is on a new setup and I can't figure it out. This is a video of it. After installation of MSFS 2024 , I changed the location to a different drive: G:/MSFS 2024 Community. It seems to be ok and I can verify the path under 'My Library'. I think I made a mistake by creating a custom folder in there which I named Community2024. So I have Community and Community2024. If I try to delete the Community2024 it reappears after I reboot my PC? I tried adding my first addon, a free scenery of KMYF airport. Downloaded and unzipped the addon which contained two folders. I place them both either in the Community folder or the Community2024 folder and booted up MSFS. Each time I do it appears MSFS 2024 deletes those folders?!?! Where am …

The default Montgomery Field (KMYF) airport is great... but requires improvement: most taxiways and signs are inaccurate, some taxi blue lights obstruct movements, buildings are missing, there are windsocks everywhere... etc. Here's my first updated airport started in Jan'21 that I never promoted here, on AVSIM. Hello, Is it possible to disable automated GSX somehow, because its nightmare....... every time after commencing pushback, with no reason airplane dives down on front wheel (whell is sinking to tarmack) and crashes or showing multiple failures on ECAM and MCDU starts showing CLB page (seems like plane thinks its fliying during pushback). I just ran DLSS Swapper and noticed there is a new version 310.5. Nvidia also just released a new driver 591.74. Anyone tried these yet? About to start a flight with the new driver and DLSS version and will report back.

Dear fellow simmers, I'm hoping one of you could help with an elevation issue on Digital Design scenery of ULLI in MSFS 2024 which make taxiing from the runway or around the aiport impossible. I posted the issue on DD facebook page as it is only there that they're supposed to provide support but unfortunately to no avail as of now. Someone on the facebook page suggested disabling the streamed version of the airport but there is no ULLI default scenery in MSFS2024. So if someone has an idea on how to correct this I'd be grateful. Regards.

Hi, has anyone gotten the TDS GTN 750 to work in the TAOG Hughes -500 helicopter? I open the clipboard but it just shows a circle and an arrow. I have the premium version of the GTN and it works perfectly in all the other aircraft. Thanks, Jack
