Had 2 great flights on the NEO, yesterday. Used SimBrief for the planning, then exported the flightplans into MFS ( uses one of those clumsy folder locations ) and also imported into the FBW A320 NEO FMGC with all performance parameters read from SimBrief - great feature made available by this amazing FBW Team, and all for free !!!, less the navdata which was still from 1903 because I didn't yet buy any Navigraph subscription. Just flew out of CYFB. Not a cloud in the sky. Active Sky depicts the correct weather. Weather had been working the past few days, but I have been flying in the continental US and Mexico. Not sure what the problem is with this sim, but this should have been working on day 1. With the number of patches that have been released, you would think one of them would have fixed this issue. Doesn't help that there isn't any snow/ice on the ground either. A job advert on Facebook said the posts would be suitable for candidates "of a hardy nature" as working days can be "long and in a range of weather conditions". Well they do have airstrip in MSFS: EGZV in Devonshire, 10 miles off England's shore and about 1 by 3 miles in size. I haven't seen any strip harder to make out in the sim, apparently just a flat spot traditionally landed on. With a strange low stone fence running along the edge to crash into. Simple question: Is the 747 auto pilot fixed or user’s error on my part?

Mates - When I increase or decrease the vertical speed of the default 747 aircraft, the nose of the plane rocks up and down. In other words, it is not a gradual or slight movement, but super exaggerated. Is this normal or just another bug? I’ve flown many different 747 add on aircrafts but the planes never behaved this way. Thank you in advance for your input.

Hi there! I`m trying to plan a way to get from north of India to Black Sea. I fly c172 classic, and I`d like to find shortest way there, so don`t have to go higher then 12.000 ft.I use LittleNavMap, but I couldn`t find any data about min altitude (maybe I looked at the wrong places) and visually it`s very hard to understand what is the lowest hight of all those mountains ...Can someone point me in the right direction? Should I use google maps?Thanks)

Have a look at KTEB, no buildings anymore, not even a tower. I use a lot of airports from flightsim.to, mostly to have apron lights and some customized buildings. Since yesterday I've seen many of these airports with the buildings gone but the apron lights still in place. This also happens with default airports without any customization, e. g. LFNM, no buildings, just some jetways pointing to nowhere. Just came in LEGE RWY20, no city buildings on the ground on the 10m final, not even big ones like factories and the airport itself: empty. There is a similar thread: Nothing changed with my configuration. I guess something is happening on the server side.

When I start the sim, It takes a long time for (more than 10 min) and I have to do my flight plan, starting location and aicraft. and then start the flight. While I am At a location on an aircraft I would like to 1) Change the aircraft ...to change fromA320 Neo to the 172 Classic 2) While I am sitting in KSAN (San Diego), I want to move to KSFO (San Fran) without leaving my current spot and going back to the main menu. Is it possible ? if so how do I manage it like we used to do in FSX/P3D Days?

Asobo has done it again and totally wiped out the Mercedes Benz Superdome in New Orleans, LA. I asked and they added it early on, but, the US update returned it to a large rectangle. EDIT/UPDATE: Not really, just the Photogammetry was turned OFF. Maybe one of our freeware designer/developers will take this on as a project and replace the big ugly rectangle with the round Superdome. The smaller arena is part of the sports complex. The large rectangle underneath the dome is the parking garage. This could possibly give us a Superdome when the PG is turned off. Best Regards, Ray

I accidently posted this in the P3D forum 8h ago and someone noticed, so reposting here. It had been awhile since using P3D but I have to say I really enjoyed the ritual of setting up a flight from KSFO > KDEN in the PMDG 777 and discovered an unexpected positive effect of using MSFS for the past month almost exclusively: no need to run P3D w/ the highest graphic settings anymore as it's not going to compete w/ MSFS anyway so why bother. So we unchecked Orbx NCA/SCA, turned down autogen to 'Sparse', vegetation to Normal and made sure I had ample headroom for anything, and indeed did. I want to load weather from a specific date, for a specific airport location. Can I do this with Rex Weather Force?

In the C172 (not G1000) and the Carenado PA44 when I have started a flight from cold/dark I noticed that the engine would not start. Then I thought - I haven't turned on the fuel and/or selected a fuel tank. I tried to look around the cockpit for the fuel lever (often on the floor, between the pilot and co-pilot's seat), I could not see the red handle for the fuel tank selectors. I was not able to see far enough back. So I gave up and used the keyboard to turn on fuel, and the engine started. Am I missing something? Is there a cockpit view that will allow one to see the floor and the ceiling of the cockpits?

Good afternoon... I'm using the C172 w/ steam gauges and the Honeycomb Yoke. After starting the engines (and ensuring that both the alternator, battery and avionics rocker switches are all activated) I notice that the ammeter is discharging instead of being at zero (as it should in the real plane). If I lower the flaps, for just a moment the meter jumps to zero but immediately discharges again. It will remain that way throughout the flight no matter what I've tried. As a real C172 pilot, I find this frustrating. Has anyone else had this problem and, if so, is there a fix for it? Looking forward to your replies. Mike

Did a short flight from EDAH Heringsdorf, Germany, to EETN Tallin, Estonia. Encountered no issues. Rock stable throughout all phases of flight. Had plenty of gas left in the tank upon arriving. Flew an ILS approach (I did cheat a bit and flew a direct to to avoid ap issues, buh huh, sue me now), and the plane flew the glide slope smoothly like a stripper on a greasy pole. Vapp and Vref were by the numbers. Unusually AoA has been fixed. My landings could be improved, though, a bit bouncy and floaty. Hi, In my option menu (developper ON), Winshield rain the "override rain rate" is now unticked. I wounder if by default it is ticked, cause I may have screw the options by mouse slip. Could someone confirm it is unticked by default please ? Thanks a lot. S.

I had almost 200 hours flight time and now it shows less than 2. I tried to disconnect/reconnect to XBOX live with no avail. Has this happened to someone else before? Thanks
