Hi Mark, and all, After sitting on the fence for some months I finally took the plunge and purchased the FA50 and I'm very impressed. In addition, I think Wickedbacon deserves considerable credit for bringing the visuals up to the high standard of the system implementation. The combination of his work and your airplane makes this a true top-shelf add-on in my opinion. My question is whether FSW might consider supporting the VC implementation of the Flight1 G500/600 gauges? These appear to operate in a similar vein to the GTN navigators in that the gauges run with the Garmin trainer in the background. I would consider the FA50 an excellent candidate for a gl…

I thought that I'd raise this as a stand-alone topic, although MadX has included it in his personal list of wants. This is because it really is the one upgrade that I consider absolutely essential for real P3D4 compatibility. I know nothing of the technology involved, but if it can be done for the Lear then I assume it can be done for the Falcon - and boy, does it need it! The current lights really don't work with P3D4 dynamic lighting on. I'm sure that FSW will have this in hand, knowing their record for constant support and improvement. Maybe they could comment 'though - just to keep us moaners quiet... I still find I'm only flying FSW aircraft these days…

I updated to latest version by uninstalling 1.8B and then installing 1.8C. I now have persistent GTN errors that crash the sim, but only with the Falcon. I am running dual GTN 750 units, and I did not have this problem before version 1.8C. These errors are always precipitated by sound problems as well. The plane's sound starts to change, then I have to push Q to get the correct sound back. But, right after that starts, I get an app crash, and the following report comes. Hi,I have a weird issue.I checked the forum and no one else seemed to have experienced this.When the airplane is powered up and the avionics switch is on,all avionics light up EXCEPT the pedestal NAV1,COM1,NAV2 and COM2 units.Their on/off switches are ON.Any advice here? I tried a startup situation with another airplane with the avionics ON, but this does not change anything.I completely reinstalled the aircraft,but again nothing changes.Thanks for any advice.

First of all,nothing but praise for this wonderfull software.I love the way she flies,her wonderfull old style cockpit,her outside looks.I know that the competition also has a Falcon 50 to offer,but this,in my opinion cannot compare to the Flysimware Falcon 50. I have only 1 thing that does not seem to work.I am running P3D v4.5 64 bit.I have the F35 installed as my startup flight.I have a functioning Weather Radar.But the TCAS does not seem to work.Not in STBY,not in TARA,not in TA,not in TRANSPONDER.When I push the test button,I get the correct sound,but no test image. Hello Falcon 50 pilots! I am having difficulty trying to set up various panel views. The Falcon 50 is a challenge because the instrument panel is loaded with gauges and I am using my trackIR to move my view as needed. But it is still cumbersome to get a steady view. . Using the shift key and choosing various number keys to select 2D views helps. I have seen videos of the EZ dock and chase plane product and was wondering if Falcon pilots were using these products. Any ideas or suggestions welcome. Thanks! airbus

Hi all, After having flown the Falcon 50 for months, then putting it down for a couple of months, I've had the strangest problem after upgrading to v4.5. From a cold and dark cockpit, switching on the battery instantly makes all three fire handles light up and the alarm sound. Checked throttle at idle position. Even did a full uninstall/reinstall and it's still doing it. Could this be a P3Dv4.5 thing? I have flown it without this problem in v4.5 but I'm swinging at everything here. Very strange. Captains hi! Many users EZCA v3 rightly note that the reaction effect of DHM (Dynamic Head Movement) is too aggressive when flying on fast jet medium and heavy aircraft. The EZdok development team agrees with this, DHM settings used in EZCA3 by default, we tried to adapt for all types of aircraft, but as it turned out, they look most reliable with small aircraft. I just bought the FA50 and I have to say I'm a little disappointed that two things that always bugged me about the LJ35 have been carried over into the Falcon--sound warping and seeing the strobe in the VC. Is there any chance that these are being looked into to be fixed?

I just bought this aircraft a couple of days back and I like it. The problem I have is that when I start rolling down the runway it veers to the right and when I am airborne the aircraft banks to the right. When I looked up the default fuel load it turns out the it has one external tank full and another external tank at zero. When I empty the full external tank the aircraft behaves normal. I am trying to insert a screenshot but this forum wont let me for some reason? Maybe I finally succeeded. You see external 1 is empty while external 2 is at 100%. Hi all, Just purchased the Falcon 50 beta and I'm very impressed. A question I have is where can I find performance data, like flaps/reference speeds for takeoff and landing? Is it something we can use or we'll have to wait for the released version? Also a PFPX profile would be also nice to have at some point.

Trying to follow precisely the checklist, I am unable to find - where is the INS/IRS (to set to NAV) in the After Start section - what is "FATS" to check in the Before Take-off section Just for the fun - I LOVE this bird 🙂 I discovered per hazard that Pilot and Copilot have ashtray on there side (old aircraft !) Hoping someone has some insight. I'll set the vnav page up, and it will tell me X time until I should start descending. The first odd thing is that the countdown moves at 3x real time. So, every one second, about 3 seconds pass on the countdown. Then I'll get to where I'm supposed to start the descent, and I'll descend at the programmed rate, but the required rate display keeps increasing. For instance, if I set vnav up for an 800fpm descent, and then descend at 800 when it tells me to, the required descent will soar well over 2,000 by the time I get to the waypoint, and I'll be high. Even if I descend at double the set rate, the required fps will keep increasing. An…

Since updating the F1GTN 750 to ver 2.10 ( and the latest Rex/Mil WX) I'm getting a loud clicking sound, sort of a double click followed by a lesser thud. tried turning off all switches . surprisingly I don't hear it when I switch to the RXP GTN750. Prepar3D ver 4.5 hf1, w10 1903 regards bob

This is just to tag a problem I had with installing the Falcon to P3D. My version is P3D v4, but trying to install to this radio button led to no preview of the plane when chosen after starting up P3D. After some dialogue Technical support suggested using the P3D v3 option, and strangely, the plane installed normally and seems to be operating correctly. I have double checked the version of P3D I am using and it is definitely the most up to date version of P3Dv4. I have no explanation but offer up my experience if others are experiencing similar problems.

I noticed that my N2 gauges aren't working and also, when I switch the fuel intercons or a x-feed switch and looking at the tank gauges on the fuel manager, the numbers are off or the digital readout is messed up. Not sure if thats a bug. Also, when you set the GW counter, is it supposed to reset itself during the flight, or do you have to manually do it? Thanks

I really enjoy the Conquest,Lear and the Falcon - many thanks for them! I fly them all, mostly IFR, with some VFR in the Conquest. However, I now find the Falcon APU has become unusabledue solely to the sound volume in the cockpit. I've never flown in a Falcon of any type, but I would expect the APU to be almost inaudible up front. This one now drowns out the main engines when they are running! I think I saw a statement (can't find it now) saying that it is the exterior sound and that's all we can have - inside and out. If so, I would greatly prefer big reduction in volume, or none at all inside (even if I lost it outside as well). Right now I have stopped us…

Hey guys, quick question within the Falcon 50, Ive got the Flight 1 GTN 750 with all latest updates and P3DV4.4 and latest Falcon 1.8C. in the Audio panel the Nav 1 and Nav 2 keep automatically turning themselves on to hear the identifiers. turn them off and a few min later 1 of the 2 or both will kick back on and Identifiers beeping in my ear again. Ive changed nav frequency's to no avail. is this some kind of auto scanning function or is my GTN broken?
