Hello! I have a question about aircraft system malfunctions. Whether the fault at the completion of the flight, if not clicked the option "Repair Now"? The question I have for the reason that in the first flight all the systems worked properly. But when loading the aircraft on another day, all systems worked fine but there is no indication in the radio for COM1/NAV1 and COM2/NAV2. The ADF1 / ADF2 indication is active. The inverters are connected and there is no fault indication. I will be grateful for any answer why this can happen. My best regards.

Hello! I picked up this beautiful bird today, and I'm struggling with the Ground Power Unit. I seem to be missing something when it comes to its operation, and I just can not get it to stay checked in the aircraft options page. In the video below, you can see how I make sure parking brake is set, battery 1 and 2 is on, and when pressing the GPU unit, it just blinks and disables itself. I am not sure if there is something I am missing - an aircraft on parking brake with or without chocks on, should be able to have the GPU connected no? I have installed version 1.5b. I just began a flight and noticed the T/O warning and LO Fuel warning both flash on the annunciator panel at all phases of flight.

I now seem to have developed a problem with the GPWS system on the Falcon 50 in FSX. As soon as I load the Falcon I notice that all the buttons on the GPWS panel below the glareshield are illuminated with the test button flashing and a continuous aural warning of "sink rate, sink rate, terrain, terrain, glideslope, localiser" being heard. This test warning will repeat over and over throughout a flight and is a little irritating to say the least! Clicking the flashing Test button switches it off for a second but then all the buttons illuminate again and the aural warnings continue, as if the Test button is stuck in the 'on' position. Initially this problem was intermitten…

Hi All: Running FSX and Falcon V1.5 with the .mdl trial file. I have flown 2 RNAV approaches the last few days and they are working fine but I noticed that the APPR button on the AP panel no longer displays APPR and GPS as it did earlier. The AP worked fine and flew the RNAV LPV fine but that annunciator was reassuring as one approaches the pseudo glide slope intercept. Have we lost that? Rick

First of all, thank you Flysimware for this wonderful bird. However I´m having some difficulties trying to figure out how to start/use the APU, since it won´t start when I do what is described in the "OPERATION" text just above the buttons in the VC (see here: http://sendvid.com/9odhegxq ), so I´d be very glad if someone would tell me what I´m doing wrong. And also if someone could tell me where I can connect the GPU into the power circuit, that would be great, because up until now I´ve used Engine 2 as a "replacement" for the APU like it´s described in a checklist I found online. Hello Guys, Happy New Year Each approach under AP with crosswind, aircraft drift and AP doesn't correct it. if i let the AP do i land beside the runway (LHBP 011500Z 20006KT 9999 -RA BKN023 02/01 Q1021 NOSIG) landing 31R What is the crosswind limitation under AP ? Cheers!!! Marc

Hi I have just purchased the Falcon 50 from SimMarket and seem to have two possible zip files: one shown as v1.3, the other v1.4. Can anyone explain the difference as I can see no reference to an update to v1.4 on the Flysimware website. I am currently using P3D v4.3, so which version of the aircraft is more suitable? When the aircraft is powered down and just on the battery, there is no associated battery sound? Would it possible to have this added at all please? Thanks, James Roberts

I've got a persistent problem through many updates - but nobody mentions it so I might be the only one! For take-off I use 90-92% N1 thrust, opening up steadily on the TO run. Somewhere short of this (80%?) I get a red engine failure warning light for the no. 2 engine. I've learnt to ignore this and continue - it goes off shortly after. Performance seems unaffected. I downloaded the Falcon yesterday. So far so good but I noticed low FPS primarily in the VC. I get some improvement if I turn of the TCAS screen. Just curious if anyone else noticed this as well.

Hi folks, just went from Beta 4.1 to Release v1.1 and notice that the CDI on the HSI no longer auto tracks the GPS, I have Nav1 and GPS selected. On the F1 GTN 750 the CDI tracks fine? I suspect it's something simple I'm missing, worked fine in the earlier version, any help very much appreciated. Using P3D 2.4 Thanks Martin

I'm having trouble making the autopilot follow a navigation path. I've entered a flight plan in the GTN 750 (and also tried a Direct to). I've not been able to have the autopilot follow the path or track to a selected navaid. I push the Nav button and GPS is shown as a sub-indication. But, nothing happens. It does follow the heading bug if a select Heading. Altitude and VS work as well. I must be missing something here... Anyone have a tip to impart? Also, while I'm at it. How do you know if a switch is on/off? Some switches have tooltip text, but some don't. Thanks

Dear FlySimWare, first of all my congratulations on a great Falcon 50, it is really a joy to fly. Just one small request however which would make an already good plane even better: Would it be possible by all means to improve the VC windows a little bit, especially the textures around them? The mainpanel looks really excellent, the window frames however sort of turn it all down a bit again as they look like a leftover from the good old glorious days of our beloved FS2004 (not offense intended). If those could be improved and brought up to the standart of the rest of the panel your Falcon would immediately become a whole lot more joy to fly! Thank you…

Just flew my first cross country, IFR from KBGR to KACY. I really like this aircraft. Quick question. From almost the IAF to GS interception, I received a constant repetitive verbal warning of Glide Slope, Glide Slope ......... ATC (Radar Contact) had vectored me to the ILS Rwy 31 LOC and had me descend to 2000'. My only thought was the warning was because the aircraft thought I was below the GS. When I did hook on to the GS, which was almost to the OM, the warning stopped. I guess I've never heard this before and am wondering where I can turn it off. Hello all, I don't know how in depth they plan to take the FA50 but I opened the pilot window by accident at FL410 and did not lose cabin pressure. Just a note to the Flysimware team. I love this aircraft and thanks for bringing it to the simulator world.

Hello everyone. I've done a few flights with the Falcon, and it seems whenever here's a TCAS alert, the advisory on the VSI doesn't go away for the remainder of the flight. Nothing I do clears the advisory, whether it's changing transponder/ATC modes, changing the squawk code, cycling the VSI on/off, or even cycling the master avionics switch. I'm using the dual GTN configuration if it makes a difference. Thanks, Cam.

P3Dv3 - FA50 v1.1 The engines and aircrafts sounds are on my speakers, IVAO ATC on my headset I have difficulties to get the right tuning for the engine sound: P3D Sound option setting for engine is 8% all the rest is 100% During departing activities everything is fine (buttons clicks, trim setting (4000), taxiing...) But as soon as the throttles are move forward (during climb and cruize) the engines sound is so high that I have to decrease the sound of the computer /!\ otherwise the cabin crew chief burst in the cockpit ! . I just purchased the Falcon 50 from Simmarket. Trying to load the aircraft in P3D is resulting in a CTD. I thought I may have jumped the gun configuring the Payload Manager with two GTN's...I didn't read the note on the bottom! I don't think the fault was a F1 GTN issue...I have flown the RealAir Turbine Duke with dual GTN's since upgrading to P3D v4.4 and the GTN update. Uninstalled the FSW F50 software, rebooted the PC then re-installed the FSW software (as administrator) with Windows Defender off. Did not touch the P/L Manager this time. Same result, CTD. I can load the default aircraft without issue. As a test, I was also able to load the FSLabs 319 without issue…
